AFS encapsulated my crawlspace within a week of the initial inspection by Andrew. The actual crew of Matthew, Coby, and Tavish were at my home when they said they would be and got the job done in a day. They handled debris/ junk removal (of which there was a lot!), fiberglass insulation removal, sealed vents, new sealed crawlspace doors, dehumidifier installation and setup, and the encapsulation itself. Matthew answered questions, addressed concerns, fixed small mistakes, and overall the team made good on their word. My crawlspace went from disgusting and scary to quite a pleasant place that's now usable for a little extra storage.

Just had my crawl space encapsulated and floor leveled by AFS. I was impressed at the professionalism by the AFS team from planning to completion. The team of Cody B., Christian P., Justin T., and Levi J., did a great job of communicating with me on the progress and explaining everything they were doing. The encapsulation of my crawlspace was essential and I am so happy with the result. My flooring is level and crawlspace is dry.

They even cleaned up behind themselves besides the obvious signs of digging you can’t tell anything was done. I appreciate their attention to detail and them teaching me something new. Thanks guys. Shane, Michael, and Heli did an excellent job overall! Shane reinforced an interior (leaning) wall with Heli's assistance and Shane showed and explained the work he did. Michael was also very professional in explaining to me the work he was doing in trenching and laying pipe to more adequately deliver the overflow. Both Shane and Heli pitched in to help complete Michael's project. All 3 were extremely focused and efficient, as well as keeping me informed. I called AFS for mold/fungus inspection. To prevent further damage they installed a dehumidifier and encapsulated the crawlspace. I am happy with the professionalism with their staff and services. Dustin Gilbert, the inspector was informative, polite and no pressure applied to cement the sale. The installers, Randle S. & Austin C., were polite and professional. I am pleased with the service they provided. I would recommend AFS should you have need for their services.

Jordan came out to look at some of these cracks in my basement walls, they just showed up one day and nearly gave my girls a panic attack!! He was SUPER knowledgeable and you can tell he’s been doing this for a long time. Even when we were talking numbers, I never felt like he was rushing me. He went over all my options in detail and I really felt confident knowing the next steps. I’d totally recommend him to anyone needing an inspection!!!
