Berney Waite was knowledgeable, honest, and professional. His inspection was very thorough and it was great to be able to see what was going on under our house. I did not feel at all pressured to buy the job.

What made you choose our company?

I am really not sure who your competition is. You guys do a very good job with your television advertisements and that is what led me to call when I decided that it was time to address our crawlspace problems. When Berney came to conduct our inspection and share with us the services you offer I felt great about moving forward with the project. He answered all of my questions and I felt like I was receiving information and service from someone who was honest and that I had a personal relationship with. The approval for financing was quick and easy and that was a real plus as well. I feel great about the work that we had done and definitely recommend AFS to anyone who needs this type of service.
