We needed cracks in the concrete around our pool fixed and the erosion stopped. Emily was great to deal with during the whole process. She went above and beyond regular customer representatives.Gavin and Aaron did a good job on the repairs. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It is a relief to know that we won't have any more problems with it. I recommend all three of them!

I would highly recommend AFS for all your foundation, basement and crawlspace needs. Sales rep, Rob Lenoir, did a great job of assessing what needed to be done to my crawlspace, explaining the process and equipment required. Kevin Calderon, Logan Firmature, and Jacob Hernandez did a great job with the installation. I am very pleased with the results.

The technicians (Ethan & Cody) were well spoken, competent and good at explaining their process and the guarantee involved. We had AFS come out and repair and sister a couple of joist in our house. The entire process what was very pleasant. Mason came out and scanned my home and created a floor plan that day, talk about high-tech! The floor plan was extremely helpful once Mason sat down with me and went over how we could fix and "bullet-proof" the home. With my background in Mechanical Design, I appreciated the collaboration as multiple options were presented and we worked/tweaked the design to fit within my budget. We agreed on a price and date and I was told by Mason that the installation crew would arrive on time and would also show the same level of professionalism as he did. I was pleasantly surprised that he was right! Taylor Fox, David Ennis, and David Smith where the three young men that came to do the work. They were on time, respected my home, and went above and beyond to make sure that they cleaned up after the work was done. The entire crew was very willing to answer any questions I had and explained what they were doing. I cannot recommend them enough! We plan to keep doing work with AFS in the near future! Thank you all for the help!

Matthew Ridley and Shawn Lowe came and completed foundation work for us today in bad weather/ icy road conditions when most people would have stayed home. The work was done in a timely manner, and they cleaned up after themselves once the job was complete. They communicated with us throughout the process and spoke to us once the job was complete to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. 100% recommend them for your foundation repair needs!

Fred came out on a miserable day without complaint, explained the inspection process and got to work immediately. He then gave a thorough of his findings and already had recommendations ready to go. Work was performed THE NEXT WEEK by Trent, Darian and Tyler. Encapsulated, the crawlspace, added the floor jacks and lifted the house all in half a day. Would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone with housing issues.

First off, Jason J. Stoughton is phenomenal!! A good company has to have a good team. We've been ripped off in the past from contractors, and it was hard to trust someone else to come in and do any type of repairs. Jason was very thorough in his assessment and took his time explaining what the issues were. I can actually say I was beyond impressed with the outcome! The whole crew (Evan, Roberto, Handyman Legend and the entire crew) were amazing and very supportive. They got straight to work. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions that we had. I felt like part of the AFS family more than a customer. Thank you Jason and the crew for taking good care of us. The house has been in our family for generations and it means a lot to our family. I would highly recommend AFS and will be using them in the future.
