We highly recommend Tanner with AFS. He spent over four hours thoroughly inspecting our home and crawlspace, carefully checking for cracks, measuring areas, and documenting everything in detail. Tanner prepared a clear printout of our home and walked us through each concern step by step, explaining what he found and what repairs may be needed. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing. We truly appreciated how thorough and respectful he was during the inspection process. His attention to detail and clear explanations gave us confidence in understanding the condition of our crawlspace and the next steps. If you want someone who is honest, careful, and extremely thorough, Tanner is an excellent choice.

Hired AFS to do concrete floor injection leveling. Parris Houchins and Bug Boyd did a fantastic job of drilling and injecting the material to stabilize part of my pool deck and patio slab. It was done with professionalism and expertise. I was very happy with the result and well worth the time and money spent for an important job.

We have George Knox come out to give us a quote on having our sidewalk and driveway lifted. He worked closely with us to secure a solution within our price range, and was very kind. Just now Gavin Dendy and Jonathan Alvarez completed the lifting and crack sealing of our driveway! Unfortunately a portion of the sidewalk could not be saved. But they did everything to give me options to solve the problem. I am very pleased with the service, pleased with the price, and would recommend This team completely!

Called for an estimate to level the uneven floors in our older home. Wade Siler came by just before agreed time. I gave him a walk through of our home to point out the issues with our floor. He explained what he was going to do then started his inspection in the crawlspace. When he finished we went over every detail of what was needed and how they were going to address the issues. There was no pressure from him whatsoever. Very professional! We will be calling him back soon!

AFS did a great job from inspection to completion for my very humid crawlspace, house support, and encapsulation. Kyle did the initial inspection, very thorough, took his time, and was very accurate with each suggested need-to-do when I got a second opinion. Daniel’s installation team was amazing, nice and professional, clean work site, didn’t leave any scrap of trash really the whole week and at the end. Indoor air quality one day after is amazing. Thanks guys!

We were really happy we choose AFS to work on our foundation issues. The inspector Chase Griffith was so thorough in his inspection and explanations of the issue and recommended remedy that it gave us complete confidence in the plan. When the team showed up to perform the work that confidence continued with foreman Tyler Moreland. He was always explaining what they were doing, referring back to the plan, and asking and answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them and, in fact, I already have. A neighbor asked me about them and their work and I wholeheartedly endorsed this company to them.

AFS did a great job for us! John Brandon did a free inspection and did a great job explaining everything and helping us understand what we needed. Turns out we had a lot of water running under our house in the crawlspace, so AFS removed the old insulation, put in a drain system with a pump and a dehumidifier and did the crawlspace encapsulation. The installers were Earle Gamble and Noah Cruz and they did a fantastic job. Very friendly and worked hard to finish the project in 3 days. Completely cleaned up everything. Now we no longer have to worry about mold in our crawlspace. Highly recommend! — Randy and Jennifer Smith
