Matthew R. , Shaun L, abd Tavish C did a fantastic job. Had a beam installed to help support a wall, as well as some mold remediation, along with a dehumidifier to solve that issue. Work was done in a timely manner, all debris was cleaned up , the job was completed to our satisfaction. All questions and concerns were answered and addressed.

I worked with Wade Seller on a home project and was impressed from the start. Wade is a straight shooter who doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. We had moisture seeping through the concrete slab at our front steps. Wade provided a complimentary inspection, and after assessing the issue, he told me they could take on the project — but recommended I try fixing it myself first to save money. He explained exactly what to do and what materials to use. When I ran into issues, Wade made himself available and offered additional guidance on how to move forward. He reminded me that his team could still take on the project if I didn’t want the hassle, but it would definitely be more economical to do it myself. I sincerely appreciate Wade’s honesty, direction, and availability throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who’s going to shoot it straight and genuinely try to help, I highly recommend Wade for any foundation work you may need.

They have 5 stars because they deserve it. All around great experience with AFS. Keith inspected a potential home and the home we just purchased. Was able to come out quickly in the inspection window which we appreciate. He was really thorough in explaining all issues and recommended fixes. I feel like he was out to save us as much money as possible to fix what was needed. We had our crawl space encapsulated by Jackson, Micah and David. These guys are hard workers that were really quiet that I barely knew that they were there. Which in a work from home environment is appreciated. Pleased with the work, showed me the finished area and explanation from Jackson. I would highly recommend AFS and will use them again no problem.

AFS did a great job from inspection to completion for my very humid crawlspace, house support, and encapsulation. Kyle did the initial inspection, very thorough, took his time, and was very accurate with each suggested need-to-do when I got a second opinion. Daniel’s installation team was amazing, nice and professional, clean work site, didn’t leave any scrap of trash really the whole week and at the end. Indoor air quality one day after is amazing. Thanks guys!

AFS had highly professional technicians to work on my project. They arrived early and completed an estimated three-day job in two days. John, Darien and DKota were efficient, practical and novel in their approach to working around water and gas outlets, electrical breakers and a large AC unit. The tractor they used had to carefully be moved into place between a retaining wall and the home's 60-year old awning. Lifting the 60-year old addition to a 74-year old home was no small feat, but done expertly by the AFS crew.

I have had some foundation settling and wanted to get some professionals out to take a look and give some quotes. I had three companies come out, and AFS was the one I was most impressed with. Alan McConnell was my inspector and he took his time, didn’t seem in a rush, and truly made it seem more like a friend helping me than something transactional. As someone who is often a DIY’er I appreciated his detail and insight on options, methods, etc. Their quote was competitive and I don’t have any complaints. Definitely give them a call if you need some foundation help!

Matthew R., Shawn L., and Hugo N. were all very professional, courteous, and worked so hard to make sure they got the job done as soon as possible. We have just had the pleasure of spending the last 2 hours or so with Sawyer. Very nice guy, very knowledgeable about the service, product and installation. Walked through what we have going on and what it would take to fix it. We appreciated his honesty. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Alsabrook to waterproof my basement, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Scott is the epitome of professionalism. From the moment we started, he didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need—instead, he offered clear, well-informed options, allowing me to make the best decision for my home. His ability to explain the full scope of the work and ensure I understood every step of the process was invaluable. Thanks to Scott, my basement is now completely water-free. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of foundation or waterproofing services—he’s knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated to solving the problem the right way. Ask for Scott—you won’t regret it!

Paris Houchins and Bug Boyd did an absoluty fabulous job of permanently stabilizing my driveway and walkway. Our home is 16 years old and over the last couple of years we have noticed a number of small cracks appearing and some unevenness developing befeeen the concrete slabs. We called AFS to evaluate and their service technician, Nikoli Elrod, recommended that we inject the area with a high density foam to both stabilize the cracking areas and raise the sunken slab. Their Poly Renewal process worked like a charm and achieved both of the above goals. Paris and ‘Bug’ called as they left the shop to confirm their arrival time and give me oooortunity to move our cars. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Reviewed the scope of work and even photographed the locations of gas, electric and water lines to be sure the job was safely done. They worked with intention, updated me at the midway point of the project and finished ahead of schedule. Lastly, they left my home, yard and drive in an impeccably clean state. Couldn’t hardly tell they had been there other than my concrete was now level and cracks sealed:) Would recommend this company and crew to anyone needing to stabilize their concrete. Thanks! Regan

From the inspection and quote process to the installation, every aspect was completed in a professional manner. The install crew (Tyler, Cyrus & Aldo) worked tirelessly to complete the project in a single day. Throughout the install, the crew explained each step of the process. Upon completion, Tyler walked me through the entire project, reviewed the operation of the installed components and made certain I was satisfied with their work. It was a pleasure to have these young gentlemen at our home working to improve the crawl space. The work performed included encapsulating the crawl space, installing a dehumidifier and sump pump. Additionally, the crew installed a floor joist support system and sistered the failed floor joist that was discovered during the inspection process. Thanks AFS for a job well done.

Highly recommend AFS Nashville. Jake came for our initial estimate. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. He was not in a rush to give us an estimate and leave like the others. We accepted the estimate and the very next day we were placed on the schedule. The team arrived the planned start date and were here 3 days as expected. I cannot brag enough of the courteousness, attention to detail, and hard working men that were our crew. Our building foundation had settled so I contacted AFS. They sent Josh J who answered all my questions, gave me a quote and was in constant communication with me throughout the job. He provided exceptional service and went above and beyond by giving a video presentation to the HOA board members. If you’re looking for a Team that is experienced, knowledgeable, fast and professional then the installation work done by Tyler C, Abel P and German C should be your first call. Our building’s helical pier installation went smoothly and for the quoted price. Don’t waste time, call these guys!

Bob Fuller came out to our old home and crawled in a very small crawl space to evaluate what is needed to repair the home. He was very thorough and even brought my 16 year old daughter with him to show her what he was looking for and at. He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we understood everything. We are hoping to be able to take the next steps soon. Thanks again Bob!!

Not and Pedro Hernandez started at 730am and had the job completed at 230pm. Friendly and informative took the time to answer all my questions.

I had an outstanding experience with Evan, Aldo and Jorge. Evan and his team went above and beyond to assist and make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy with everything in the end. He truly went out of his way to make things work out for me. I cannot recommend these three enough. They also got the job time in a timely manner, cleaned up their mess and were very friendly and helpful.

Tony Marlowe, service technician with AFS, did an outstanding job. He was extremely friendly and professional from start to finish, and you can tell right away that he truly knows his craft. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in the work being done. What really stood out was how great he was with my animals calm, patient, and respectful, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you find someone who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely personable. I highly recommend Tony to anyone needing service top-notch experience all around!

Archie, Nate, and Adam are amazing!!! We have had several jobs done at our house over the past couple of years and there is no one who comes even close to matching the professionalism, personal attention, and communication of Archie. They had to come back a few times to get the job done—because our house is a Franken-house and they were gracious and genuinely interested in getting the job done right. I cannot recommend them enough and AFS lucked out to have Archie representing the company. Amazing!

Matt came out to do my inspection and was so professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process of the inspection and then sat down with me and showed me informational videos of the issues found and solutions to those problems. Matt spent about 2 hours here with me during the inspection. Highly recommend if you are having foundation issues.

David, Bobby and Jesus were great. These gentlemen were on time and extremely friendly. They explained every step of the process just showing how knowledgeable they were. They even cleaned up behind themselves besides the obvious signs of digging you can’t tell anything was done. I appreciate their attention to detail and them teaching me something new. Thanks guys. If I ever need work again only send them.

Hired AFS several years ago. Had issues on other side of the house. Decided to hire them again. They sent out Preston, Gustavo, and Roberto. 3 guys 5 tiers with concrete work. I went outside several times to check it out. They all were steady paced work around each other like a dance of sorts. Great teamwork. Super polite and easy to talk too. Gave me insight on all the steps very knowledgeable. I never write reviews either. Great job guys. Thanks !
