I would like to give thanks to my two guys installer for my crawl space foundation waterproofing specialist Matthew Ridley and Shane Lowe they were excellent they came in and did a thing and communicated with me and make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the work that they perform and they cleaned up their mess and put things back inside my crawl space I really appreciate their job good workers for sure not one time that I ever seen him not doing anything they kept me informed with everything they was doing I love the job that they did I will take a picture it was too dark down there right now this job was done on July the 1st Thank you guys for the excellent job y'all did for me AFS company I will recommend them to do any job is dealing with your crawl space basement or anything that's dealing with water foundations. They worked hard from the time they got to my house and from the time they left out and it was a very hot day so thank you Matthew and Shawn so much 🩷

Evan, Jorge, and Aldo did a fantastic job. They were quick ( they stayed until a 2 day job was finished in 1), efficient and even acted like they liked our cooking (we made them take a break to eat lunch with us). When the job was finished everything was super clean. They explained everything they did, the warranty, the pump and dehumidifier and the floor and wall coverings.We have used AFS twice now and would highly recommend them.

Every person we worked with was both professional, experienced, delivered on their promises, and very thorough. In particular, their installation team led by Evan Jensen along with Aldo Gracia and Jorge Martinez were outstanding. They communicated extremely well, were polite, on time, were very considerate of our property, and their encapsulation install looks amazing. In our mind, there is no other choice than AFS in Nashville for your groundworks needs!

We recently scheduled an inspection with AFS, and Wade was our specialist. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home, evaluating concerns related to mold, condensation, and airflow. Throughout the process, he provided detailed explanations, inspection data, and clear insights into his findings, ensuring we fully understood both the issues and potential solutions. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity. He took the time to address all of our concerns without ever attempting to sell us services or products we didn’t need. His approach was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping us make informed decisions. In addition to his expertise, Wade was incredibly personable and kind to both my spouse and me, as well as our children. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and informative. We had an excellent experience with AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists for our crawlspace encapsulation. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in their work. Matthew Ridley, Sean Lowe, and Tarish Curry went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way. They kept us informed throughout the process, were respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they finished. It’s hard to find a crew that cares this much about the quality of their work, and it definitely showed. Today, Steven came out to meet with me at my house. He was on time concerned about where he would park his car, and when he came into the house, he even took his shoes off at the door. I am very very pleased and impressed by his patience and knowledge, and took so much time sitting with me, explaining everything in detail and going over everything with me in very much detail it’s very comforting to know that you can put full. Trust into Steven. I was so worried and stressed out about my house but I so appreciate him being understanding and really being patient with me. Excellent Excellent service!

I had an estimate scheduled for a small piece of concrete approx 12"x12" to be lifted and I told the person this when I scheduled the appointment. When the Estimator came he was extremely polite, very nice and efficient with his measuring and work. He gave me the price of $35.00 for this project, however, he said the company has a $2,500.00 minimum charge. This should have been told to me before booking the appointment. I felt sorry for him because he drove approximately 2 hours to get to me from his home. So I ask some questions if he gets gas mileage an he said no. He doesn't have a company car an works strictly on commission. That doesn't say much for the company on how they care for their employees, Tanner Brown was exceptional well versed, kind, considerate and a gentleman. He deserves much better from a company. There should be more employees like him !!!
