We design and install the right solution and usually have the project finished in less than a week. You will have peace of mind as we provide a 25-year written warranty against defects on our foundation products.
SettleStop Concrete Raising
The sunken and cracked concrete around your Cullman home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
Our experts use SettleStop Concrete Raising, a superior polyurethane foam. Small holes are drilled in the concrete, the foam is injected and the expanding foam lifts the concrete. The majority of contractors you will call use mudjacking instead of foam. Mudjacking is heavier, require larger holes in the concrete and does not last as long as SettleStop. Call us today to learn more.

Water coming into a basement bedroom. We believe the exterior drain that is supposed to remove water along the foundation is collapsed or inadequate. We have tried ruling out the gutters and downspouts. This happened in 2010/11 and the blocks were drylocked on the inside. A section on the exterior blocks were exposed and tarred/tarpapered. The room is carpeted and carpet will be reinstalled.

Very musty smell. Bowed paneling. Rusty return vent. This is a crawl space property. We have two properties we are considering form purchase. Both have water issues. The other is a 1900s house which had an extension moved in and connected some years back. The basement was dug out and so there is newer block connected to the older construction. There is a sump pump and water comes in where the old and new meet. We will purchase and need to repair one of these buildings but need professional advice and estimate for each property so we can make a choice based on that review and estimate. Thank you for your help.
