Fred came out on a miserable day without complaint, explained the inspection process and got to work immediately. He then gave a thorough of his findings and already had recommendations ready to go. Work was performed THE NEXT WEEK by Trent, Darian and Tyler. Encapsulated, the crawlspace, added the floor jacks and lifted the house all in half a day. Would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone with housing issues.

I had a wonderful experience with the company. From the very beginning with Hunter I was pleased and knew it would be a good experience. The team was very helpful throughout the entire process by answering questions as well as walking me through all the steps that were taken to resolve the problem. Tommy, Dylan and Jesus were all very invested in the company with only positive attitudes and compliments on the company and their work experience with them the entire time. I had a great experience working with Rhett at AFS. He was incredibly thorough with his assessment and explained everything. My house was built in the 50s, so it has its quirks. He assured me that repairing the moisture damage in the crawlspace was step one in our home reno. A crawlspace repair is definitely not something you want to spend money on, but I feel confident it was worth every penny!

I had a good team from the Advisor / Salesman Mr Chaffin to Trevor and the team of workers he had. They were respectful and had great communication throughout the entire process. These were some hard working Men. The work was a little spendy however this crew of people will be with this house throughout the years. The work is also transferable if I sell the house at a later date. Nobody wants to know that their house is settling but if it’s something you’re are going to worry about this is the fix! I would also recommend finding your own finance company.

Had a great experience from start to finish! Trent was very informative when telling me what I needed and then the crew – Victor, Antonio and Ubaldo were courteous, professional and got the job done very quickly! You can tell communication is so important to this company. They made sure I knew what was happening at all times. Not only that, Victor and his crew made sure my house and landscaping looked just as good (if not better, actually) than when they started. Very please all the way around!

Super service… able to reschedule concrete lifting job before originally scheduled. Parris Houghins and Benjamin Esparza kept us in the loop from the time to set out until they arrived. Parris explained the entire job, the approximate time it would take, and asked if I had any questions. I told him my concerns and he understood my requirements. He and Benjamin started and when finished explained what was done, how it was done, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. They even cleaned the work area and left the area spic and span! Two excellent workers are shining stars at AFS.

Nick and Josh showed up in my home yesterday to complete the work on my pool deck, leveling and stabilization. Nick explained in detail what they were going to do and how they were going to stabilize the concrete deck. He was very clear, very professional in how he delivered the information. Josh explained to me some of the techniques they would use to truly make this look professional complete and stable. I was thoroughly impressed with these two fellas and the work that they had accomplished. These two guys are a crackerjack team and should be acknowledged for their work and service.
