David Roberson with AFS foundation services who encapsolate my craw space several years ago came out and serviced my equipment today (Feb. 24, 2025). I have a service policy and AFS comes out every year to check and make sure everything is working OK. Today David came out to service my Sump pump, Dehumidifier, and settings on all equipment to be sure everything was working. David did a great job and was very helpful and informative and I was very pleased with his servicing the equipment. I would indeed recommend David and AFS for any foundation services needed.

Rhett Stephens, Certified Field Inspector, from AFS visited a couple days ago. He was very thorough in his examination of my basement and crawl space, even carefully inspecting the outside of the home, grading, gutters and downspouts. He explained all of his findings and concerns EXTREMELY well. Yes, I capitalized extremely because I ask a lot of questions to ensure I fully understand. He handled all my questions with grace and patience. I had two other well known companies come out as well, there is no comparison to be made. He answered all of my questions, even follow up questions by text and gave a timely estimate for repairs. He’s very friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his field. Definitely recommend!!!

Scheduled an inspection for a sagging concrete sidewalk (and front steps)….Tanner arrived as scheduled and provided me a professional assessment of the damage, along with a repair estimate. He clearly explained the lifting process, with the help of some before and after videos. I scheduled the sidewalk repair, and also received an estimate for driveway repair (cracks, sagging, etc). There was no pressure at all….Tanner also inspected the exterior of our house for any signs of foundation problems, which he did not see! Before replacing a concrete sidewalk or driveway, I would definitely contact AFS for a free inspection to learn how their lifting process can save you time and money! Thank you!

AFS did an outstanding job installing the crawlspace foundation for my home. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. The crew—Joseph Harker, Edwin Martin, and Gavin Payne—were exceptional. They showed up on time, worked hard, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the work, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure the job was done right. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with something this important, but these guys absolutely delivered. The quality of their work gives me real peace of mind about my home’s foundation. I highly recommend AFS, and especially this crew, to anyone needing foundation or crawlspace work. Five stars all the way.

I received several quotes for my foundation issues. The first was high for the limited scope that they were going to do, the second one told me that I needed to hire an engineer and then I got the quote from AFS. While these type of repairs are expensive to do they worked with me to come up with a plan that will take care of my issues, but that could work with a budget. Jesse, Selvin and Smith performed my repairs. They explained all that they were doing and even when we ran into an issue they addressed it and I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

We had our crawlspace encapsulated, some structural supports added, and a dehumidifier for humidity control installed by AFS. We just had our one year follow-up inspection done today. I don’t recall the last time I wrote a review but feel compelled to write one today. I Have hired hundreds of employees in my career, and managed a large workforce for many years. I am considered well qualified to evaluate employees. Our inspector was Sammy Stokes. He was exceptional in all aspects of the service provided, and public relations. Respectful in his tone, he displayed a high level of expertise along with a great work ethic. He is a rarity now days, AFS has a great representative, and the consumer has a great service provider with Sammy at the job site!

We originally contacted AFS for some uneven flooring. They suggested installing floor supports in some key locations and warned us that later we may have the need for girder beam support. That day arrived when AFS showed up for a routine inspection of the original support piers. Todd, our sales representative, was thorough with his explanation and made the options we had clear. The install day, Micah and Kayden communicated their arrival time and worked extremely hard all day. The job was 2 days and they again let us know they were coming early the next morning. Again, they worked very hard all day long and into the early evening. I can't say enough about their work ethic. It was refreshing to witness. They got all the steel placed on the girder beams and extra support piers in place. Great experience and we would highly recommend them if you are in need of any type of foundation issues.
