First of all this is a very difficult job for the workers any I appreciate the way they handled their business! The crew on my job was Micah, Shawn and Kayden. What an amazing team they have. They are such hard workers and explained every step in the process, They continuously kept me updated. They took the time to answer all my questions without judgement. They have fun while handling a scary job. We did encapsulation and they were positive about the project, I liked them so much that I asked the Pro Desk at Home Depot to add them to the list of preferred providers! So know you to know the final results? The crawl space looks amazing and all those future problems will no longer be an issue! Yes it is an expensive project, but now we have the piece of mind that we avoided future problems and dishing the right way! AFS has my highest recommendation!

Jesse did an outstanding job installing toggle piers in my mothers bedroom to fix an ever widening wall crack. It closed up a lot, even more after polyfill. Selvin was great too noticing their floor plastic tearing and replacing it with thicker plastic to protect my carpet. Thank you guys!

We were blessed that AFS sent Bryson McClurkin, a professional, knowledgeable and certified field inspector to meet with us. His attention to detail and the time he spent under our house measuring and then explaining what he had measured was second to none. He is a remarkable young man. Thank you again. Beth Monahan

Charlie was very thorough with his inspection. He walked us through the whole process. He not only told us what our problems was but also showed us. He was very patient when we asked questions. He also not only wanted to get rid of the mold but fix the problem causing the mold and moisture. He also came up with a solution to fix the foundation problems that I have

How it works
Straightforward and simple process
Schedule an inspection
Upon arrival, our Inspector will introduce themselves and chat with you about the problems you’re experiencing. Based on the information you provide them, they’ll then create a plan of action to examine your home inside and out.
Receive a detailed repair plan and quote
Once the inspection is complete, the Inspector will sit with you and present their findings. And because we provide same-day estimates, you’ll have all the cost and financing information you need to make a decision right away.
Get the work done when you’re ready
When you’re ready to move forward with repairs, we’ll help you choose an installation date that works for your schedule, and notify our Installation team immediately of the upcoming work.
