We’re glad that we chose AFS for a major project including water retention and foundation repair. Uber, Jorge, Marco and Fernando were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. Our AFS foreman Preston and his crew Gustavo and Roberto were very professional. They did a complex job in one day. They even investigated an issue in our crawl space on our request. Preston in particular was very good at explaining the causes of our foundation issue.

Our AFS inspector, Mikah Richardson and his ground crew (Uber, Marco and Fernando) all did an amazing job. We felt like Mikah did a thorough job inspecting the home, addressing all of my questions and concerns, and walking us through the process. To top off our experience with them, the foreman and ground crew (consisting of Uber, Marco and Fernando) did an outstanding job in preserving as much existing concrete and plants in the area. The whole crew was very polite and allowed me to observe and ask questions throughout their work day. They were very respectful of our home and to our neighbors. I highly recommend this AFS team combo.

Things went as discussed when I decided to hire. Carlos, Julio and Margarito called before arriving and kept me informed of their start time. Their communication through the whole process was exceptional. At one spot it seemed we might have had a bigger problem than anticipated, Carlos a team implemented a plan and brought it all together. Great work friendly guys leave things the way they were before they arrived. You do have to pre your landscaping cause you can’t expect them to replant it. I moved what I was worried about ahead of time. Or I should say my daughter got it for me. I had bypass surgery an couldn’t get it done. Thnx for the great job guys. AFS needs to hold on to y’all.
