Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. First of all this is a very difficult job for the workers any I appreciate the way they handled their business! The crew on my job was Micah, Shawn and Kayden. What an amazing team they have. They are such hard workers and explained every step in the process, They continuously kept me updated. They took the time to answer all my questions without judgement. They have fun while handling a scary job. We did encapsulation and they were positive about the project, I liked them so much that I asked the Pro Desk at Home Depot to add them to the list of preferred providers! So know you to know the final results? The crawl space looks amazing and all those future problems will no longer be an issue! Yes it is an expensive project, but now we have the piece of mind that we avoided future problems and dishing the right way! AFS has my highest recommendation!

My daughter's room is in our walk out basement. It would flood almost everytime it rained, continuing to get worse. My wife and I decided to finally consider the sub pump option. Alan started the process with us and TJ came out to look at the project. Both of them were so easy to communicate with, and were transparent with everything. TJ spend a good amount of time looking over everything, and sitting down with us to go over every detail. The project was schedule within a couple of weeks, and the crew installed in one day! The room continues to be bone dry through many heavy rains and we are so thankful we went with AFS.

AFS is the only foundation company I will use from now on. Austin came out on very short notice to look at a problem my home inspector missed! Within a couples hours I had a fully written plan to fix my rotten sub floor and joist. Stephen Gilland and Sean Bossaerta came out two weeks later to install new joists and fix my sub floor. Very professional guys, kept me updated along the way and made short work out of a very big problem. Cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they had done. As a new home owner this company is a life saver!

I recently had four support piers installed under a corner of my house. This is my second experience with the work of AFS, and I’m glad to say that both times the staff and work of AFS were top-notch. The initial meeting and assessment with Greg was thorough and clear about the need for work. Greg took time to explain the work to be done and the estimate. He was friendly, professional – an excellent representative for AFS. The crew of Uber, Fernando and Marco, who completed the foundation work were equally professional. Each was friendly, personable and conscientious about their work. They ensured that I was able to see the work at different stages, and the they explained it in detail and made sure my questions were answered. This trio worked steadily and without complaint in the sun on a 90+ degree day to complete the work. When complete, they he area was made neat and ready for grass seeding, which I appreciated a lot. Clearly, I can highly recommend AFS and their staff for crawlspace and foundation work. Both times I needed them, they came through with flying colors. Thank you AFS.

We had AFS come out and repair and sister a couple of joist in our house. The entire process what was very pleasant. Mason came out and scanned my home and created a floor plan that day, talk about high-tech! The floor plan was extremely helpful once Mason sat down with me and went over how we could fix and "bullet-proof" the home. With my background in Mechanical Design, I appreciated the collaboration as multiple options were presented and we worked/tweaked the design to fit within my budget. We agreed on a price and date and I was told by Mason that the installation crew would arrive on time and would also show the same level of professionalism as he did. I was pleasantly surprised that he was right! Taylor Fox, David Ennis, and David Smith where the three young men that came to do the work. They were on time, respected my home, and went above and beyond to make sure that they cleaned up after the work was done. The entire crew was very willing to answer any questions I had and explained what they were doing. I cannot recommend them enough! We plan to keep doing work with AFS in the near future! Thank you all for the help!
