Joe and his crew of Pedro, Ty and Kameron did a great professional job. Very courteous and prompt! The crew walked me through what was going to happen before starting as well as briefed me throuhout the process. When the job was completed Joe went with me to inspect and explained details about the system and what to look for. Seth Thomas was a great help selling me the system, and explaining the importance of what I was buying. I will be recommending AFS to all my friends!

Shepard and Cage came out from AFS to lift some sagging concrete around our pool. They texted before they came, introduced themselves and went through the process to make sure I understood the project. They completed the work quickly then gave me a tour, a recap of what was done and the continuing support that I would receive over the next 5 years to ensure satisfaction with the product and project. The project turned out better than I had hoped. Also, I could not have asked for two nicer and more professional young men as Cage and Shepard. George Steiner is the Service Technician who provided inspection services today 12/21/22 from the Columbus/Auburn office. He is well spoken, knowledgeable, and an excellent advisor. He provided professional service, updated me on his arrival time, stayed well beyond 5pm to make sure the new pumps were working properly, and was focused on both quality and service. He did all this in spite of running into some unusual circumstances. He is an excellent representative for AFS. I have no problem giving George a 10 out of 10. Today in Troy, AL he went above and beyond.
