AFS recently reframed the flooring in a historic home that was built in 1813 as part of a capital improvement project, the project was completed on time and without any problems. Tony B., Foreman, and his team Israel and Taylor F. did a great job, they were on time, worked diligently, professional, and knowledgeable. I was the Site Manager, they answered all of my questions and kept me updated on their progress. Tony provided me with a series of pictures of the project from start to finish for my files.

His crew, Kasey Lawrimoore and Jordan Milam, were friendly and stayed on task. They cleaned up each day and always asked before entering my property. Tyler Whitt was the service technician with AFS that inspected and performed maintenance needed in 3 sump pump areas of the basement and crawl space. He was extremely professional and an excellent communicator. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend him highly, and hope to see him every year at the maintenance time for my home.

I highly recommend AFS! Invasive work on your home’s foundation is a disconcerting thought. AFS made it a point to clearly define the work, process and functions. From the initial consultation with Ben, to project completion, they “said what they would do, and did what they said.” Well done!
