I highly recommend AFS. Mitch, my project manager, was so thorough and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the process and promptly answered any question that came up. The crew that worked on my house—Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas—were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and courteous. I especially appreciated their onsite expertise and excellent communication. They explained the foundation work that my house needed in such a way as to answer all of my questions and to put me completely at ease. They earned my trust with their knowledge, integrity, and quality work. My foundation is now stable, and the process for me was a breeze because of Mitch, Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas.

We were really happy we choose AFS to work on our foundation issues. The inspector Chase Griffith was so thorough in his inspection and explanations of the issue and recommended remedy that it gave us complete confidence in the plan. When the team showed up to perform the work that confidence continued with foreman Tyler Moreland. He was always explaining what they were doing, referring back to the plan, and asking and answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them and, in fact, I already have. A neighbor asked me about them and their work and I wholeheartedly endorsed this company to them.

We had AFS encapsulate our crawl space almost five years ago. It was expensive but we were very pleased initially. Over the years, however, I realized the installers lapped the ground sheets incorrectly directing all the water flow onto the top of the next downhill sheet. This put all the pressure of holding the water on the tape, which did not hold after years of getting wet. Our service technician Ty could see the problem immediately when I told him my concerns. He spent an unbelievable amount of time re-lapping every joint. He did an AMAZING job and I now feel totally confident that my AFS encapsulation will do the job for decades to come. Ty also took the time to explain the control panels of the sump pumps and dehumidifier so I can reset the alarms that occur when it has to go on battery back up, a fairly common occurrence in rural Alabama. Thank you Ty. You are the best.

We had Ian come out to inspect the crawl space of the house we just bought. We knew it was a mess, and he was able to give a full explanation of problem areas to be aware of such as mold and mud lines from trapped water. What I loved about him was how he was willing to work with our tight budget and come up with a solution that would work for us. I had such confidence about the purchase and how it would protect our home and health.In October, Justin, Nate, and Riley did the work of cleaning out our mess of a crawlspace, and explained the process to us so we knew what to expect. They were so cheerful! I lost my husband down there for 30 minutes as he inspected the work, and he came out saying how nice it was now. The moldy smell is gone, and we're breathing better. We have gotten compliments on having it done since they finished their work.

Tyler Whitt was the service technician with AFS that inspected and performed maintenance needed in 3 sump pump areas of the basement and crawl space. He was extremely professional and an excellent communicator. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend him highly, and hope to see him every year at the maintenance time for my home.

Called for an estimate to level the uneven floors in our older home. Wade Siler came by just before agreed time. I gave him a walk through of our home to point out the issues with our floor. He explained what he was going to do then started his inspection in the crawlspace. When he finished we went over every detail of what was needed and how they were going to address the issues. There was no pressure from him whatsoever. Very professional! We will be calling him back soon!

Ed Duffey came to our home to inspect the concrete work we had done on our driveway almost a year ago. Ed was extremely professional and courteous. AFS really stands behind their work and ensures the customer is happy with the results. The driveway was installed 80 years ago. The driveway is much safer now that we have had it repaired. The repairs should last another 80 years or more!

This is my second big project with AFS and, like the first one, every step of the way was polite and professional. The AFS crews are fantastic! Andres Perez, Jordan Sanchez and Joshuar Cruz showed up on time and explained their plan which they executed perfectly. AFS may cost a bit more than some other companies, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't trust my home's foundation to anyone else.
