AFS was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My crawlspace was in such bad shape. Eric came out for an estimate super quickly and I was so impressed by his professionalism and expertise that I decided to hire them on the spot. And I'm so glad I did. Within a week, Evan and his awesome crew came out and transformed my tight, smelly, humid crawlspace into a clean environment that I am sure will leave me and my family feeling physically better. I mean, it was so bad that the smell was getting into the house. I am so incredibly pleased that I hired these guys. Just such a great experience from start to finish. Thank you all so much 🙏

We contacted AFS to lift/stabilize our old concrete porch slab. Peyton, the field inspector, was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. On the day of the work, Nick B. and Josh B. were on time, excellent at walking us through the process, and did a great job at the repair and clean up. Our porch did not raise dramatically like we hoped, but this was not at any fault of the crew. From the very beginning they were very clear that lift wouldn't be guaranteed. The sag, however, did almost entirely resolve and we are confident that it is stabilized now. We will definitely call AFS again if we ever need any of their services!

I recently had an inspection and estimate from AFS and the inspector they sent out was very thorough. Wade Siler is his name. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process very transparent. If you are considering working with AfS in the future and live in the Nashville area, ask for Wade Siler. You will not be disappointed.
