My family, and Me (Tom) want to thank AFS, and their inspector, John Alexander, who came today to inspect the install of my crawlspace (installed June 2022). We were impressed with John, he was very thorough, completely checked the entire crawlspace and the mechanical systems (pumps) that AFS installed. We very much appreciated John's professionalism, information, checklist, answering of questions, and warm personality. Thank you AFS and their great inspector, John Alexander. Tom, Shawna, and Hope.

George Steiner is the Service Technician who provided inspection services today 12/21/22 from the Columbus/Auburn office. He is well spoken, knowledgeable, and an excellent advisor. He provided professional service, updated me on his arrival time, stayed well beyond 5pm to make sure the new pumps were working properly, and was focused on both quality and service. He did all this in spite of running into some unusual circumstances. He is an excellent representative for AFS. I have no problem giving George a 10 out of 10. Today in Troy, AL he went above and beyond.

This is a great company to work with. We first met Ben who analyzed our situation and kindly sat down with us and discussed a plan that not only addressed the most serious foundational problems first but kept it affordable for us. A few weeks later David, Bobby and Jesus came by, even though it looked like rain, and not only got the job done quickly and efficiently but they did an awesome job of cleaning up and replacing concrete. David was really friendly and walked us through the whole process, too. We can’t recommend this company enough!

We just had an interior drain with a sump pump installed. Talon did the inspection and estimate. He was professional and spent ample time answering our questions. He also promptly returned all texts questions and calls. Eddie was the foreman with Baron and Jackson as crew. They were excellent in walking me through what they were doing, and answering my questions. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for the encapsulation.

I was amazed at the initial response to my call. I was quickly given an appointment and Alan McConnell arrived on time for the inspection . He patiently explained the process and answered my questions. I am awaiting to hear back from him and hope to do business with them. I was very impressed.
