AFS…is the only and best company to properly deal with, and correct your home's foundation problems!! David is a great foreman and his team is the best in the business. David, Bobby and Jesus are truely hard working professionals who go above and beyond to not only do a great job, but to bring you in so they may explain everything that they do and how they will do it. I cannot say enough good things! I am so impressed with this company and the guys that do the work (Archie, Brad, Adam, Nate and the crew that did the install of interior waterproofing system as well as our production manager and the initial meeting with Kristofer)… The professionalism, kindness, care to details, communication, they were an overall great group of people to work with! I could not be more happy with the work that was completed… It was so neatly done and I just really appreciated their honesty throughout the process with everything, always available to answer any and all questions. We selected this company based on reviews and were worried if we were going to make the right choice for such a big, complicated project and from start to finish I’m blown away! I would recommend this company to anybody- it wasn’t easy and they showed up on time, every time, and with smiles on their faces!

I would like to sincerely thank AFS and one of their lead technicians Mr. Zachary Graham. On April 1st, Mr. Graham conducted an exquisite and excellent service for the annual AFS Service for the encapsulation of our crawl space and storm room totaling over 3700 sq foot. Mr. Graham was very thorough and very meticulous to ensure all systems and components were working accordingly. He provided insightful and detailed information and feedback on every aspect of the service. He also provided detailed photos of each of the 4 sump pump ls and two industrialized dehumidifiers. I can truly say that Mr. Graham provided the utmost detailed and extensive report bar none. I look forward to him coming out next year for our 4th Annual Inspection ✅🙌✅ THANK YOU! I also give a shout out to Mr. Dustin Loeb (AKA – Pastor Stephen Furtick) for doing our initial consultation and helping us navigate through this extensive crawl space encapsulation from March 2023. Cannot stress how great this company is. Had an old house with foundation issues. Alan was great, came out for a free estimate, and was very honest with me. We had a lot to consider and Alan was able to give me any information and help I needed. We ended up adding beams and supports. Their team was very polite, came out and had it fixed in a few hours. Top notch work and customer service. I would highly recommend AFS. They are a bit expensive but you get what you pay for, and a strong foundation is worth every penny.

From my first contact with the scheduler through my discussion with Nick Scudero, then my experience with the installation/repair team, Michael Truelove, Chris Smith, and Brady Webster, I've been incredibly impressed with everyone's courtesy, forthrightness, professionalism, knowledge, communication, and attention to detail. Mike and his team were timely and efficient and accomplished the job in amazingly quick time, then cleaned their work area, returning it to its original condition. Mike also showed me photos of the entire job from beginning to end. Then, I received a followup call to ensure my satisfaction. I definitely recommend AFS to anyone needing foundation repair.
