We had a hole in the main line drain under the house so I bought a sump pump but not ALL the standing water is able to be pumped out. I am concerned about mold, especially on the ground barrier plastic that is holding puddles of water in various places in the crawl space. If we can get the crawl space cleaned & dried out & encapsulated in our budget, I think it would be worth it, to increase the resale value. We are a military family and we move frequently.
