It's such a pleasure when I can write a great review about the service provided by a company, and it happens all to infrequently. But, I am so happy with the work done by AFS Chattanooga and can't thank everyone affiliated with them enough for the job done at our home in Ooltewah. From the gentleman who arrived to look at my crawlspace and work up a great bid, to the reps on the phone to the installation team of Caleb Britton, Aiden Lanford and Spirit Ettesvold I was treated like a customer should be treated. Everyone was ON TIME, friendly and courteous, professional and determined that my husband and I be happy with the encapsulation job from start to completion. I was texted before the job with an ETA that matched what I had been told by Eric when he did the bid. I was called when they were on their way. The job was explained at every step. These guys WORK!!! No goofing off or milking the day. WOW!! My crawlspace went from disgusting to clean and beautiful. I don't get to say this often enough, but I can't recommend this company enough. They have a great reputation and reviews for a reason. They work hard for it and EARN it. Thanks to everyone at AFS!!!

We chose AFS for their web reputation and they sensed the urgency of our situation. They came up with a plan to rectify our sagging subfloor so we could replace our hardwood. Initially we had an unexpected result from the AFS foundation stabilization. We asked to meet with Adam, their Field Superintendent. Not only did Adam come to our home, but he examined our crawlspace, came up with an alternative infrastructure that reused equipment already on our site – at no additional cost to us. The same project manager Jesse and his team followed Adam's plan, did excellent work, confirmed we were satisfied and corrected the deficiencies of the previous plan. AFS embodies the motto of my previous corporate home, Keane Inc: "We do what we say we will do." What could have been a bitter experience turned into an excellent one. Thank you Adam, Jesse and AFS for doing what we agreed to at the outset!

Starting out, Kevin came for the assessment and was so kind and professional. Especially since it's scary worrying about your house and the costs. He understood and went over everything in great detail and offered financing options. On the day of installation, Edgar was so kind and informative with his team Bennie and Josh. They made a huge difference in our floors! Edgar also offered solid advice and was so easy to talk to. We highly recommend these guys for your home!! Thanks y'all!!

If you ever need to call AFS make sure you get Evan, Jorge, and Angel. They know how to get things done! They took time to explain what the repair procedure was and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything that was going on. Today, Steven came out to meet with me at my house. He was on time concerned about where he would park his car, and when he came into the house, he even took his shoes off at the door. I am very very pleased and impressed by his patience and knowledge, and took so much time sitting with me, explaining everything in detail and going over everything with me in very much detail it’s very comforting to know that you can put full. Trust into Steven. I was so worried and stressed out about my house but I so appreciate him being understanding and really being patient with me. Excellent Excellent service!
