SettleStop Concrete Raising
The sunken and cracked concrete around your Muscle Shoals home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
Our experts use SettleStop Concrete Raising, a superior polyurethane foam. Small holes are drilled in the concrete, the foam is injected and the expanding foam lifts the concrete. The majority of contractors you will call use mudjacking instead of foam. Mudjacking is heavier, require larger holes in the concrete and does not last as long as SettleStop. Call us today to learn more.

High humidity basement area with odor. Unlevel floors in floors on crawl space.
Edwards Ave in Muscle Shoals
We recently purchased our new home about a week ago. When we initially had the home inspected, we were notified of mildew in the crawl space. The sellers had a moisture barrier installed and the pest inspection approved the work done shortly thereafter. Since then, we have noticed a mildew smell throughout the house and a very high humidity level of around 70%. We suspect that it is coming from the crawl space since that is where the mildew originated. We know the power ventilators are inoperable and the dryer vents into the crawl space. These could be contributing but we are not 100% sure. I am also debating the idea of crawl space encapsulation if the pros outweigh the cons. We are available all day during weekends and after 5 on typical weekdays.

Stormy Court in Muscle Shoals
Our home is about a year and a half old and has developed mold in the crawl space. No moisture barrier was put down. I also think the house has a settling problem due to sticking doors and cracks in the brick. I would love to have a professional opinion to present to my builder.
