We had our crawlspace encapsulated as well as having the PolyRenewal to raise our back porch and part of our driveway. Both experiences were awesome. It started with Jonathan Beaird who came out and did the initial estimate. Over the next few weeks, he patiently took ALL of our questions and responded quickly. Great customer care and service. Miguel, Tyler and Marquise had a big job but they tackled it head on!! Very hard workers and Miguel kept us informed every step of the way and dealt gracefully with constant questions from us. Gavin and Anthony completed the Poly work in just a couple of hours. Once again, we were kept informed as each step was completed and invited to watch as the porch was being lifted. It was obvious that they were experts and we were given great advice on future care of our concrete and sealing the gaps around the bricks. We are very happy with the entire process and with everyone we came in contact with. Give them all a raise or at least a hefty bonus please. 😁
