Our building foundation had settled so I contacted AFS. They sent Josh J who answered all my questions, gave me a quote and was in constant communication with me throughout the job. He provided exceptional service and went above and beyond by giving a video presentation to the HOA board members. If you’re looking for a Team that is experienced, knowledgeable, fast and professional then the installation work done by Tyler C, Abel P and German C should be your first call. Our building’s helical pier installation went smoothly and for the quoted price. Don’t waste time, call these guys!

We had AFS encapsulate our crawl space almost five years ago. It was expensive but we were very pleased initially. Over the years, however, I realized the installers lapped the ground sheets incorrectly directing all the water flow onto the top of the next downhill sheet. This put all the pressure of holding the water on the tape, which did not hold after years of getting wet. Our service technician Ty could see the problem immediately when I told him my concerns. He spent an unbelievable amount of time re-lapping every joint. He did an AMAZING job and I now feel totally confident that my AFS encapsulation will do the job for decades to come. Ty also took the time to explain the control panels of the sump pumps and dehumidifier so I can reset the alarms that occur when it has to go on battery back up, a fairly common occurrence in rural Alabama. Thank you Ty. You are the best.

The entire process was fast and friendly. Profecr foreman Noe Rivas called me the day before the install to confirm start time and showed up when he said they would. Not and Pedro Hernandez started at 730am and had the job completed at 230pm. Friendly and informative took the time to answer all my questions.

First off, Jason J. Stoughton is phenomenal!! A good company has to have a good team. We've been ripped off in the past from contractors, and it was hard to trust someone else to come in and do any type of repairs. Jason was very thorough in his assessment and took his time explaining what the issues were. I can actually say I was beyond impressed with the outcome! The whole crew (Evan, Roberto, Handyman Legend and the entire crew) were amazing and very supportive. They got straight to work. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions that we had. I felt like part of the AFS family more than a customer. Thank you Jason and the crew for taking good care of us. The house has been in our family for generations and it means a lot to our family. I would highly recommend AFS and will be using them in the future.
