Lead man Johnny Ketrun, Michael Jordan (they call him MJ but it’s not the famous one), and last but not least Michael Sinard can to raise the floor joists on the west side of our home. All introduced themselves on arrival and competed the entire job in under 5 hours. Both my wife and I were very impressed about how organized and professionally they went about completing their work and cleaning up afterward. I was given a library of pictures documenting the work done. Great team!

I had talked to a few companies before deciding on AFS to address the moisture issue in our basement before finishing it into a family area, The guys called about an hour before arriving to let us know they were on their way, when they arrived Jackson introduced the crew of Mikey and. Chelsea, They explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. They worked consistently all day with only a short break, about noon time Jackson asked me if I wanted to see the progress and I was amazed, They continued working past 7 o’clock until they had finished the whole basement, I was so amazed and happy, I would highly recommend AFS for your basement water problems and especially the crew of Jackson, Mikey and Chelsea, they are true hard working professionals with great customer satisfaction skills!

I would highly recommend AFS for all your foundation, basement and crawlspace needs. Sales rep, Rob Lenoir, did a great job of assessing what needed to be done to my crawlspace, explaining the process and equipment required. Kevin Calderon, Logan Firmature, and Jacob Hernandez did a great job with the installation. I am very pleased with the results.

I live in far Eastern Tennessee. Almost in North Carolina, and trying to get any home Repair is extremely difficult, so it was a blessing when the AFS inspector showed app was very timely, polite and very good at communicating …he gave me exactly what I needed to know about my home. It is over 100 years old and I could find no one over the past 2 and a 1/2 years who might look at the foundation and do the repairs. Caleb Loy was courteous, efficient and very well spoken. He did an excellent job of explaining the situation of my foundation, using actual pictures for real time accuracy so I could grasp the seriousness of the disrepair and neglect from previous owners, and then gave an exemplary presentation of how my home could be saved, and last for future generations. If you are near Butler, Johnson City, Kingsport to Knoxville, ask for Caleb Loy.

Our foundation issue was more serious then we realized. Caleb did a great job while he was doing his inspection on showing us where the foundation settled and also what was causing these issues. The crew got out here quick to install the piers and were professional, hard working, and cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend AFS to anyone that has foundation concerns!

I have an approximately 20 year old home that sits on a full basement. Over the years I noticed a crack developing on one wall. So I called AFS to come have a look and give me an estimate on repairs. Inspector / salesman Steve McGahon called and scheduled an appointment within 24hrs. On our scheduled appointment he was on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Once the contract was signed and deposit was paid we set an installation date. Luckily for me they had a couple of projects moved around and got to me a few days early. Installation crew (CJ and Kieth) called to verify appointment and of course were right on time. As The installation crew prepared the worksite CJ identified an unforeseen problem with the intended plan of action. As I am no engineer by any stretch of the imagination, CJ Explained why it would need to be done a different way. She took her time to explain and show me alternative options. CJ is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional; you can tell she actually cares about customer experiences. I cannot say enough about CJ and Keith as installers. CJ and Keith kept a clean and safe work environment And worked in a very methodic rhythm. I cannot say enough about the quality of craftsmanship that CJ and Keith exude. Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend AFS for any of your foundation needs.

Our experience with AFS exceeded expectations and the end result is better than expected, as well. The work was thoughtfully done any not disruptive in any way. The technicians (Ethan & Cody) were well spoken, competent and good at explaining their process and the guarantee involved. It is clear to me that this system/process is very developed and the techs are well trained snd experienced. Their work is better than we expected and we had high expectations. I needed someone to just inspect my foundation for a second opinion and despite knowing this would be a quick inspection, Andy was still willing to come out and take a look to alleviate any fears I had that there was major damage to my foundation. He has communicated throughout the entire process and explained to me everything thoroughly. He was even kind enough to show up early.
