SettleStop Concrete Raising
The sunken and cracked concrete around your Rainsville home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
Our experts use SettleStop Concrete Raising, a superior polyurethane foam. Small holes are drilled in the concrete, the foam is injected and the expanding foam lifts the concrete. The majority of contractors you will call use mudjacking instead of foam. Mudjacking is heavier, require larger holes in the concrete and does not last as long as SettleStop. Call us today to learn more.

I need help I have an under ground spring discharging in the crawl space under my house. It is not continuous just after large rains but the amount is significant.
Juniper in Rainsville
Signs of some mold and fungus on some floor joist. Water collecting on the back right side upon entering the crawl space. Crawl space vents keep falling out.
The basement of our home has spots of mildew that keep popping up. We’ve applied drylock and it has helped but not stopped. The floor is cracking as well. Our home was built in 1998 and it has a 3/4 basement. There has never been water “standing” in the basement, just the mildew in random areas at the bottom of the wall/floor.

We are in the process of buying a home. A house that we really love has a problem with water underneath… I would like to get an estimate on getting a dehumidifier and sump pump installed underneath the house to manage the water problem before making an offer. I have personally crawled the whole perimeter underneath the house and did not note any mold or rot, just lots of standing water around the perimeter (I went after a torrential rain storm…). Wouldn’t a sump pump in the crawl space solve this problem? Thank you!
Davis Avenue in Rainsville
I have uneven flooring that has started. Evidence of mold due to the plastic under the house coming apart. I have a few slits in the cement of the foundation showing up in the garage also (may need looking at). I want to know if some insurance companies pay for this after a free estimate? The home is around 1500 sq. ft. and built in 1972. Thank you.

Hi! We built a new home and moved in last May. We have a one story home with a basement and walk in crawl space. We have water entering our crawl space from the front side of the house and standing water under our house when it rains heavily. We can not figure out exactly where the water is coming in. We also think there is a possibility there could be a underground spring that releases water in heavy rain.

We have our house on the market and want to definitely disclose that we have had water in our basement but also would like to have an estimate as to how much it would be to waterproof. It is approx 1500 square feet walkout basement. We have had maybe an inch of water in the basement but only when it comes torrential rains. Maybe 4 times in the past 11 years. We believe it may be seeping in but have never been able to actually catch how it is coming in. Thank you!
