Nick Cianciolo with AFS in Nashville came to my home today for the annual inspection. I noticed some issues with my flooring and bought them to his attention. After his inspection, he made a detailed plan to resolve the issue and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what caused the issue, but more importantly how to correct the problem. Nick was meticulous and even found a slight plumbing leak during his inspection. He is a true professional and a great asset to AFS.

Rhett Stephens was amazing! He took his time with us to make sure we understood what the issues were, how they came to be, and what our options were. We felt no pressure at all; just true honesty. He was very professional and prepared to answer all our questions. He spent a lot of time with us and didn’t want to leave without making sure we felt comfortable with our decision. The project is overwhelming, but we feel confident in this company.

I had such a bad problem with my flooring collapsing in on itself with mold damage and a broken girder. I had an amazing crew of Mike Truelove, Austin Hitchcox, and Chris Smithe who came out and worked above and beyond in some of the worst weather conditions and temperatures. They did a great job on a very tough job and i left completely satisfied and excited to enjoy my new floors. I will 100% use this company again and request the same team if i can because of how fast and professional they were. Thanks guys!

Joe and his crew of Pedro, Ty and Kameron did a great professional job. Very courteous and prompt! The crew walked me through what was going to happen before starting as well as briefed me throuhout the process. When the job was completed Joe went with me to inspect and explained details about the system and what to look for. I recently had an inspection and estimate from AFS and the inspector they sent out was very thorough. Wade Siler is his name. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process very transparent. If you are considering working with AfS in the future and live in the Nashville area, ask for Wade Siler. You will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience with the company. From the very beginning with Hunter I was pleased and knew it would be a good experience. The team was very helpful throughout the entire process by answering questions as well as walking me through all the steps that were taken to resolve the problem. Tommy, Dylan and Jesus were all very invested in the company with only positive attitudes and compliments on the company and their work experience with them the entire time. AFS is an absolute pleasure to work with. It all started with the amazing inspector, Katie (highly recommend) who came to my cabin to give me a thorough and accurate quote with an extremely fair price compared to the competition (got quoted almost double for the same job from crawlspace ninja & a few other local companies and they spent only a few minutes in the crawlspace-absolutely terrible). Katie made sure I was taken care of and also assured me they would send there best crew to do the job. And man was she right!! The best crew I have ever worked with was led by Darian & his co-foreman Tanner. They arrived on time and with amazing attitudes while being extremely efficient and knowledgeable while they walked me through there plan of action and then perfectly executed said plan!! Could not be happier with how my crawlspace encapsulation turned out!10/10 would recommend Katie & Darian at AFS to do any and all crawlspace work you are looking for!I will definitely be using them for any of my foundation/crawlspace issues in the future.
