Logan O'Neil was terrific. He did a very thorough job of inspecting our crawlspace, made a scale drawing of the crawlspace and took pictures of a floor support that needed attention. He also tested the sump pumps and found that one of them was not functioning properly. He provided a detailed explanation of the choices available to us to address the floor support issue and the sump pump. There was no pressure or "scare tactics" about doing either job; the decision was left entirely up to us. We would highly recommend AFS and Logan O'Neil.

First of all this is a very difficult job for the workers any I appreciate the way they handled their business! The crew on my job was Micah, Shawn and Kayden. What an amazing team they have. They are such hard workers and explained every step in the process, They continuously kept me updated. They took the time to answer all my questions without judgement. They have fun while handling a scary job. We did encapsulation and they were positive about the project, I liked them so much that I asked the Pro Desk at Home Depot to add them to the list of preferred providers! So know you to know the final results? The crawl space looks amazing and all those future problems will no longer be an issue! Yes it is an expensive project, but now we have the piece of mind that we avoided future problems and dishing the right way! AFS has my highest recommendation!

When the repairman (Chris) showed up he went over in detail the plan for the repairs. He was upfront about the difficulty of my repairs. Expectations were set and I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job even before I contacted AFS. He was upfront and honest the entire time of the project. Were all the repairs able to be completed no, but it was not because of his effort. Concrete is not an easy item to work with when trying to do repairs. Would we have liked for everything to go perfect I think we all would, but we don’t live in a perfect world. Things happen beyond our control and Chris did everything he could to get my issues into a better place than they were before he arrived. After all was said and done they adjust the price based on what they could not fix. I would recommend AFS and Chris!

We had our crawlspace encapsulated, some structural supports added, and a dehumidifier for humidity control installed by AFS. We just had our one year follow-up inspection done today. I don’t recall the last time I wrote a review but feel compelled to write one today. I Have hired hundreds of employees in my career, and managed a large workforce for many years. I am considered well qualified to evaluate employees. Our inspector was Sammy Stokes. He was exceptional in all aspects of the service provided, and public relations. Respectful in his tone, he displayed a high level of expertise along with a great work ethic. He is a rarity now days, AFS has a great representative, and the consumer has a great service provider with Sammy at the job site!

Cannot stress how great this company is. Had an old house with foundation issues. Alan was great, came out for a free estimate, and was very honest with me. We had a lot to consider and Alan was able to give me any information and help I needed. We ended up adding beams and supports. Their team was very polite, came out and had it fixed in a few hours. Top notch work and customer service. I would highly recommend AFS. They are a bit expensive but you get what you pay for, and a strong foundation is worth every penny.

AFS performed a foundation stabilization and floor girder and joist support job for me in Oxford AL that included installation of 8 helical piers around the external perimeter, plus installation of 18 crawlspace jacks. The job was very well described by Seth Thomas in his pre-job survey, proposal and my follow-up queries and confirmations. I was also very impressed by the team that conducted the work. Victor Salgado (foreman) and his team Antonio and Gustavo were very courteous, professional and diligent in the manner they conducted the work. Victor took time to answer any and all questions I had. I very much appreciate the AFS group that I interfaced with and am pleased to refer these guys, Seth as surveyor and Victor as foreman with Antonio and Gustavo as a team that gets it done right. Their follow up service is likewise well appreciated. Good job guys! Thank you.

Wade Siler has quoted and guided us on more properties than we can count. He is a man of high integrity and very knowledgable, we can trust he will not recommend something to just make a sale as many foundation companies tend to do. He is always honest if the property needs work or is just fine or needs something else. Used laser lights to see the offset of my foundation. Nate is very professional and I highly recommend anyone to use Nate for an inspection of your basement and foundation.

We recently had AFS come out and inspect for a possible foundation issue. Caleb arrived as scheduled and explained what he was going to do. Took about 1.5 hours to complete and he gave us the good news that we didnt actually have a foundation issue. It was a problem with the stucco finish. Rather than try to push a non existent problem he said it would be ethically wrong for him to do that. Character and trust in AFS was gained that day and will be quick to advise others to use the company if they need assistance. Thanks Caleb again for your time.
