Ed Duffey at AFS came in clutch with our annual inspection. Just before his arrival, my kitchen flooded. Out of kindness, he vacuumed all water that leaked into the crawl space and didn’t charge any extra! Along with doing his normal duties. Super nice guy! So glad I went with AFS to do my crawl space repair!

We own an ice cream, popcorn and coffee shop in downtown Fairhope in a historic house built in 1910. We had to make an important decision to temporarily close our business and improve our building's structure, which had many significant issues. After meeting with Keenan, we made a decision to use AFS because he was so professional, thorough and knowledgeable in his assessment of our issues and what needed to be done to fix them. Chance Smith was the foreman on our job; he and his colleagues worked diligently and professionally to complete our complex project plan which included new support piers underneath and moisture control encapsulation of the crawl space. They were a joy to deal with and delivered beyond our expectations. 100% recommend them and would use them again!

I live in far Eastern Tennessee. Almost in North Carolina, and trying to get any home Repair is extremely difficult, so it was a blessing when the AFS inspector showed app was very timely, polite and very good at communicating …he gave me exactly what I needed to know about my home. It is over 100 years old and I could find no one over the past 2 and a 1/2 years who might look at the foundation and do the repairs. Caleb Loy was courteous, efficient and very well spoken. He did an excellent job of explaining the situation of my foundation, using actual pictures for real time accuracy so I could grasp the seriousness of the disrepair and neglect from previous owners, and then gave an exemplary presentation of how my home could be saved, and last for future generations. If you are near Butler, Johnson City, Kingsport to Knoxville, ask for Caleb Loy.

AFS is the only foundation company I will use from now on. Austin came out on very short notice to look at a problem my home inspector missed! Within a couples hours I had a fully written plan to fix my rotten sub floor and joist. Stephen Gilland and Sean Bossaerta came out two weeks later to install new joists and fix my sub floor. Very professional guys, kept me updated along the way and made short work out of a very big problem. Cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they had done. As a new home owner this company is a life saver!

AFS had highly professional technicians to work on my project. They arrived early and completed an estimated three-day job in two days. John, Darien and DKota were efficient, practical and novel in their approach to working around water and gas outlets, electrical breakers and a large AC unit. The tractor they used had to carefully be moved into place between a retaining wall and the home's 60-year old awning. Lifting the 60-year old addition to a 74-year old home was no small feat, but done expertly by the AFS crew.

WOW! It's not often I can say everything went as well or better than I hoped for. From the original call when a real person picked up the phone and set up an appointment for my estimate to the completion of the job I have nothing but good things to say aboutthe experience. Daniel came to our home and explained to us what needed to be done to correct the problem. He called ahead and was on time arriving. He made sure we understood what was involved with making the repair and walked us through the warranty info. The day of the scheduled repair we received a phone call from Josh stating that they were running a little ahead of schedule and asked could they come early. We told him to head our way. Josh and Jeremy both were very professional and we are happy with the work they did and how they cleaned up the area. I am so glad that this is the company we chose to use for this project.

Matt Hall was our service tech. He is very professional and thorough. He took time to explain everything completely to me, since we are new customers. He went above and beyond by showing me a leak with our ac. And went as far as to vacuum the blockage out in the condensation line for us( not his job). He also pointed out a job, that had been paid for, but not completed on our contract. Hope to always have him as our tech! If more people provided the customer service he provides, companies would thrive. Not to mention the world would be a better place.

This is the second time AFS has helped us out, the first time was roughly 7 years ago and the basement repair continues to hold up well. This time they tackled a large concrete driveway leveling and crack repair project. Property located on the side of a ridge-line with a very long and steep driveway. Parris, “Bug” and team did a great job. Clear communication, perfection oriented quality, always polite, and stayed on budget. Concrete pour is over 30 years old, I have no doubt that we probably have extended our surface for another 30 years. Thank you, great job.

AFS did a great job from inspection to completion for my very humid crawlspace, house support, and encapsulation. Kyle did the initial inspection, very thorough, took his time, and was very accurate with each suggested need-to-do when I got a second opinion. Daniel’s installation team was amazing, nice and professional, clean work site, didn’t leave any scrap of trash really the whole week and at the end. Indoor air quality one day after is amazing. Thanks guys!
