Tony Marlowe was my service technician today. He is very personable and thorough with his inspection. Replaced several condensation lines that were close to clogging. He also pointed out some future possible problems and what AFS can do for them. No pushing of services. Highly recommend Tony and AFS for foundation services.

AFS did an outstanding job on my patio! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The team was knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and took the time to explain everything so I felt confident in the work being done. The quality of the workmanship really stands out—my patio looks fantastic and feels solid and well-built. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was done right the first time. The crew was also respectful of my property and left the area clean when they finished. I highly recommend AFS to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Trevor Burrow gave us excellent customer service. He had no problem explaining every bit of his process and invited me to ask questions and walk around with him during the follow up inspection. His information saved me hours of internet research and every business would benefit from having someone like Trevor on their team 🙂

We highly recommend Tanner with AFS. He spent over four hours thoroughly inspecting our home and crawlspace, carefully checking for cracks, measuring areas, and documenting everything in detail. Tanner prepared a clear printout of our home and walked us through each concern step by step, explaining what he found and what repairs may be needed. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing. We truly appreciated how thorough and respectful he was during the inspection process. His attention to detail and clear explanations gave us confidence in understanding the condition of our crawlspace and the next steps. If you want someone who is honest, careful, and extremely thorough, Tanner is an excellent choice.

I had great experience with AFS Groundworks and couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did encapsulating my crawl space. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Joe, Evan, and Edwin really stood out—they took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. The crawl space looks clean, sealed, and built to last. If you’re looking for a reliable team that delivers quality work and great customer service, I highly recommend AFS Groundworks. These guys did an outstanding job!

Had a great experience from start to finish! Trent was very informative when telling me what I needed and then the crew – Victor, Antonio and Ubaldo were courteous, professional and got the job done very quickly! You can tell communication is so important to this company. They made sure I knew what was happening at all times. Not only that, Victor and his crew made sure my house and landscaping looked just as good (if not better, actually) than when they started. Very please all the way around!

How it works
Straightforward and simple process
Schedule an inspection
Upon arrival, our Inspector will introduce themselves and chat with you about the problems you’re experiencing. Based on the information you provide them, they’ll then create a plan of action to examine your home inside and out.
Receive a detailed repair plan and quote
Once the inspection is complete, the Inspector will sit with you and present their findings. And because we provide same-day estimates, you’ll have all the cost and financing information you need to make a decision right away.
Get the work done when you’re ready
When you’re ready to move forward with repairs, we’ll help you choose an installation date that works for your schedule, and notify our Installation team immediately of the upcoming work.
