Alan McConnell was here today and we had an informative discussion about the home inspection process for the leak in my basement. Alan had already reviewed the preliminary information, then asked me clarifying questions, answered my related questions, and conducted indoor and outdoor inspections in a courteous and professional manner. He presented options that would meet the home's leak repair needs and explained in detail how the repairs would be performed, including timing, warranty, etc. Everything went so well, the repair team will be here in a few weeks. PS – Alan was easy to talk to and my dog loved him.

Afterwards we sat down and showed everything that was done with pictures showing the work that he provided, also explaining things step by step. We just had an interior drain with a sump pump installed. Talon did the inspection and estimate. He was professional and spent ample time answering our questions. He also promptly returned all texts questions and calls. Eddie was the foreman with Baron and Jackson as crew. They were excellent in walking me through what they were doing, and answering my questions. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for the encapsulation.
