SettleStop Concrete Raising
The sunken and cracked concrete around your Shelby home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.
Our experts use SettleStop Concrete Raising, a superior polyurethane foam. Small holes are drilled in the concrete, the foam is injected and the expanding foam lifts the concrete. The majority of contractors you will call use mudjacking instead of foam. Mudjacking is heavier, require larger holes in the concrete and does not last as long as SettleStop. Call us today to learn more.

This is a second home which is a masonry block cabin. The front corner has a 1/4″ crack in it that wraps around the corner. Also the basement has a moisture smell to it. I would like to get a quote of repairing the large crack in the blocks and looking at the moisture problem. Thank you.

I would like our crawlspace to be inspected. We definitely need more supports added to the crawlspace. We have evidence of lack of soundness such as cracks in the walls and a little sagging in some areas of the house.
Ridge Drive in Shelby
We have a concrete slab that has two HVAC units on it & the slab is starting to settle because of a gutter drainage issue. We have corrected the draining issue, but the slab has sunk towards the house & is causing rain water that the slab catches to run back onto the wall of the house & is causing a water issue into our finished basement. I was wondering if the slab could be leveled/sloped to allow the water to run away from the home foundation without having to move the HVAC units by using a Hydraulic concrete pump. I have seen this done on sidewalks to lift a section & see this being an option for our problem. To disconnect & reconnect the HVAC units would be extremely expensive by itself. I am trying to get this corrected without touching the HVAC units.

I live in an older house and it has no vapor barrier, just dirt. Just moved into this house on Lay Lake. If I leave the house for a day or two there is a BAD musky smell in the house. I also noticed the AC is in the crawl and is not drained properly.
