Brian can and told me what I needed and stood behind his word Tyler showed up and add to the team The crazy guys Jonnie the boss of the crew every morning we are on the way. Answered all my crazy questions and always had a smile Michael the good looking one you know every crew has one Cortez aka Corkey that explains it's self Logan the tallest of the crew soft spoken Always making sure I was happy And we can't forget David the Electrical guy. He was a huge help doing so much more to make things better for me Now that I have pocked fun at the crew They were very kind and respectful to me and my home! Very knowledgeable , hard working . My husband and I just purchased an older home and were unpleasantly surprised of the condition of the crawlspace on our inspection report (see screenshot attached in the photos – this space was almost a deal breaker on buying the house because of the mold). After talking to AFS, we decided it was best to treat the mold then fully encapsulate everything for 1. storage 2. long-term energy savings and 3. (most importantly) cleaner air to breathe in every day. Ben, Angel, Mario, and Israel did an amazing job on our large crawlspace (see other pictures)! What was supposed to be a 2-day job was completed in 1 day and all questions we had about the work were answered instantly! We are incredibly happy with it and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders as new homeowners!

We recently had AFS encapsulate our crawlspace, installing a drainage system, dehumidifier, wall vapor barrier, and sump pumps—and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Travis initially came out for our yearly inspection related to previous floor stabilization and noticed signs of moisture and potential concerns for mold. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate us on the issue and walk us through our options. He even returned in the evening to review everything with my husband, which we truly appreciated. Once we decided to move forward, AFS acted quickly, scheduling installation within just a few days. The entire process was seamless and well-communicated—we always knew when the team would arrive, what had been completed each day, and when they were leaving. The installation crew was top-notch—Riley, Nathon, Alex, Brent, and Conner were all professional, thorough, and respectful throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were evident from start to finish. We highly recommend AFS to anyone needing crawlspace solutions or foundation work. Their expertise, efficiency, and customer service are truly outstanding!

Gerard, Jordahn and Chris did the drainage work in my crawlspace, and they did a fantastic job! They got the work completed very fast and we’re very nice and respectful. I have nothing but great things to say about them AFS is lucky to have them as well as Jim Adams who inspected my home he did an amazing job and made sure my home got the right repair with the right crew to handle it. They made sure I was taken care of and happy with everything from beginning to End. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Matt came out to do my inspection and was so professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process of the inspection and then sat down with me and showed me informational videos of the issues found and solutions to those problems. Matt spent about 2 hours here with me during the inspection. Highly recommend if you are having foundation issues.
