Trace came out to do some maintenance on my crawl space (They had encapsulated it in 2020 in addition with mold remediation and added a sump pump and dehumidifier). Trace was great, fast and efficient (When I wasn't talking his ear off) and the price was even lower than expected. I would definitely recommend Chase with AFS!

Reviewing just the quoting process: Trevor P. came out to do our quote for foundation and floor settling. He was incredibly thorough in the process, looking at signs of wear on both levels of the house, and taking plenty of measurements to map out out floors on the downstairs level. He spent plenty of time explaining what he was looking for and why, and making sure we understood the science of what was happening. Ultimately we did go for another quote out of a preference for "good enough to be safe" over "as perfect as possible", but if this was our forever home I would 100% have picked AFS to do the work. I can't promise they'll be the pick for you, but I do still highly recommend you get a quote with them in your process.

Thank you for Mr. Paul Rice, Logan , Jesus, Jacob for do great foundation climate control and repair. My husband is a veteran served this country for 23 years and 3 months and I former medical worker and during covid 19 in NYC. They have help saved the settling of our home , they have helped stopped the original growth of mold in our crawl space and made our home a healthy and safe environment! I have rheumatoid arthritis , fibermyalgia and a low immune system that of this wasnt controlled i would have gotten even more sick from this home then I already have. This home has given me pain and suffering after we purchased it and with this team Mr Paul Rice Logan , Jesus, Jacob they helped me and my quality of life and the lifespan of my home! I would recommend them to anyone in my family if that says anything and anyone else who may need their services. We are truly greatful for their profession , professionalism , empathy and kindness and they let us feel like part of the AFS family ! Evan, Aldo, and Jorge did an excellent job and completed the work faster than expected. Nicholas explained all of the recommended work and got me on the schedule for the next day. I had high expectations for AFS when I hired them to seal our crawlspace and they far exceeded them on every level. The installation team they sent was absolutely exceptional. They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The job was done perfectly and a day and a half early! Tyler and Kayode (and their trainee) kept communication lines open, worked diligently and cleaned up completely afterwards. It's been my experience that this is an excellent, trustworthy company. I couldn't be more pleased.
