Nick, Josh, and Glen were awesome if I could give them 10 stars I would. Nick explained everything very well and I can tell he's an attention to detail kind of guy. We had Olshan come out the first time and we were not impressed by their response time. ASF assessed the problem and were able to schedule us for the following week. They're not the cheapest but they're worth it for sure.

Matt Hall was our service tech. He is very professional and thorough. He took time to explain everything completely to me, since we are new customers. He went above and beyond by showing me a leak with our ac. And went as far as to vacuum the blockage out in the condensation line for us( not his job). He also pointed out a job, that had been paid for, but not completed on our contract. Hope to always have him as our tech! If more people provided the customer service he provides, companies would thrive. Not to mention the world would be a better place.

Paris Houchins and Bug Boyd did an absoluty fabulous job of permanently stabilizing my driveway and walkway. Our home is 16 years old and over the last couple of years we have noticed a number of small cracks appearing and some unevenness developing befeeen the concrete slabs. We called AFS to evaluate and their service technician, Nikoli Elrod, recommended that we inject the area with a high density foam to both stabilize the cracking areas and raise the sunken slab. Their Poly Renewal process worked like a charm and achieved both of the above goals. Paris and ‘Bug’ called as they left the shop to confirm their arrival time and give me oooortunity to move our cars. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Reviewed the scope of work and even photographed the locations of gas, electric and water lines to be sure the job was safely done. They worked with intention, updated me at the midway point of the project and finished ahead of schedule. Lastly, they left my home, yard and drive in an impeccably clean state. Couldn’t hardly tell they had been there other than my concrete was now level and cracks sealed:) Would recommend this company and crew to anyone needing to stabilize their concrete. Thanks! Regan
