I highly recommend AFS for your concrete slab leveling. From George Knox who completed the initial thorough inspection to Gavin Dendy and Jonathan Alvarez who completed the job, all were top notch. We are very pleased with the end results. The pool area is now level with cracks filled.

We just had an interior drain with a sump pump installed. Talon did the inspection and estimate. He was professional and spent ample time answering our questions. He also promptly returned all texts questions and calls. Eddie was the foreman with Baron and Jackson as crew. They were excellent in walking me through what they were doing, and answering my questions. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for the encapsulation.

I had Mason come out to inspect the foundation on a house I’m in the process of buying, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Mason was extremely professional and took the time to clearly explain the entire inspection process and exactly what he was looking for. He performed a thorough assessment, including detailed measurements of a basement wall that had horizontal cracking, and his measurements clearly showed what the wall was doing structurally. What I really appreciated was that Mason was not pushy at all and didn’t try to scare me into an expensive or unnecessary repair. He laid everything out honestly, explained the findings in a way that was easy to understand, and provided a clear solution. The recommended fix was also far more affordable than I was expecting, which was a huge relief. If you’re looking for a foundation inspector who is knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward, I highly recommend Mason. He made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

They were very respectful of us and our home, kept me informed of every step of the process, and were just really good all-around guys! Nick and his teammate, I didn’t catch his name, also came and leveled some concrete pads for us. Again, excellent work and great people! I would definitely recommend Brian at AFS for any of your foundation or basement waterproofing needs! He came out, inspected everything, thoroughly explained exactly what we needed and answered all of our questions, then quickly got us setup for service. Highly recommend!

Consultant Jake was great to work with, was straight forward and honest with what had to be done. Foreman Eddie and his crew Tanner and Baron were very professional and did a great job encapsulating my crawlspace as well as placing a beam to support the center of my lower floor. AFS installed a crawlspace drain and sump pump at my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Alex, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with, clearly explaining the options and helping us choose the right solution without any pressure. The installation crew — Kayode, Tyler, and Adam — were professional, punctual, and extremely skilled. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care throughout the project. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the job site was left clean when they finished. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend AFS, especially Alex and this crew.

Trevor came and visited with us. He throughly explained what we needed after doing a thorough video and inspection of the crawl space. He walked us through the process of installing a correct crawl space environment. Within days, Kenneth and his crew redid the space in two days. He showed us after photos and explained what had been done. There was zero damage, they were organized and friendly. We are very pleased.
