I received several quotes for my foundation issues. The first was high for the limited scope that they were going to do, the second one told me that I needed to hire an engineer and then I got the quote from AFS. While these type of repairs are expensive to do they worked with me to come up with a plan that will take care of my issues, but that could work with a budget. Jesse, Selvin and Smith performed my repairs. They explained all that they were doing and even when we ran into an issue they addressed it and I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

I needed someone to just inspect my foundation for a second opinion and despite knowing this would be a quick inspection, Andy was still willing to come out and take a look to alleviate any fears I had that there was major damage to my foundation. He has communicated throughout the entire process and explained to me everything thoroughly. He was even kind enough to show up early.

We called AFS Knoxville after finding some concerning areas in our basement. Talon came out and took the time to fully educate us on the issues we were seeing rather than just pitching a product/service. He also was so patient in answering all the questions we posed. Because of the initial consultation with Talon, we ultimately decided to move forward in working with AFS and are looking forward to seeing the end result!

They were both friendly to my dogs and daughter who were present. They cleaned up the area after they left and answered any questions I had about the process. 5 star service! Talon was amazing, punctual, educational, patient, and knowledgeable! Took as much time as needed with us to make sure we were fully knowledgeable about all the issues that our new house had with water intrusion and structural issues. Was able to give us a quote the same day and even offered financing through a third party. Would recommend him to anyone buying a house or looking to fix water issues entirely. My father has experience in home building and home inspections and was very impressed with him and his information and processes. I will definitely have AFS do the work and trust them as a company now.

AFS was very responsive when I first called about my foundation structural issues. They explained what needed to be done and gave an estimate that was affordable for the work being done. They scheduled when the work would be done and was on point with that schedule. The guys who performed the service, Jordan, AJ and Eli were on time, calling to let me know they were on they way. Jordan explained the full process and answered any questions I had. He was very professional and knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk to. AJ was a pleasure to chat with, professional and love what he was doing. He was the newest on the team and as I watched him work I was very impressed. Eli was a pleasure to chat with and was also a great help to the guys. All three guys did an awesome job and cleaned up the areas they work after the job was done. I would absolutely recommend this company and team to do your foundation and structural work. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job and walking me through the process as you did the work!

Great experience start to finish. Caleb came out for the initial inspection. Straight forward, no high-pressure sales shenanigans. the product and the price met our needs and we moved forward on the installation. Tim, Travis, & Cody did the clean out and install. I did not believe it was only a 'one day' job. But it was! The crawl space looks great, the backyard/work area looked as if nobody had been there, and the crew was professional, polite, and kept us updated on the progress. Zach was in touch with me the next day to follow up. I had reservations about AFS having been acquired by a national corporation, but besides the initial call, this is very much a locally run operation with a great group of folks who live and work right here in our community. Caleb, Cody, Tim, Travis & Zach, Thank You Again!
