Field Tech took measurements of floor height when he first came out and suggested the smart jacks. Field Tech should have came back out and remeasured after they were installed. This was explained to be done but was not done. Overall , very good staff and good work.
The Cleanup Process
Some left over concrete ( washed down ) was left in 3 different places in the yard. No major concern. Could have asked where to place. Ditch near the house.
