Micah and Mikey were very professional during the installation our the Intellibrace Steel Beams. They were prompt with their arrival and completion of services. They were both friendly to my dogs and daughter who were present. They cleaned up the area after they left and answered any questions I had about the process. 5 star service! Fred H was our certified field inspector and he was very thorough in answering our questions and talking us through the process.

Matt Hall was our service tech. He is very professional and thorough. He took time to explain everything completely to me, since we are new customers. He went above and beyond by showing me a leak with our ac. And went as far as to vacuum the blockage out in the condensation line for us( not his job). He also pointed out a job, that had been paid for, but not completed on our contract. Hope to always have him as our tech! If more people provided the customer service he provides, companies would thrive. Not to mention the world would be a better place.

Consultant Jake was great to work with, was straight forward and honest with what had to be done. Foreman Eddie and his crew Tanner and Baron were very professional and did a great job encapsulating my crawlspace as well as placing a beam to support the center of my lower floor. My husband and I had some considerable work to be done on the slab foundation for our house. Charles introduced himself to us and was very professional, competent and engaging. Charles, Nathan and Nolan worked very hard to mitigate our issue. Individually,they are great workers, but as a team they are amazing. We have additional work we need to do and we will definitely return to AFS for assistance. Thank you for taking care of our problem(s).

Called for an estimate to level the uneven floors in our older home. Wade Siler came by just before agreed time. I gave him a walk through of our home to point out the issues with our floor. He explained what he was going to do then started his inspection in the crawlspace. When he finished we went over every detail of what was needed and how they were going to address the issues. There was no pressure from him whatsoever. Very professional! We will be calling him back soon!
