Our building foundation had settled so I contacted AFS. They sent Josh J who answered all my questions, gave me a quote and was in constant communication with me throughout the job. He provided exceptional service and went above and beyond by giving a video presentation to the HOA board members. If you’re looking for a Team that is experienced, knowledgeable, fast and professional then the installation work done by Tyler C, Abel P and German C should be your first call. Our building’s helical pier installation went smoothly and for the quoted price. Don’t waste time, call these guys!

We had a great experience with AFS. George came out and gave us a thorough inspection and estimate to repair the work, while explaining their repair system and how it would be the right solution for us. We scheduled the install that day. On the day the work was done, the install crew gave us a heads up call when they were on the way out, and told us what time to expect them. The crew was respectful of our home and did their work with little to no interruption to our normal daily activities. I’m very pleased with the service and quality of product we received and would recommend them to anyone.

AFS team consisting of Kevin Calderon, Logan F, Oliver G, and Ashton S remediated my crawl space. In 4 days they removed insulation, sprayed for mold and mildew, pulled up the moisture barrier, installed drainage system along interior of crawl space, encapsulated the area. Installed two condensation drain pumps and dehumidifier. Finally installed new entrance door. Kept me informed throughout the project. Great job by a great team. JMD

Steve Napi came and did a free inspection on our home in Cookeville, TN. He was extremely helpful and answered my many questions (tips tricks and needs to remediate some issues) and explored all of the options and suggestions customized to our specific situations in our basement.He showed me the price breakdown, how the process would work, how we could finance, and physical pieces and pictures of the materials and process that the job would entail. Great experience start to finish. Caleb came out for the initial inspection. Straight forward, no high-pressure sales shenanigans. the product and the price met our needs and we moved forward on the installation. Tim, Travis, & Cody did the clean out and install. I did not believe it was only a 'one day' job. But it was! The crawl space looks great, the backyard/work area looked as if nobody had been there, and the crew was professional, polite, and kept us updated on the progress. Zach was in touch with me the next day to follow up. I had reservations about AFS having been acquired by a national corporation, but besides the initial call, this is very much a locally run operation with a great group of folks who live and work right here in our community. Caleb, Cody, Tim, Travis & Zach, Thank You Again!
