Our crew – Uber, Jorge, Marco and Fernando – who serviced our house was professional and extremely hardworking. The foundation work was more complicated and difficult due to terrain and landscape. They communicated well, set expectations and worked late each day to complete the job. Thank you AFS.

Taylor F, David E, David S, and Patrick T all worked tirelessly to complete my massive project. As a single person, I put off this project for fear I would get taken as there are so many horror stories. These guys were up front, including Mason who bid the job, kind and informative. They arrived when they said they would and exceeded expectations for my project. Even when the project time exceeded projections they worked on into the evening and on their Saturday. One couldn’t ask for more. As expensive as this massive project was, I feel it was worth every penny.

AFS just finished the job at our house that included helical wall anchors, intellibraces, and aquastop drains in our basement and crawlspace. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the quick time turn around, and the professionalism and curtesy of the crews. Brandan M. was excellent at keeping us informed and updated during the whole process, and I can't applaud Evan, Aldo, Jorge, and Don enough for leaving our basement so sparkling clean and in better shape than before upon completion of the project!

Nick Cianciolo came to my house for an annual system check and maintenance. I was confident that the needed checks, filter and cleaning would be done. However, I feel that Nick was more thorough than I imagined. It gives me even more confidence in my AFS crawl space system. I’m so glad I decided to have that space encapsulated six years ago.

So far so good. Robert W. and his crew members Sergio R. and Josh N. were great. Showed up, worked hard, did good work on a complex foundation job addressing basement and crawlspace foundation issues as well as installing additional supports that should have been put in place by the builder over 10 yrs ago. Very happy with the knowledge and professionalism displayed. Communicated very well. I look forward to their next visit to see how things are settling into place with the new supports.

Great company done a wonderful job. The only complaint is the do not explain about having a electrical out put in by a sub-contractor. It was very costly and I could have done it myself. Plus the sub contractor done a crappy job. That being said I still would recommend them over anyone else.
