They kept me informed every step of the way and explained why certain processes were necessary. They worked non-stop and paid close attention to detail. I am a fanatic for detail. The crew got there punctually at 9:30 and were done by 4pm the same day. They had to install 10 of the piers under my slab one end of my home as it was settling and causing deflection in the slab. Alan had already reviewed the preliminary information, then asked me clarifying questions, answered my related questions, and conducted indoor and outdoor inspections in a courteous and professional manner. He presented options that would meet the home's leak repair needs and explained in detail how the repairs would be performed, including timing, warranty, etc. Everything went so well, the repair team will be here in a few weeks. Tanner prepared a clear printout of our home and walked us through each concern step by step, explaining what he found and what repairs may be needed. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing. We truly appreciated how thorough and respectful he was during the inspection process. Paris Houchins and Bug Boyd did an absoluty fabulous job of permanently stabilizing my driveway and walkway. Our home is 16 years old and over the last couple of years we have noticed a number of small cracks appearing and some unevenness developing befeeen the concrete slabs. We called AFS to evaluate and their service technician, Nikoli Elrod, recommended that we inject the area with a high density foam to both stabilize the cracking areas and raise the sunken slab. Their Poly Renewal process worked like a charm and achieved both of the above goals. Paris and ‘Bug’ called as they left the shop to confirm their arrival time and give me oooortunity to move our cars. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Reviewed the scope of work and even photographed the locations of gas, electric and water lines to be sure the job was safely done. They worked with intention, updated me at the midway point of the project and finished ahead of schedule. Lastly, they left my home, yard and drive in an impeccably clean state. Couldn’t hardly tell they had been there other than my concrete was now level and cracks sealed:) Would recommend this company and crew to anyone needing to stabilize their concrete. Thanks! Regan

I contacted three companies to get an evaluation of my home's foundation. AFS Inspector Johnathan Gleason provided a thorough review with photos of areas that need repair and also measured the level of my floor inside my house. His quoted price was reasonable and fair compared to the other two estimates I received (though not the lowest). The thoroughness of the inspection and recommendations from neighbors won AFS the project. The work was scheduled at my convenience and the team called 30 minutes before arrival. Their three-man crew consisted of Mathew Ridley, Coby Stealey, and Shawn Lowe who arrived on time and set to work quickly and efficiently. They completed the majority of the work in a few hours, but decided to substitute a wooden support beam with a steel I-Beam to give the repair more structure. This required a trip back the next day and was completed in a short time. They did not charge extra for the more expensive steel beam. This project was well-organized and well-executed. Good communication throughout and sincere concern for the customer. A very pleasant, and refreshing experience. I recommend AFS and my team to anyone who needs foundation work well and priced fairly. It is no longer sinking in the cracks but is flush with the driveway. I raised the stars to 5 from 3. Original review: I was very happy with the foam process for my sidewalk that was sinking but not happy with the crack repair in my driveway. The extra cost was not worth the result. I contacted Matt (sales) numerous times and sent before and after photos but have not heard back since October. I would recommend AFS for the foam process but not for crack repair.

AFS had highly professional technicians to work on my project. They arrived early and completed an estimated three-day job in two days. John, Darien and DKota were efficient, practical and novel in their approach to working around water and gas outlets, electrical breakers and a large AC unit. The tractor they used had to carefully be moved into place between a retaining wall and the home's 60-year old awning. Lifting the 60-year old addition to a 74-year old home was no small feat, but done expertly by the AFS crew.

I need to apologize to Gavin and Jonathan for not writting this review soon enough, I simply got tied up and forgot until I found the review form. I do hope they can still win any company benefits because they were the best workings I have talked to in a ling time. Informative of the steps, respectful and careful of my property and of course doing the job quicker than I could get pictures of it. And unfortunately I cant recall the Project Managers name, but his card is here on my desk somewhere, and he was very helpful on working with me on raising my porch. A previous company told me they had a minimal cost of $1,500 for the foam injections, where AFS did the whole job for a little over that amount as they do so much, they have no minimal charge. He also told me the 3 jacks I had been quoted by other services was not needed (I knew that, but he confirmed my knowledge and earned my respect by telling me the truth). So hopefully all 3 will win any company benefits for this, I very seldom give 5 stars, only when a company fully exceeds my expectations. At least now I do not have to worry about my porch falling into the abyss.

Allan Proctor did an inspection of my crawl spaces today. He advised of some improvements that have been made to the encapsulation process. My encapsulation from 6 year's ago could use some updates. The one from 2 years ago is perfect. He explained the industry’s standards have changed, and explained in detail the upgrades that are recommended. Very thorough. Appreciate all the time he spent answering all my questions. Definitely an asset to AFS.

We bought our home about a year ago, and had noticed that water was intruding into our finished basement a couple weeks back. I had AFS come out install an interior drainage system for my finished basement this week. John Jones and Gavin did an absolutely incredible job with the installation. Their finished product was exceptionally clean, and they did a great job with the dust control. John Jones was very thorough and mindful of the details while explaining how the system would be installed and showing us each step of the process. I can’t emphasize enough how professional the guys were. I also want to thank Abe Austin who came out and performed the initial inspection. He was able to quickly identify the areas of concern around the perimeter of the basement and was very knowledgeable about the appropriate repair. I would gladly recommend AFS to anyone who needs foundation repair!

I highly recommend AFS. Mitch, my project manager, was so thorough and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the process and promptly answered any question that came up. The crew that worked on my house—Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas—were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and courteous. I especially appreciated their onsite expertise and excellent communication. They explained the foundation work that my house needed in such a way as to answer all of my questions and to put me completely at ease. They earned my trust with their knowledge, integrity, and quality work. My foundation is now stable, and the process for me was a breeze because of Mitch, Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas.

My husband and I just purchased an older home and were unpleasantly surprised of the condition of the crawlspace on our inspection report (see screenshot attached in the photos – this space was almost a deal breaker on buying the house because of the mold). After talking to AFS, we decided it was best to treat the mold then fully encapsulate everything for 1. storage 2. long-term energy savings and 3. (most importantly) cleaner air to breathe in every day. Ben, Angel, Mario, and Israel did an amazing job on our large crawlspace (see other pictures)! What was supposed to be a 2-day job was completed in 1 day and all questions we had about the work were answered instantly! We are incredibly happy with it and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders as new homeowners!
