I had an encapsulation annual inspection/maintenance done today with Emmett Wooton. Emmett called to tell me he was on the way, showed up on time and did a complete, professional inspection of my home. He performed maintenance and taught me a lot about how to better care for my home. Everyone I have worked with from AFS Chattanooga is outstanding and I now add "Excellent Emmett" to the list. Few people realize that the crawspace is as critical to your home's health as the living space or the roof, but it is the truth. AFS has helped me raise the maintenance bar to insure that my home is as close to perfect as I can get it. If you have the opportunity to get a free inspection from Mr. Emmett Wooton, I feel confident that you will feel better about your highest investment and enjoy talking to a true professional who will be a valuable partner.

I can’t say enough good things about Joshua P Preston, Y and Brandon E they were very likable and hard-working and did the most professional job I’ve ever thought I would experience by hiring AFS. I am 100% plus completely satisfied with their work and their foundation in crawlspace repairs to my home. I was always a huge fan and I know AFS is the best and I used to be in business for myself for 26 years and I will forever recommend you guys as long as I live and Kevin Crowe my salesman has a good guys I ever met and once you meet Kevin you ain’t gonna go on work nowhere else with anybody else because he’s the real deal.

I had a great experience working with Rhett at AFS. He was incredibly thorough with his assessment and explained everything. My house was built in the 50s, so it has its quirks. He assured me that repairing the moisture damage in the crawlspace was step one in our home reno. A crawlspace repair is definitely not something you want to spend money on, but I feel confident it was worth every penny!

Jim Adams, Joe, Anthony “Gonzo,” and Pedro did an outstanding job on my flooded basement. These guys explained everything to me, gave me numerous options, and were the definition of customer service. They covered all my belongings and even left the basement cleaner than what I had it. These guys came out in a hurry, and finished ahead of the projected finish time! Logan O'Neil came out to assess my problem and for an estimate.. He was very patient, knowledgeable and very personable and polite. He explained everything he was doing and then also explained why some of the things that he saw needing to be repaired, needed to be done as I had many questions.He also worked with me on the financing and explained all the options. I would definitely recommend Logan O'Neil. Just as an aside, he contacted me to see if he could come early and I really appreciated that and was glad he was able to come earlier than expected.
