Shepard and Cage came out from AFS to lift some sagging concrete around our pool. They texted before they came, introduced themselves and went through the process to make sure I understood the project. They completed the work quickly then gave me a tour, a recap of what was done and the continuing support that I would receive over the next 5 years to ensure satisfaction with the product and project. The project turned out better than I had hoped. Also, I could not have asked for two nicer and more professional young men as Cage and Shepard. Recently hired AFS to do structural repairs and encapsulate my crawl space. Eric came out to evaluate my situation and give me a quote. Cody B., Justin T., and Christian P. came and did the work that Eric had recommended. Each member, with which I worked from AFA was professional, respectful, and performed their respective duties with utmost care. Would highly, highly recommend this team to anyone that seeks to improve their home situation!

I just want to give a huge shot out to Matthew Ridley and Shawn Lowe! The first day they started work it was raining, and they got to see first hand the mess we have been dealing with😞. They worked so hard. I actually felt bad🥺. They explained everything to me and they even cleaned up the mess when they were done. I can’t say enough great things about these 2. Think twice before using this company. Another encapsulating company came by to do some different work and went under the house and said that encapsulation that I had done was not complete. They said my air vents should’ve been covered. That was never discussed in my initial inspection.

Our experience with AFS was excellent! Our consultation was with Tim. We were comfortable with his plan to address the issues with our foundation. Our work crew was Victor, Antonio and Ubaldo. They were professional and kind. I spoke mostly with Victor and he was patient while he took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. Very knowledgeable about the issues we had and the corrections. As a bonus, the work was scheduled to take two days and it was complete at the end of day one. I definitely recommend!

We had a wet and smelly crawl space and a friend recommended AFS. We called and were able to get an appointment quickly. After inspection the representative Brandon explained what needed to be done and was very thorough and informative. A few days later Evan Jensen, Aldo Garcia and Jorge Martinez began the repair. This team is amazing. They are efficient and professional. What a fantastic job! The crawl space is clean, dry and we are so pleased with the results!

I had my crawlspace encapsulated, and I can’t say enough good things about the whole process. I talked to Rhett to get everything set up. Awesome guy, kept me updated, and answered all my questions I had. The crew that came and worked on it did a phenomenal job, they even took the time to address any issues or answer ay questions. By far the best experience.
