I got a quote from Fred at AFS. He was thorough and quick. He gave me a good price and scheduled service right away. Explained everything up front about the process. The guys came out in one day and sealed and completely the work in my. Crawlspace. I was very impressed. Definitely recommend

Talon was amazing, punctual, educational, patient, and knowledgeable! Took as much time as needed with us to make sure we were fully knowledgeable about all the issues that our new house had with water intrusion and structural issues. Was able to give us a quote the same day and even offered financing through a third party. Would recommend him to anyone buying a house or looking to fix water issues entirely. My father has experience in home building and home inspections and was very impressed with him and his information and processes. I will definitely have AFS do the work and trust them as a company now.

AFS was very good to work with. Caleb Loy provided a timely quote along with detailed information, including drawings, about the work to be done which was shoring up underneath the house, the lack of which was causing the floor to sink and walls to crack. The job was scheduled without delay. Crew consisting of Ridley, Lowe and Murphy were courteous and professional. They got the job done in the time stated. They took me under the house to show/explain in detail what had been done. I would recommend AFS for this type work.

We had Ridley, Kyle, and another gentleman that I can’t remember his name encapsulated our crawlspace. They were professional, honest, and reliable. Upon arrival, our Inspector will introduce themselves and chat with you about the problems you’re experiencing. Based on the information you provide them, they’ll then create a plan of action to examine your home inside and out.
Receive a detailed repair plan and quote
Once the inspection is complete, the Inspector will sit with you and present their findings. And because we provide same-day estimates, you’ll have all the cost and financing information you need to make a decision right away.
Get the work done when you’re ready
When you’re ready to move forward with repairs, we’ll help you choose an installation date that works for your schedule, and notify our Installation team immediately of the upcoming work.
