Our Customer Care Club is a preventative maintenance membership that includes:

  • An annual inspection to complete a comprehensive assessment on your foundation, basement waterproofing, and crawl space encapsulation system.

In addition to having this inspection done, a Customer Care member also receives other benefits such as priority scheduling in the event of an emergency, complimentary radon gas testing, a Preferred Customer discount on future purchases, and a lifetime warranty on any pump and floor stabilizing system.

Just as you would have health insurance for yourself, we believe having a Customer Care Club membership is similar to having that same protection for your foundation and waterproofing system!

Do you want to know a little secret about big parts of the general home service industry?  It is pretty common that the company representative that comes out to your home to check your plumbing, HVAC system, electrical, A/V system or the structural stability of your home, are the same people that would come out to check on these systems as a matter of service after they sold you their product, service or system.

Most of the time a service call isn’t a revenue generator for a company and since most do not have a full time service department, it’s the sales person that is coming out.  This certain company has to pull a sales person away from selling to come out to your home to service the system they installed.  So the chances of them coming out in a timely manner are slim, very slim.  For no more complex of a reason than they want their sales people out selling, not servicing.
