AFS was great. Paul, Uriel, Jose, Edgar, and Jesus were amazing to work with. After Paul quoted us, they had an opening and told me it would be about 2 days to complete. The crew got there punctually at 9:30 and were done by 4pm the same day. They had to install 10 of the piers under my slab one end of my home as it was settling and causing deflection in the slab. The crew came out and were very kind, professional, and quick.

Nick and Josh showed up in my home yesterday to complete the work on my pool deck, leveling and stabilization. Nick explained in detail what they were going to do and how they were going to stabilize the concrete deck. He was very clear, very professional in how he delivered the information. Josh explained to me some of the techniques they would use to truly make this look professional complete and stable. I was thoroughly impressed with these two fellas and the work that they had accomplished. These two guys are a crackerjack team and should be acknowledged for their work and service. I requested a quote to potentially repair my floors and basement. The inspector, Nate Burrow arrived on time and explained the inspection process clearly. He performed a thorough inspection. Unfortunately my house is in too poor condition to undertake repairs because water and termite damage is too extensive. Nate saved me money by letting me know that undertaking repairs would be costly and would probably uncover a continuous chain of other unseen problems. This let me know that my money would be better spent building a new home instead of throwing it at an unending project. Thank you Nate!

This company came through for us when we needed them the most. After having a home fire a few months earlier, money was tight, and Jonathan was incredibly understanding. He offered several affordable options and made sure we were taken care of. We had rain coming within the week, and I was worried about the brand‑new carpet we had just installed. Jonathan and his team got us scheduled quickly and finished the job before the storm hit. It poured the next day, and thanks to their work, we had zero flooding — and still don’t to this day. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the entire team was professional, efficient, and kind. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend Jonathan and his crew. Five stars from start to finish.

Today marks the 2nd time I've used AFS. I was very pleased with their results the 1st time but this time was way beyond that experience. This crew (Nikoli E., Caleb B., and Christian P.) worked well together like a smooth performing machine. I was amazed at how well and how quickly they got things done. They aren’t even finished with our project yet, they’re about to end day 1/2 and I am impatient and just had to say this. My husband and I are newlyweds. We are young, inexperienced with contractors, and we were nervous because all we hear about are horror stories of people who come to work on something at your home. These guys are beyond incredible. The entire company is obviously so competent, professional and passionate. Everyone from Ben Sizemore who gave us 4 HOURS OF HIS TIME to sit down with us and go through every detail of this project, down to the foreman Trent Baker who headed up his team of 3 guys as they’ve spent the entire day working. I’m blown away by everyone’s kindness, cleanliness, professionalism, etc. and these are young men!! They all deserve raises, compliments, and when (not if because you must) you hire them, go to the store and buy them snacks and drinks. They deserve it. I wish this company did regular home renovations because it feels like it can only go down from here haha! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making our very first home improvement a wonderful experience. I’m so beyond grateful. I’ll update my review after they’re all finished. I know it’ll be even better tomorrow. 🤍

This is my second big project with AFS and, like the first one, every step of the way was polite and professional. The AFS crews are fantastic! Andres Perez, Jordan Sanchez and Joshuar Cruz showed up on time and explained their plan which they executed perfectly. AFS may cost a bit more than some other companies, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't trust my home's foundation to anyone else.

Nicholas D’Esposito came to my house today to not only service my crawlspace drainage system but fix an unhappy former customer. The old management with AFS, years ago, dropped the ball by being rude and completely ignoring issues I was having with the system. Nicholas D’Esposito called me and convinced me to do a free inspection on the system. He also flushed and maintained the system and repaired some damaged sections of the encapsulation I hadn't had time to fix. He has won me back as a customer.

Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. AFS team consisting of Kevin Calderon, Logan F, Oliver G, and Ashton S remediated my crawl space. In 4 days they removed insulation, sprayed for mold and mildew, pulled up the moisture barrier, installed drainage system along interior of crawl space, encapsulated the area. Installed two condensation drain pumps and dehumidifier. Finally installed new entrance door. Kept me informed throughout the project. Great job by a great team. JMD

John and CJ were the technicians that completed my project. I was told that I would receive a call to confirm the technicians that would be performing the work – I did a couple of days before. During the call we confirmed the work to be done and the time they would arrive. They were on time, all work to be done was reiterated and confirmed. There was no malingering by the technicians. All work required was completed as stated and a final walk-thru was done to confirm completion with me. My property was cleaned up afterwards. The experience over all was great. Had a few small bumps in the road. A few things were left off of the work order and scheduling was kind of slow with the electrician. My salesman, Blake took care of it all and made it right. As for the installation crew, Cesar and his crew were amazing!!! Cesar was the one that noticed the mistake in the order and was trying to get it resolved prior to coming out, but he was having trouble getting in touch with the salesman Blake for some reason, he would not answer his phone call. Once he finally got Blake on the phone, which I had to call from my number, they worked it all out. Cesar and his crew took the time to be careful of all the plants in the flower beds. They dug up the rose bushes and replanted them when they were done. Also put down plywood to save the grass. Cesar kept apologizing for the mistake in the work order, I assured him that it wasn’t his fault. Blake did apologize but his communication could be better. He did resolve the error and I’m very grateful. But a special shout out to Cesar and his crew Miguel, Luciano, and Jerman!! They were great. When they cleaned everything up, it looked better than it did when they got there. Your install crew taking the time to acknowledge my frustration and being so kind really made the difference. Great job guys!!!

Alan had already reviewed the preliminary information, then asked me clarifying questions, answered my related questions, and conducted indoor and outdoor inspections in a courteous and professional manner. He presented options that would meet the home's leak repair needs and explained in detail how the repairs would be performed, including timing, warranty, etc. Everything went so well, the repair team will be here in a few weeks. Travis initially came out for our yearly inspection related to previous floor stabilization and noticed signs of moisture and potential concerns for mold. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate us on the issue and walk us through our options. He even returned in the evening to review everything with my husband, which we truly appreciated. Once we decided to move forward, AFS acted quickly, scheduling installation within just a few days. The entire process was seamless and well-communicated—we always knew when the team would arrive, what had been completed each day, and when they were leaving.
