The inspector, Jared, was on time for our appointment. He was courteous, professional, explained all the work that they needed to do, and gave us a price. The project foreman, Matthew, and his helper, John, came ahead of time on the day scheduled, were both extremely mannerly, courteous, and respectful. They wasted no time, worked hard, and did a really good job. I would recommend this company and this crew.

I highly recommend AFS for your concrete slab leveling. From George Knox who completed the initial thorough inspection to Gavin Dendy and Jonathan Alvarez who completed the job, all were top notch. We are very pleased with the end results. The pool area is now level with cracks filled.

The real measure of a company is not how they behave when all is well, but how they treat their customers when everything goes pear-shaped; and that's exactly what happened in our case. Sometimes you get a bad crew, a small group of ne'er do wells who simply don't perform. It happens. It happened to us. However once upper management found out what was going on they didn't hesitate to swoop in and make everything right, and that at a substantial cost to themselves. Concrete work is bloody expensive no matter the size of the job and, although we're just one small residential account, we were taken seriously and all repairs were done professionally and at our convenience. I can't praise these people enough for how they chose to behave when the chips were down, and I highly recommend them both for their skill and their commitment.

He explained what he was there to do, completed his inspection, and explained what he found and what to look for before our inspection next year. Excellent service, and a testament to AFS's commitment to their customers. This man deserves a raise.

Amazing service and follow up. Jake, who came to our home to estimate our project, took the time to explain what he felt needed to be done. Jake didn't oversell and was honest from the beginning. Jackson and Micah did a great job on one project. Josh knocked the other project out of the park. Caring and professional led to an outstanding quality job done on two seperate jobs for us by the AFS Team. Thank you AFS!

I live in far Eastern Tennessee. Almost in North Carolina, and trying to get any home Repair is extremely difficult, so it was a blessing when the AFS inspector showed app was very timely, polite and very good at communicating …he gave me exactly what I needed to know about my home. It is over 100 years old and I could find no one over the past 2 and a 1/2 years who might look at the foundation and do the repairs. Caleb Loy was courteous, efficient and very well spoken. He did an excellent job of explaining the situation of my foundation, using actual pictures for real time accuracy so I could grasp the seriousness of the disrepair and neglect from previous owners, and then gave an exemplary presentation of how my home could be saved, and last for future generations. If you are near Butler, Johnson City, Kingsport to Knoxville, ask for Caleb Loy.

Noe Rivas ( foreman) and Pedro Hernandez (co-foreman) did an amazing job. Noe was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He and Pedro worked quickly with few breaks to complete the project ahead of the estimated time frame. Noe was very friendly, had great manners, and even took his shoes off before entering the house! Our driveway is old , cracked and bumpy 🙁 I called a concrete man and it sounded so complicated- breakup -wash -dump – dig drainage-move sheds – I could not believe it !!! I had seen the afs ads on tv-called and Jameson Gann came to tell us what Afs could do – What a pleasure !!! He was so professional and explained thoroughly how Afs concrete lifting works – We were thrilled -what we dreaded and had no idea of a time frame turned into an event that will take an afternoon !!! Thank you , Jameson !!

AFS hit a home run when they hired Tony Marlowe. Tony came to our home in the afternoon and stayed late in the afternoon trying to save our outdated sump pump. It was beyond repair. Tony came back two days later and installed a new one. Tony was very knowledgeable and very mannerly I will always ask for Tony for any of our services
