The original person sent by AFS was a problem (went under our house and left without the homeowner present and without prior consent), but AFS went out of their way to make it right. The 2nd person to visit was very professional, and AFS comped our cost of this year’s check-up and next year, too, to make up for the initial problem. Thanks, AFS!
