After researching crawl space contractors , I decided to contact AFS for an inspection of our 70+ year old house. The inspector, Mr. Landon Tidwell, was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent a significant amount of time with us, explaining the processes used by his company, inspecting the crawl space and then presenting a proposal for repair and mitigation of future damage. AFS is a top notch company.

AFS was very good to work with. Caleb Loy provided a timely quote along with detailed information, including drawings, about the work to be done which was shoring up underneath the house, the lack of which was causing the floor to sink and walls to crack. The job was scheduled without delay. Crew consisting of Ridley, Lowe and Murphy were courteous and professional. They got the job done in the time stated. They took me under the house to show/explain in detail what had been done. I would recommend AFS for this type work.

Super service… able to reschedule concrete lifting job before originally scheduled. Parris Houghins and Benjamin Esparza kept us in the loop from the time to set out until they arrived. Parris explained the entire job, the approximate time it would take, and asked if I had any questions. I told him my concerns and he understood my requirements. He and Benjamin started and when finished explained what was done, how it was done, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. They even cleaned the work area and left the area spic and span! Two excellent workers are shining stars at AFS.

I recently had foundational work done to my home by Michael Truelove, Brady Webster & Jaxson Prittchit. As a first time home buyer, knowing that a job like this had to be done was not a great feeling & made me pretty nervous. Very glad to say that their work ethic & customer service was immaculate! They gave a 2 day estimate on their job completion, but were actually able to complete the work within a day & a half. Naturally the job came with a considerable amount of noise, however it never had a negative impact on our daily lives. The pictures that were shown to me of the finished project were beyond words as I could see everything was done & installed exactly as described from the initial drafts shown. It was truly an impressive experience & the difference that I can feel walking around my home due to their work is quite an amazing feeling!

Jarrod arrived right on time, was extremely professional, polite, and clearly takes pride in his work. He thoroughly inspected our foundation/crawl space, explained everything in plain language walking us through exactly what was going on and gave recommendations for what would need to be done in the future. His knowledge and attention to detail were impressive—he spotted things we never would have noticed ourselves and gave us honest, practical advice. What really stood out was how courteous and respectful he was the entire time. He cleaned up after himself, protected our property, and even took the extra time to answer all our questions patiently. In a world where service calls can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Jarrod made us feel like our home truly mattered to him.
