Basement waterproof system installed in 2 days by Earle Gamble's team was done efficiently and professionally. I chose AFS because the bid was competitive with other contractors and they were able to schedule service within 2 days of signing the contract. Jason Camp was able to quickly answer questions on email and delivered on his promises. We are very happy with the results.

Archie from AFS was so kind, helpful and patient with me. He spent over 6 hours during 2 visits and e-mails measuring, taking pictures, checking leveling, and answering my many questions. And my basement is guaranteed dry for life! He has volunteered to be on site during the process to make sure that some particularly troublesome spots are handled correctly.

They were exceptional in every detail of our exchange. I was notified of when my specialist was on his way. I was given notice when unforeseen circumstances arose and was even offered a solution to solve it. The estimate they offered, at no cost to me, was done thoroughly. Many pictures were taken and all were explained to me in a patient and respectable manner. They were friendly, knowledgeable professionals through and through.
