I chose AFS because the bid was competitive with other contractors and they were able to schedule service within 2 days of signing the contract. This is my second big project with AFS and, like the first one, every step of the way was polite and professional. The AFS crews are fantastic! Andres Perez, Jordan Sanchez and Joshuar Cruz showed up on time and explained their plan which they executed perfectly. AFS may cost a bit more than some other companies, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't trust my home's foundation to anyone else.

From the initial inspection until completion.. every person was wonderful to work with and kind. They were always helpful and explained every step on the way. I would recommend to anyone who needs level/ground work or anything to do with foundations! The laborers were: Matthew Ridley, Shawn Lowe, and Tavish Curry. I really appreciate you all!

We had a wet and smelly crawl space and AFS was recommended by a friend. We called and they were able to get it inspected and repaired quickly. Evan Jenson, Aldo Garcia and Jorge Martinez was the team that encapsulated our crawl space. They are very professional, hardworking and efficient! The crawl space looks great and doesn’t smell moldy anymore. Thanks so much! What a great team and great company!
