I just want to give a huge shot out to Matthew Ridley and Shawn Lowe! The first day they started work it was raining, and they got to see first hand the mess we have been dealing with😞. They worked so hard. I actually felt bad🥺. They explained everything to me and they even cleaned up the mess when they were done. I can’t say enough great things about these 2. I highly recommend them and this company. Thank you guys for all you do😊

We had a wet and smelly crawl space and AFS was recommended by a friend. We called and they were able to get it inspected and repaired quickly. Evan Jenson, Aldo Garcia and Jorge Martinez was the team that encapsulated our crawl space. They are very professional, hardworking and efficient! The crawl space looks great and doesn’t smell moldy anymore. Thanks so much! What a great team and great company!

They have 5 stars because they deserve it. All around great experience with AFS. Keith inspected a potential home and the home we just purchased. Was able to come out quickly in the inspection window which we appreciate. He was really thorough in explaining all issues and recommended fixes. I feel like he was out to save us as much money as possible to fix what was needed. We had our crawl space encapsulated by Jackson, Micah and David. These guys are hard workers that were really quiet that I barely knew that they were there. Which in a work from home environment is appreciated. Pleased with the work, showed me the finished area and explanation from Jackson. I would highly recommend AFS and will use them again no problem.

I recently had AFS Foundation Company come out to evaluate work done at my home, and I want to express how grateful I am for the experience. Andy Friar and Chris Wanzer were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to carefully inspect everything, explained each detail in a way I could understand, and made sure I felt confident about what was going on with my home. They walked me through what had been done, what still needed attention, and reassured me that everything would be taken care of properly. Their communication was clear, honest, and very reassuring. It’s not often you meet people who take this much pride in their work, and it really showed. I truly appreciate their time, effort, and professionalism. Andy and Chris have set a high standard for the company. I hope if I ever need anything else, Andy or Chris are the ones who come to my home. Thank you, Andy and Chris, and thank you to AFS Foundation Company.

Lead man Johnny Ketrun, Michael Jordan (they call him MJ but it’s not the famous one), and last but not least Michael Sinard can to raise the floor joists on the west side of our home. All introduced themselves on arrival and competed the entire job in under 5 hours. Both my wife and I were very impressed about how organized and professionally they went about completing their work and cleaning up afterward. I was given a library of pictures documenting the work done. Great team!

Matthew Ridley and Shawn Lowe came and completed foundation work for us today in bad weather/ icy road conditions when most people would have stayed home. The work was done in a timely manner, and they cleaned up after themselves once the job was complete. They communicated with us throughout the process and spoke to us once the job was complete to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. 100% recommend them for your foundation repair needs!

Five star service from beginning to end! Mack, the company sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of surveying the damage and explaining what needed to be done. Scheduling staff then ensured that a repair time was scheduled that was convenient for me. The repair crew, Paris and Bug, showed up at the agreed upon time, explained what they were going to do and ensured that all my questions were answered prior to starting. Then the real magic happened, they were able to bring my patio, walkway, and steps back perfectly to their original positions. See photos! I couldn’t recommend this company any more highly. If you want your leveling done right, and done right the first time, these are the folks to call!
