Johnnie West from Linden, Al. Juan Castillo and his crew Arturo, Luciano and Silvano demonstrated surperb harmony and teamwork while performing excellent foundation work on my home. From start to finish this crew was neat and when they left all the work site was clean. They even made adjustments on work performed over a year ago. They worked safely and wore PPE.I would certainly recommend them. Good people and very friendly.

From start to finish, my experience with AFS was superb. Taylor's inspection and diagnosis with easy-to-understand explanations was very professional and appreciated. The crew that came to complete the work (David, Bobby and Jesus) was excellent. Every step of the process was explained with pictures provided. The clean-up was so good that you could hardly tell that they had dug four seventeen-foot holes under the foundation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing work.

I recently had my crawlspace encapsulated by AFS, and their team did a fantastic job. The team quoting the job spent a good 2 hrs inspecting and reviewing the options. Then they sent Evan, Aldo, and Jorge to do the install. These guys knocked it out in a day and half, and did it with a great fun loving attitude. It looks beautiful under the house, water is draining to the sump pump, dehumidifier is keeping everything nice and dry. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat and tidy.

Our experience with AFS was excellent! Our consultation was with Tim. We were comfortable with his plan to address the issues with our foundation. Our work crew was Victor, Antonio and Ubaldo. They were professional and kind. I spoke mostly with Victor and he was patient while he took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. Very knowledgeable about the issues we had and the corrections. As a bonus, the work was scheduled to take two days and it was complete at the end of day one. I definitely recommend!

We had a complicated repair and I reached out to 5 companies. AFS stood out from the beginning through their sales team to their repair plan. Once my repair started, I was overly impressed with the communication technology used and I felt very informed throughout the process. The staff was knowledgeable and their end results showed they cared about providing quality workmanship. The two crews were great (Tyler, Able & Pedro / Matthew & John). Thanks very much guys. I would not hesitate contacting this company if you are in need of their services.

Noe Rivas ( foreman) and Pedro Hernandez (co-foreman) did an amazing job. Noe was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I have nothing but positive things to say about AFS! Our home had several issues that needed to be addressed, such as moisture in the crawlspace, sagging beams, and lack of floor supports. After calling AFS, we meet with their inspector who conducted a thorough inspection and explained all areas of concern. When the time came for the repairs, AFS was in constant communication with us and gave an accurate estimate of their arrival. The crew that showed up (Jackson, Micah, and Mikey) were fantastic! They were professional, detail oriented, and open to our questions. After completing the work, we did a walkthrough with the foreman to ensure we were happy with the repairs. I highly recommend AFS for anyone experiencing issues with their crawlspace or foundation.
