Gavin and Jonathan came to our home to take care of our service. Gavin did a great job of explaining everything they were going to do. He answered all of our questions. Caesar, Juan and Miguel have been awesome. They explained everything they were doing very clearly and reassured me that the project was done correctly. We did have an issue with our initial plan and it needed to be changed but it took weeks for anyone from AFS to get in contact with us but when they finally did, Ceasar’s crew came back and did a great job.

Dakota and his crew (Tre & Sarah) did absolutely top notch work. I had a couple of estimates to address the water and mold issues in my crawlspace and I decided to go with AFS because of the professionalism of the sales rep (Chris) and the attention to detail he paid to my project. William Edwards, our AFS project manager and technician, showed up on time, communicated well before and during the service visit, and conducted a preventive assessment of our crawl space while conducting an annual inspection of their previous work. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. We decided to encapsulate our crawlspace, and the wait time was only a few weeks. He recommended a trusted electrician to prepare our site and complete some additional, unrelated projects. William upheld the excellent reputation of AFS, a company we already recommend to friends.

Hi! This is Mona from Taylorsville and I would like to tell you about my experience with AFS Foundation repair and waterproofing. I would like to say my meeting with Alex Parker-a specialist with AFS-, was a great experience. I thought I might be having some foundation problems with my home. I googled and found AFS. I made a call and spoke with Katrina. She was quite pleasant to speak with, very mannerly and really understanding. She asked a few questions and immediately wanted to set an appointment the very next day. Shortly after I hung up the phone, Alex Parker gave me a call. He was the gentleman that was coming to do my inspection. I really was anxious on how the meeting and inspection would go…afraid I would be talked into something very expensive, mainly because I didn't know if I had issues or not. Needless to say, Alex was very thorough in his inspection. (almost 2 hours)…He came back in the house wanting to show me the pics he had taken and he was very quick to set my fears at rest….nothing majorly wrong. I immediately thanked MY JESUS for answered prayer. I also let him know I had been praying so hard that there would not be an expensive situation that I could not afford. I learned that Alex also led his life pleasing the Lord as well as his customers. I would recommend Alex Parker anytime to someone looking for foundation, concrete repair or waterproofing. A very nice and caring young man.

His crew was equally professional and friendly, working quickly and efficiently to get the job on time, and left the area cleaner than they found it. Hats off to Blake, Arnold, Yoni and team leader Ricardo for doing an awesome job installing our perimeter drain system, sub pumps, and wall moisture barrier. They were knowledgeable, talented, and professional. They showed up on time every day and kept us in the communication loop. Looking forward to having a dry basement in the 50 year old house that we bought last summer. Our sales consultant, Rob L., was also a wealth of information and helped us find an affordable solution to our water issue. We definitely would recommend AFS to others!
