We own an ice cream, popcorn and coffee shop in downtown Fairhope in a historic house built in 1910. We had to make an important decision to temporarily close our business and improve our building's structure, which had many significant issues. After meeting with Keenan, we made a decision to use AFS because he was so professional, thorough and knowledgeable in his assessment of our issues and what needed to be done to fix them. Chance Smith was the foreman on our job; he and his colleagues worked diligently and professionally to complete our complex project plan which included new support piers underneath and moisture control encapsulation of the crawl space. They were a joy to deal with and delivered beyond our expectations. 100% recommend them and would use them again!

Scheduled an inspection for a sagging concrete sidewalk (and front steps)….Tanner arrived as scheduled and provided me a professional assessment of the damage, along with a repair estimate. He clearly explained the lifting process, with the help of some before and after videos. I scheduled the sidewalk repair, and also received an estimate for driveway repair (cracks, sagging, etc). There was no pressure at all….Tanner also inspected the exterior of our house for any signs of foundation problems, which he did not see! Before replacing a concrete sidewalk or driveway, I would definitely contact AFS for a free inspection to learn how their lifting process can save you time and money! Thank you!

He conducted a thorough inspection of our home, evaluating concerns related to mold, condensation, and airflow. Throughout the process, he provided detailed explanations, inspection data, and clear insights into his findings, ensuring we fully understood both the issues and potential solutions. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity. He took the time to address all of our concerns without ever attempting to sell us services or products we didn’t need. His approach was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping us make informed decisions. In addition to his expertise, Wade was incredibly personable and kind to both my spouse and me, as well as our children. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and informative. Parris Houchins and Aiden Langford are at least part of the reason AFS has been so successful over the years. My experience with these two specialists was exceedingly wonderful. They kept me informed every step of the way and explained why certain processes were necessary. They worked non-stop and paid close attention to detail. I am a fanatic for detail. They cleaned up very well and now my driveway looks awesome again. I could not expect more from this company. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for top professionals at a price that is more than competitive. Thank you to all of you at AFS!
