We were in a panic with flooding issues in our basement. The guys at AFS came out, spent several hours looking at the property and explaining their products. We hired them to install a drain and sump pump system. They got started right away, were friendly, professional and our basement is no longer flooding.

I am beyond impressed with AFS!!! Wade Siler, from AFS, arrived and looked at the areas of our concern. He examined the ground underneath of our porches and checked the walls attached. He showed us how the slate was laid and told us they would not be able to help us. The raising foam could pop out our stones because there was no concrete under them. He was HONEST, and said AFS wants to be a company that people can trust…my husband and I really appreciated his honesty and I will not hesitate to recommend AFS to our family and friends! Wade Siler should be commended for his work ethic!

You want the best of the best? Call and ask for Ross. Ross is a big guy and I thought there was no way he would be able to fit in the areas I needed examined in my crawlspace. Let me tell you, I thought I was watching Santa Claus in action, that man disappeared in my crawl space and didn't come back until the whole thing was mapped and solutions were on the table. The follow up work to fix the issues was great as well. All around great experience.

The reality is that when your footer drains eventually Claude, yet figured a way to deal with the water and the only reliable way is from the inside. AFS is not the cheapest, but they are effective and I would say very reasonable.

We are beyond pleased with receiving, in our home, a pleasant, knowledgeable, personal, patient, very open to our product questions and inquiries with representative Justin Bennett representing Alpha Foundations. Hands down Justin Bennett is one of the most courteous professional representatives we have met in the world of poor customer service of today. We were pleased how he educated us on the "features and benefits" of utilizing Alpha Foundations for our "long term safety and value of our home". We found Justin Bennett a problem solver, having great communication skills, alert listener, very organized, through, empathic, and passionate about Alpha Foundations. We are preparing our next steps of restoration at this time in which utilizing this upgrade will be added into our plan. When we decided we needed a structural issue resolved, I did rather extensive research of the prospective companies and decided on AFS. We made a very good decision and would happily recommend their work to anyone. Eli came out and did an extensive inspection. He was very knowledgeable and went over all of our options in a clear manner and answered all of our questions. Eli was a delight to meet and work with. Johnny and his instal crew of Michael & Michael also did a great job. They arrived right on time and ready to go. Johnny went over all of the project details. He answered all our questions. His team worked hard and efficiently. They had a large project done in approximately four hours. They cleaned up as well as possible after a pretty elaborate repair. Johnny and his team took care of all our concerns. Johnny and the Michaels were also great to work with.

Rhett Stephens, Certified Field Inspector, from AFS visited a couple days ago. He was very thorough in his examination of my basement and crawl space, even carefully inspecting the outside of the home, grading, gutters and downspouts. He explained all of his findings and concerns EXTREMELY well. Yes, I capitalized extremely because I ask a lot of questions to ensure I fully understand. He handled all my questions with grace and patience. I had two other well known companies come out as well, there is no comparison to be made. He answered all of my questions, even follow up questions by text and gave a timely estimate for repairs. He’s very friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his field. Definitely recommend!!!

This review is only for the consultation. Rhett came out to look at our crawl space and recommend solutions. He took his time and was very thorough taking pictures of the entire space. When it came time to sit down and discuss what’s happening and recommend a solution Rhett explained everything and made sure I understood not only what’s happening in the space but also that I understood the solution and the why. Rhett was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire process. He is a huge asset to AFS and set a high bar for all in home consultation services to reach.

My experience with AFS was excellent. Caleb came out to look at my issue in my basement and had multiple options to resolve my issue in no time. After we had it scheduled a team of installers came and performed the work perfectly. The team also kept me update throughout the project with any concerns or questions the had. They had my job done in two days and it looks and functions great. I couldn’t have had a better experience with the company and the team members. I was very pleased with AFS from the initial visit with my salesman Dustin. Dustin came in and was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process and made sure any questions I had were answered. My home needed a lot of work and Dustin told me not to let it overwhelm me. I felt confident that my home was in good hands with AFS. My Foreman Dustin and his crew were very professional and punctual throughout the duration of my project and kept me updated on everything that they were doing each day. The project was completed very quickly but no shortcuts were taken and I feel confident that my home is 100% stable! I definitely recommend AFS for any of your foundation needs!

We called Alpha foundations to come out and give us an estimate for a sinking subfloor. Within the same week, Eric came out and measured/leveled out the whole house, and wrote up a repair plan. That same day we had our estimate in hand, as well as a scheduled date of install. They offer 12months of no interest financing which was very convenient for us. Jeff, the crew foreman, called me 24 hours before the repairs to let me know an estimated arrival and the guys showed up Monday morning exactly when they said they would. Steven and Trent did an amazing job digging footers, installing the steel reinforcement beams, and placing the Intelijacks underneath our home. The crew was very professional and prompt. We are highly likely to use them again if we ever have any other needs for their services in the future.

I bought a house that had some renovation work done in the basement a few months before I moved in . A sump pump system and a vapor barrier had been added. Unfortunately, the seller didn't leave me any information on any of this, other than I was able to find out that AFS did the work. The sump system wasn't working right and I also just needed to find out some information on what work had been done in general, so I called AFS to ask some questions. I ended up being put in contact with Brandon Bailey from AFS. Not only did he send me some general information on the work that had been done, he personally came out to my house to fix up the sump system free of charge, and answered my questions about other future work on the house I was considering. This all surprised me with how much they were willing to help me out even though the work was all done well before I moved in, and has definitely earned AFS a future customer.

Had a great experience with Alan M. during an inspection. He was very thorough and took pictures of everything. Then he took the time to explain each image and what needed to be done to correct the issues. He itemized each project that needed to be completed and showed the possible phases that could be used to finish some or all of the needed repairs. At no time did I feel he tried to pressure me into hiring AFS, but he broke down what AFS would do if they were contracted to complete the repairs. He was very friendly and personable throughout the whole inspection.
