AFS Customer Care Service Program

At AFS, the service department’s vision is to give consistently great service to all of our customers in every element of our work. That is why we send out surveys after every appointment. We feel the feedback from every customer is truly important. This allows us to see what we can do as a company to better serve our customers.

One of the biggest requests we have received from our customers was to have the option of an extended warranty for products that come with a very limited manufacturer’s warranty. Well, you have spoken and we have listened!

Our service manager, Ben Bayless Sr., worked tirelessly to create a program that meets these needs, and even added a few extra benefits as well! Ben not only trained the entire service force, he also trained the entire office on what it means to be truly exceptional in customer service.

AFS and Ben Bayless Sr., are proud to announce that in the Fall of 2014, AFS kicked off our Customer Care Program!

Under our Customer Care Club, the products that previously came with the limited warranty are now protected by a LIFETIME warranty. Our highly trained service techs will come to your home not only once but twice a year to perform highly recommended preventative measures. These measures will ensure the life of your investment to your home. A full diagnostic report will be given to each customer after every inspection, so you can have a better idea as to the condition to your most valuable asset, your home. Along with all these perks, you will automatically be given a 10% discount towards any future work with AFS.
