I received several quotes for my foundation issues. The first was high for the limited scope that they were going to do, the second one told me that I needed to hire an engineer and then I got the quote from AFS. While these type of repairs are expensive to do they worked with me to come up with a plan that will take care of my issues, but that could work with a budget. Jesse, Selvin and Smith performed my repairs. They explained all that they were doing and even when we ran into an issue they addressed it and I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about this company so far and mostly because of the amazing experiences we've had with Tyler Cooper at AFS. They're quick to respond, quick to schedule you for the free consultation, and quick to schedule you for the necessary work. Keenan was very knowledgeable and carefully crafted and explained the plan to stabilize my home. The other team members: David, Bobbie, Jesu's and James carried out the plan – a Five Star Team. Twelve (12) piers were needed and installed around the perimeter of the house to stabilize the foundation and eleven (11) floor supports were installed underneath the house for further stabilization. David Pettway was the foreman. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They all appeared to love what they were doing. They paused all along to make sure I could see and understand every step of the installation process. I would highly recommend this team who undertook this major project for me. Thank you team for making this process easy for me. I highly recommend AFS.

I loved Joe who came out to do the initial inspection. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He seemed very sincere. A week later Josh Simmons and Caleb Britton showed up to do the work the company was hired for. Josh was very personable, answered any questions, and even took some garbage away from my home which needed to be taken to the dump. They were very helpful and answered any questions and went over the work that had been completed.

Wade Siler was our certified field inspector and was on time, kind, courteous, very knowledgeable about his field and explained everything to us thoroughly. Our installation team were Brennan and Taylor and they both were on time, kind and courteous and checked in/updated us throughout the whole installation. We would recommend using AFS!
