Completely satisfied with the work Lonnie Hodo, Austin Arledge, and Herberto Palasios did. I am very pleased with the outcome of the piers and floor supports. I would recommend them to anyone that needs foundation work doUpdated post The crew victor antonio Guadalupe came out and was very satisfied with afs. They came out and fixed my porch and did a very good job. I would highly recommend them with any issues in their foundation and very well worth the time and taking care of my investment.

Recently hired AFS to do structural repairs and encapsulate my crawl space. Eric came out to evaluate my situation and give me a quote. Cody B., Justin T., and Christian P. came and did the work that Eric had recommended. Each member, with which I worked from AFA was professional, respectful, and performed their respective duties with utmost care. I used AFS to repair my foundation , They sent me Joe, and his crew, they finished my job in two days, were very professional, took every precaution not to tear up my yard and made sure everything was clean and in order when they finished. Definitely would recommend AFS to family and neighbors and would tell them to make sure they ask for Joe and his crew Jeremiah&Julio to do the job. I would also recommend Tommy Thomason to come out and do the estimate, very professional, checks everything and makes sure you understand the procedures that will be performed, He recommended Joe, Jeremiah and Julio. So make sure you ask for these guys by name if you have issues with your home like I did.

DFX did and excellent job. I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. Bryan and DFX were also the best price. They created drawings, and shared what all would need to be done, they were courteous and did excellent work. I would certainly use Bryan and the DFX team again. I give them 10 stars for making my sister happy. She is 84 years old and didn't have anywhere else to turn and DFX came through. Thank you Bryan and DFX. We really appreciate you. It

We have used AFS several times. To lift our car port concrete pad, resolve a floor joist structural issue and most recently to encapsulate our crawlspace (with dehumidifier). The service has always been top-notch. Kudos to Josh who recently came out to perform our annual maintenance checkup – patient, thorough and professional 10 star support. We renewed our annual maintenance contract on the spot. Hopefully you will never need foundation work but if you do, I highly recommend you check with AFS first!
