I highly recommend AFS. Mitch, my project manager, was so thorough and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the process and promptly answered any question that came up. The crew that worked on my house—Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas—were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and courteous. I especially appreciated their onsite expertise and excellent communication. They explained the foundation work that my house needed in such a way as to answer all of my questions and to put me completely at ease. They earned my trust with their knowledge, integrity, and quality work. My foundation is now stable, and the process for me was a breeze because of Mitch, Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas.

I had great experience with AFS Groundworks and couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did encapsulating my crawl space. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Joe, Evan, and Edwin really stood out—they took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. The crawl space looks clean, sealed, and built to last. I recently used AFS to complete waterproofing and stabilization in my basement. I am so pleased with the work that was completed, and everyone I encountered throughout the process was amazing. Seth, who did the initial inspection and completed the proposal, was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. Alexis handled all of the paperwork; she was prompt, courteous, and very attentive to my needs and concerns. Cesar, Miguel, and Luciano completed the work for us in just two days! They were so polite, professional, and very hard working! Cesar kept me informed of everything that was going on throughout the process and answered any questions I had. They completed all of the work with precision and left the area looking neat and clean. If professionalism and customer service are important to you, go with AFS! I can't recommend them enough.

I can't say enough good things about Jonathan and his team. After a home fire a few months ago, money was tight, and I explained my situation to Jonathan. He was incredibly understanding and gave me several affordable options, which meant a lot during such a stressful time. We had rain coming soon, and I was worried about ruining the brand‑new carpet we had just installed. They got us scheduled quickly and finished the job before the next big storm. It poured the very next day, and thanks to their work, we had zero flooding — and still don't to this day. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the crew was professional, efficient, and kind. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend Jonathan and his team. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Five stars all the way.
