We are beyond pleased with receiving, in our home, a pleasant, knowledgeable, personal, patient, very open to our product questions and inquiries with representative Justin Bennett representing Alpha Foundations. Hands down Justin Bennett is one of the most courteous professional representatives we have met in the world of poor customer service of today. We were pleased how he educated us on the "features and benefits" of utilizing Alpha Foundations for our "long term safety and value of our home". We found Justin Bennett a problem solver, having great communication skills, alert listener, very organized, through, empathic, and passionate about Alpha Foundations. We are preparing our next steps of restoration at this time in which utilizing this upgrade will be added into our plan. We certainly feel confident in Justin and Alpha Foundations by forwarding all the referrals we can to Justin for others homes in the area. Justin's enthusiasm is contagious while taking his time on a National Holiday weekend to crawl under the home and measure precisely. Thank you!

I had a great experience working with Rhett at AFS. He was incredibly thorough with his assessment and explained everything. My house was built in the 50s, so it has its quirks. He assured me that repairing the moisture damage in the crawlspace was step one in our home reno. A crawlspace repair is definitely not something you want to spend money on, but I feel confident it was worth every penny!

Levi came out to my house and designed a solution for a complicated garage water problem. I was initially concerned by the troubled look on his face! But he explained everything. He carefully explained the cause of the water drainage and the effect of the problem on my garage floor. The problem is bad, but he went back to the office and designed a viable solution. I initially called a concrete guy who offered the WRONG solution for 3x the AFS cost! I’m glad I called AFS – but I should have called them first. Protecting my property investment is important to me. Thank you AFS!

Thank you for Mr. Paul Rice, Logan , Jesus, Jacob for do great foundation climate control and repair. My husband is a veteran served this country for 23 years and 3 months and I former medical worker and during covid 19 in NYC. They have help saved the settling of our home , they have helped stopped the original growth of mold in our crawl space and made our home a healthy and safe environment! I have rheumatoid arthritis , fibermyalgia and a low immune system that of this wasnt controlled i would have gotten even more sick from this home then I already have. This home has given me pain and suffering after we purchased it and with this team Mr Paul Rice Logan , Jesus, Jacob they helped me and my quality of life and the lifespan of my home! I would recommend them to anyone in my family if that says anything and anyone else who may need their services. We are truly greatful for their profession , professionalism , empathy and kindness and they let us feel like part of the AFS family ! Please send this to the CEO of the company he needs to be aware that they have one of a kind employees that go above and beyond for their customers 😀 Yolanda Hoffmeister
