We had a great experience with our foundation inspection thanks to Cole Harmon. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Cole took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we fully understood what he was looking for and what his findings meant. He was honest and straightforward, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to do a detailed and reliable foundation inspection, I highly recommend Cole Harmon.

AFS performed a foundation stabilization and floor girder and joist support job for me in Oxford AL that included installation of 8 helical piers around the external perimeter, plus installation of 18 crawlspace jacks. The job was very well described by Seth Thomas in his pre-job survey, proposal and my follow-up queries and confirmations. I was also very impressed by the team that conducted the work. Victor Salgado (foreman) and his team Antonio and Gustavo were very courteous, professional and diligent in the manner they conducted the work. Victor took time to answer any and all questions I had. I very much appreciate the AFS group that I interfaced with and am pleased to refer these guys, Seth as surveyor and Victor as foreman with Antonio and Gustavo as a team that gets it done right. Their follow up service is likewise well appreciated. Good job guys! Thank you.

AFS did a lot of work on our crawlspace these last two days. It was in a bad way with high humidity, mold growth and spots of standing…

AFS did a lot of work on our crawlspace these last two days. It was in a bad way with high humidity, mold growth and spots of standing water. They installed a drainage system with pump, full mold treatment and cleaning of the floor joists, did a full encapsulation, installed a dehumidifier and replaced our crawlspace door. I must say I am impressed by the work I have seen down there and I would highly recommend these guys. I also want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Cody, Justin and Christian for all of their hard work. They were very good at keeping me informed with the work progress and answered all of my questions. Thanks again gentlemen !!

We have just had the pleasure of spending the last 2 hours or so with Sawyer. Very nice guy, very knowledgeable about the service, product and installation. Walked through what we have going on and what it would take to fix it. We appreciated his honesty. I am sure he probably makes commission for every sale but he worked with us until we got a plan and price we could afford. Thank you Sawyer, you are an asset to your company.

I had issues with my carport and porch that had sunken in over time Nick B and Ethan E of ASF came out and raised my concrete back to is original place. Not only did they repair the concrete on the porch but took great care with the roof supports striaghting the bent support in the process. I would recommend them to any one thay has sunken concrete Thanks guys

I recently had a foundation issue with my garage. I reached out to AFS based on ads I heard on the radio. Sawyer from AFS came to my home and gave me an assessment and quote. I was very pleased with his knowledge and honest assessment of the situation. If you are in need of a foundation repair, I would highly recommend you give AFS a call. Specifically ask for Sawyer if you want someone very knowledgeable! Update: The work on my garage was just completed and the outstanding crew of Fernando, Marco and Uber was incredible. It was a full days work for them and they kept be informed as they completed the various steps along the way. Highly recommend AFS and this crew!
