Fred came out on a miserable day without complaint, explained the inspection process and got to work immediately. He then gave a thorough of his findings and already had recommendations ready to go. Work was performed THE NEXT WEEK by Trent, Darian and Tyler. Encapsulated, the crawlspace, added the floor jacks and lifted the house all in half a day. Would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone with housing issues.

We had to repair or replace a 18×20 ft concrete patio at our condo that had a major crack, and I got three companies to give me an estimate- two of them were going to just remove the old patio and re-pour the patio. The AFS estimator showed me exactly what had caused the problem – the ground on one side had sunk due to moisture, and showed me a video of their foam process which lifts the concrete back into place and is ready to use after 15 minutes. The work is guaranteed for 5 years and the warranty is transferable to a new owner. The price quoted was less than half of one of the concrete replacement quotes that I was considering. The two technicians that performed the work were very professional and did the entire repair, including cleanup, in less than an hour. They took great care to ensure that the concrete was completely level and that the crack was filled and covered. I was very pleased with the entire process and will use them again in the future if any other foundation or concrete problems occur.

Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. William Jamison replaced one of my crawl space sump pumps and about 30 feet of water line from the dehumidifier. Took his time and did an excellent job, checking the pump to ensure it worked. Cleaned up the area and showed me pics of all the work. Kept working past normal work hours to get it done! AFS —he’s a keeper.

Could not recommend them more highly. We called AFS because we are in the process of selling our house and the home inspector recommended we have our foundation inspected due to a crack in the garage.The scheduling and pre-appointment communication was great. Nate called the night before to confirm, and he arrived exactly on time. Did a complete inspection and came back with good news – no moisture is getting through and we don’t need any repairs. Such a relief to know there are no issues. Best of all, we weren’t pressured to buy anything we don’t need. The inspection was free of charge and Travis was prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

These guys, Jorge, Jesus, and Hilmer, from AFS came to do foundation work at our home. What a PROFESSIONAL, HARDWORKING, EFFICIENT, POLITE TEAM they are!!!! They worked diligently to make sure that their work was as secure as possible!!!! Periodically during the work day, Jorge would check with me to see if I had any questions or concerns!!! I highly recommend AFS to help with your foundation project especially if you have the TEAM “JJH” —- my acronym for JORGE. JESUS, and HILMER, the crew that laid the helical piers! Thank you!!!

Used laser lights to see the offset of my foundation. Nate is very professional and I highly recommend anyone to use Nate for an inspection of your basement and foundation.
