This is a great company to work with. We first met Ben who analyzed our situation and kindly sat down with us and discussed a plan that not only addressed the most serious foundational problems first but kept it affordable for us. A few weeks later David, Bobby and Jesus came by, even though it looked like rain, and not only got the job done quickly and efficiently but they did an awesome job of cleaning up and replacing concrete. David was really friendly and walked us through the whole process, too. We can’t recommend this company enough!

I had an outstanding experience with Evan, Aldo and Jorge. Evan and his team went above and beyond to assist and make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy with everything in the end. He truly went out of his way to make things work out for me. I cannot recommend these three enough. They also got the job time in a timely manner, cleaned up their mess and were very friendly and helpful.

Aaron Jernigan is the man! He came out after a severe flooding took place in my crawlspace due to a busted city water pipe, removed the standing water, retaped my vapor barrier, and made sure my sump pumps and dehumidifier were still functioning at optimal levels. Even while booked up, he still was able to squeeze me in to take care of my home. I appreciate his professionalism and efficiency. AFS has a rockstar and his name is Aaron!

We had some settling issues and asked 3 firms for repair estimates. Though AFS wasn’t the least expensive Jesse spent the time to work up the plan that specifically met our needs and explained what their crew would do. When Dustin and his crew arrived they walked us through what they were going to do, updated us along the way and provided photos and explanations of their work. We had never had this kind of work done before but feel we made the right decision to go with AFS. They were professional all along the way.

I recently had four support piers installed under a corner of my house. This is my second experience with the work of AFS, and I’m glad to say that both times the staff and work of AFS were top-notch. The initial meeting and assessment with Greg was thorough and clear about the need for work. Greg took time to explain the work to be done and the estimate. He was friendly, professional – an excellent representative for AFS. The crew of Uber, Fernando and Marco, who completed the foundation work were equally professional. Each was friendly, personable and conscientious about their work. They ensured that I was able to see the work at different stages, and the they explained it in detail and made sure my questions were answered. This trio worked steadily and without complaint in the sun on a 90+ degree day to complete the work. When complete, they he area was made neat and ready for grass seeding, which I appreciated a lot. Clearly, I can highly recommend AFS and their staff for crawlspace and foundation work. Both times I needed them, they came through with flying colors. Thank you AFS.

I had several companies over the last 30 years do work in my crawlspace to correct the problems of excessive moisture and mold which was…

I had several companies over the last 30 years do work in my crawlspace to correct the problems of excessive moisture and mold which was affecting the air quality in the living area of the house. Also the high humidity levels were causing decay on some of the floor joists and fungal growth on ALL of the floor joists. The treatments that these companies tried were ineffective. I wanted to solve these problems once and for all. I contracted with AFS and they did the following did the following work: 1. Installed underground drainage around the inside perimeter of the foundation wall. 2. Removed the fiberglass insulation between the floor joists and applied a fungicide to eliminate the mold and mildew. 3. Sistered the rotting floor joists with new wood. 4. Installed a new steel beam underneath the rotting floor joists even though they had just been sistered. This guarantees that the floor above will never sag. 5. Installed four new piers on the inside of the lowest point of the crawl space to prevent any of the foundation from sinking. 6. Installed a sump pump that drained to the outside and away from the foundation. 7. Installed a commercial grade dehumidifier. 8. Those are the major items but there may be a few other things that I am not remembering. The crew did an excellent job and was in an out in just three workdays. I am certainly well pleased with thew work which they did and would like to single out Alex the crew leader and Jacob who was one of the workers. There were sometimes four workers on the crew and those men also did an excellent job. The new crawl space is truly a thing of beauty. This was an expensive job and the question that you would ask is, "Was it worth it?" The answer to that question can't honestly be answered for many years. But judging from both the high quality of the products used and the high quality craftsmanship of the workers, I feel confident that final answer will be, "Yes, it was worth it!"
