In 2000, Ben Bayless started AFS Foundation Repair & Waterproofing Specialists (AFS) out of his home garage in northern Alabama. In 2020, the Bayless family partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company, to expand their business across Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Georgia.
