Levi came out to my house and designed a solution for a complicated garage water problem. I was initially concerned by the troubled look on his face! But he explained everything. He carefully explained the cause of the water drainage and the effect of the problem on my garage floor. The problem is bad, but he went back to the office and designed a viable solution. I initially called a concrete guy who offered the WRONG solution for 3x the AFS cost! I’m glad I called AFS – but I should have called them first. Protecting my property investment is important to me. Thank you AFS!

I recently had the pleasure of working with TJ from AFS Foundation Services for an inspection of my crawl space in Louisville, Kentucky. TJ was incredibly thorough and professional, addressing several concerns including water intrusion, termite damage, and mold/fungus issues. He also pointed out rotting wood and cracked floor joists, all of which were explained in detail. His clear explanations and expert advice were invaluable in helping me understand the extent of the issues and the necessary steps to address them. I need to apologize to Gavin and Jonathan for not writting this review soon enough, I simply got tied up and forgot until I found the review form. I do hope they can still win any company benefits because they were the best workings I have talked to in a ling time. Informative of the steps, respectful and careful of my property and of course doing the job quicker than I could get pictures of it. And unfortunately I cant recall the Project Managers name, but his card is here on my desk somewhere, and he was very helpful on working with me on raising my porch. A previous company told me they had a minimal cost of $1,500 for the foam injections, where AFS did the whole job for a little over that amount as they do so much, they have no minimal charge. He also told me the 3 jacks I had been quoted by other services was not needed (I knew that, but he confirmed my knowledge and earned my respect by telling me the truth). So hopefully all 3 will win any company benefits for this, I very seldom give 5 stars, only when a company fully exceeds my expectations. At least now I do not have to worry about my porch falling into the abyss.

They have 5 stars because they deserve it. All around great experience with AFS. Keith inspected a potential home and the home we just purchased. Was able to come out quickly in the inspection window which we appreciate. He was really thorough in explaining all issues and recommended fixes. I feel like he was out to save us as much money as possible to fix what was needed. We had our crawl space encapsulated by Jackson, Micah and David. These guys are hard workers that were really quiet that I barely knew that they were there. Which in a work from home environment is appreciated. Pleased with the work, showed me the finished area and explanation from Jackson. I would highly recommend AFS and will use them again no problem.

I needed a sidewalk lifted and some voids under the garage floor filled, so I contacted AFS do get an estimate for the repairs. The estimator, Jordan Clark, did a thorough inspection and told us what was needed. I decided to go ahead with the repairs, and this morning Parris Houchins and Aiden Langford completed the repairs. The sidewalk is back up where it’s supposed to be, the trip hazards gone, and the garage floor shored up so it shouldn’t crack and settle down the road. Parris was very helpful in explaining what they were doing. I’d recommend AFS Knoxville for your sidewalk/driveway lifting needs.

Charles Halmark is an exemplary example of the perfect employee. This man was on time and did every inspection by the book and then explained everything in detail. This was the best explanation of things going on under our house that I have ever heard and he made it all make sense. AFS you need to keep this guy around!!! AFS as a whole is a great company also. The barrier that they laid in our crawl space still looks new after several years. The sump pump is still working when it needs to and the dehumidifier is also still working great. Thanks AFS!

AFS was great. Paul, Uriel, Jose, Edgar, and Jesus were amazing to work with. After Paul quoted us, they had an opening and told me it would be about 2 days to complete. The crew got there punctually at 9:30 and were done by 4pm the same day. They had to install 10 of the piers under my slab one end of my home as it was settling and causing deflection in the slab. The crew came out and were very kind, professional, and quick.
