We have just had the pleasure of spending the last 2 hours or so with Sawyer. Very nice guy, very knowledgeable about the service, product and installation. Walked through what we have going on and what it would take to fix it. We appreciated his honesty. I am sure he probably makes commission for every sale but he worked with us until we got a plan and price we could afford. Thank you Sawyer, you are an asset to your company.

He went above and beyond during his inspection, even taking the time to reconnect an unattached dryer vent for us. We had our large crawl space encapsulated in 2019 with AFS. They have been servicing our system since then annually. Today we had the pleasure of working with Emmett for our maintenance needs. A very respectful young man. He stayed in touch with us as to arrival time, spent the first few minutes to understand any concerns or needs we may have and then proceeded with an inspection and maintenance of our space. Afterwards he came with photos of his work and explained everything he noticed and addressed. Highly recommend having Emmett as your maintenance technician. We have been extremely pleased with AFS and feel their prices are fair and their service is top notch

Initial Review (will update once the work has been completed). Called AFS and was greeted by Alex on the call. Working with Alex to setup an appointment for estimate was quick. Day of the inspection Justin C. called to inform me he was available to meet a little earlier than planned. Justin was professional throughout tue appointment and provided a thorough analysis on the issue I would like addressed with the foundation of my home before it becomes a real problem. As part of the inspection Justin also inspected the entire foundation of my home including the crawlspace as well as in the living area for his analysis. Justin's thorough inspection as well as explanation of his observations on work needed to resolve any issues was appreciated. I decided to proceed with an agreement with AFS to perform work on the foundation of my home. I will update my review of AFS once the work has been completed.

Our foundation issue was more serious then we realized. Caleb did a great job while he was doing his inspection on showing us where the foundation settled and also what was causing these issues. The crew got out here quick to install the piers and were professional, hard working, and cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend AFS to anyone that has foundation concerns!
