First off, Jason J. Stoughton is phenomenal!! A good company has to have a good team. We've been ripped off in the past from contractors, and it was hard to trust someone else to come in and do any type of repairs. Jason was very thorough in his assessment and took his time explaining what the issues were. I can actually say I was beyond impressed with the outcome! The whole crew (Evan, Roberto, Handyman Legend and the entire crew) were amazing and very supportive. They got straight to work. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions that we had. I felt like part of the AFS family more than a customer. Thank you Jason and the crew for taking good care of us. The house has been in our family for generations and it means a lot to our family. I would highly recommend AFS and will be using them in the future.

Trevor came and visited with us. He throughly explained what we needed after doing a thorough video and inspection of the crawl space. He walked us through the process of installing a correct crawl space environment. Within days, Kenneth and his crew redid the space in two days. He showed us after photos and explained what had been done. There was zero damage, they were organized and friendly. We are very pleased.

Archie and his crew were prompt to the worksite each day. Each morning I got a basic overview of the work to be completed each day, as well as updates thru the day. Crew was respectful and courteous. My problem was stabilized and I feel better about condition of foundation.

Trace came out to do some maintenance on my crawl space (They had encapsulated it in 2020 in addition with mold remediation and added a sump pump and dehumidifier). Trace was great, fast and efficient (When I wasn't talking his ear off) and the price was even lower than expected. I would definitely recommend Chase with AFS!

AHS recently encapsulated our crawlspace. The crew that did the work was 5 stars. Evan, Aldo, Mason & Joel did a phenomenal job. They kept us well informed as to what they were doing and why- stellar communication! Attention to detail was exceptional— Far beyond the ordinary. Materials were first rate and the company’s prices were quite reasonable. Our house is older, 1973, with its own set of quirks. Fortunately, this team had the skills to meet the challenge. The finished product was outstanding. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We called Alpha foundations to come out and give us an estimate for a sinking subfloor. Within the same week, Eric came out and measured/leveled out the whole house, and wrote up a repair plan. That same day we had our estimate in hand, as well as a scheduled date of install. They offer 12months of no interest financing which was very convenient for us. Jeff, the crew foreman, called me 24 hours before the repairs to let me know an estimated arrival and the guys showed up Monday morning exactly when they said they would. Steven and Trent did an amazing job digging footers, installing the steel reinforcement beams, and placing the Intelijacks underneath our home. The crew was very professional and prompt. We are highly likely to use them again if we ever have any other needs for their services in the future.
