We own an ice cream, popcorn and coffee shop in downtown Fairhope in a historic house built in 1910. We had to make an important decision to temporarily close our business and improve our building's structure, which had many significant issues. After meeting with Keenan, we made a decision to use AFS because he was so professional, thorough and knowledgeable in his assessment of our issues and what needed to be done to fix them. Chance Smith was the foreman on our job; he and his colleagues worked diligently and professionally to complete our complex project plan which included new support piers underneath and moisture control encapsulation of the crawl space. They were a joy to deal with and delivered beyond our expectations. 100% recommend them and would use them again!

Brian can and told me what I needed and stood behind his word Tyler showed up and add to the team The crazy guys Jonnie the boss of the crew every morning we are on the way. Answered all my crazy questions and always had a smile Michael the good looking one you know every crew has one Cortez aka Corkey that explains it's self Logan the tallest of the crew soft spoken Always making sure I was happy And we can't forget David the Electrical guy. He was a huge help doing so much more to make things better for me Now that I have pocked fun at the crew They were very kind and respectful to me and my home! Very knowledgeable , hard working . This company is 100% professional. They did an inspection, then recommended certain repairs to our 1930 home that has some real issues. They showed up ready to go exactly when promised. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were able to remedy the foundation issues we had. They also fixed our crawl space humidity issues. Nice job David, Bobby, Jesus, Johnny and Michael! You are all real assets to the company!

Logan, Jake, Johnny and Mike did an awesome job on our basement! They were very respectful of us and our home, kept me informed of every step of the process, and were just really good all-around guys! Nick and his teammate, I didn’t catch his name, also came and leveled some concrete pads for us. Again, excellent work and great people! I would definitely recommend Brian at AFS for any of your foundation or basement waterproofing needs! He came out, inspected everything, thoroughly explained exactly what we needed and answered all of our questions, then quickly got us setup for service. Highly recommend!

They communicated when they left the office so I knew exactly when they would arrive, they put plastic over my belongings to keep down dust/protect my stuff, and they were very detail oriented and meticulous throughout the job.
