Richard came and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to repair damage to my front porch. He explain what they would do, repair time and cost. Agreed to have it fixed and Matthew came the next day. Matthew called before his arrival. After he was finished with the job, he explained to me what had taken place . He assured me if I had any problems to call. I would highly recommend them.

This has been an amazing experience. Calling the office I got scheduled right away. I met with George who walked the property with me, answered all my questions. He went over the quote, sent it to me in email with a complete diagram of what would be taken care of. Today I met the technician’s Gavin and Johnathan today to let them in the house. They arrived, completed a walk down with me and got right to work. They were punctual, professional and so polite. I was able to watch the process and see the progress. I’m so impressed with the entire experience! Great company and staff to work with!

I just want to give a huge shot out to Matthew Ridley and Shawn Lowe! The first day they started work it was raining, and they got to see first hand the mess we have been dealing with😞. They worked so hard. I actually felt bad🥺. They explained everything to me and they even cleaned up the mess when they were done. I can’t say enough great things about these 2. Spotting daylight through a crack in the basement wall wasn't a pleasant surprise. I picked AFS to help based on their positive reviews here, and wasn't disappointed. Everyone from AFS was a pleasure to work with. Mackenzie was very attentive and thoughtful in assessing the work and coming up with a plan. Eric, Christian and Wilmer could not have been nicer or more professional, and did an amazing job on the foundation, and I couldn't believe how fast they worked their magic. Parris and Tristan went above and beyond lifting and fixing the sagging stoops. I've unfortunately had to have a lot of work done on my house, and all these guys were the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AFS to anyone.

From the day the original AFS representative inspected my leaking basement, presented me with a quote, and sent out an installation crew to complete the installation I have been totally satisfied. My basement is now totally dry. No longer do I have to endure the very embarrassing continuous damp, moldy smell and water in my finished basement. I agreed to a 5 yr. annual inspection program as part of the original contract. Today, Tony Marlowe from AFS performed a very thorough foundation inspection, as well the pumping and dehumidifier equipment. I found Tony to be, not only very knowledgeable of his product, but also to be very personable and respectful; the type of individual I would welcome into my home at any time. Although I still had onone more year left on my original contract, I decided to extend the inspection program another three years.

Alan McConnell was here today and we had an informative discussion about the home inspection process for the leak in my basement. Alan had already reviewed the preliminary information, then asked me clarifying questions, answered my related questions, and conducted indoor and outdoor inspections in a courteous and professional manner. He presented options that would meet the home's leak repair needs and explained in detail how the repairs would be performed, including timing, warranty, etc. Everything went so well, the repair team will be here in a few weeks. PS – Alan was easy to talk to and my dog loved him.

We originally contacted AFS for some uneven flooring. They suggested installing floor supports in some key locations and warned us that later we may have the need for girder beam support. That day arrived when AFS showed up for a routine inspection of the original support piers. Todd, our sales representative, was thorough with his explanation and made the options we had clear. The install day, Micah and Kayden communicated their arrival time and worked extremely hard all day. The job was 2 days and they again let us know they were coming early the next morning. Again, they worked very hard all day long and into the early evening. I can't say enough about their work ethic. It was refreshing to witness. They got all the steel placed on the girder beams and extra support piers in place. Great experience and we would highly recommend them if you are in need of any type of foundation issues.
