Quinton, Victory, and Kenny did a fantastic job correcting what Brad Prefontaine Uck up. Brad, the assistant sale manager wrote up me a proposal to repair my living room floor by doing it through the crawl space. The repair that Brad had purposed. Did not address my problem at all. I tried calling Brad, no answer. Tried texting him, no response. Brad even changed a line item that he had listed in the proposal to replace damaged subfloor. When I signed the contract. After I signed the contract, I asked Brad for a copy of it and to send me photos that he claimed he took. Never did see neither one. If I could have had a copy of the signed contract seeing that Brad had deleted the line item to replace 20" of damage subfloor. I WOULD HAVE CANCELED THE JOB. MY THINKING IS IF BRAD DID THIS TO ME. HE PROBABLY DID IT TO OTHERS. Quinton, Victor and Kenny did the best job to get the repair to a satisfactory repair. To all that's wants to get work done by AFS. PLEASE DONT TRUST BRAD PREFONTAINE. HE REALL NEED TO BE FIRED. HE'S A SCAMMER. FRAUDULENT. TRUST ME

We recently had AFS come out and inspect for a possible foundation issue. Caleb arrived as scheduled and explained what he was going to do. Took about 1.5 hours to complete and he gave us the good news that we didnt actually have a foundation issue. It was a problem with the stucco finish. Rather than try to push a non existent problem he said it would be ethically wrong for him to do that. Character and trust in AFS was gained that day and will be quick to advise others to use the company if they need assistance. Thanks Caleb again for your time.

He provided exceptional service and went above and beyond by giving a video presentation to the HOA board members. If you’re looking for a Team that is experienced, knowledgeable, fast and professional then the installation work done by Tyler C, Abel P and German C should be your first call. The young men were hard workers and knew their job. I'm very impressed with their work. This company is lucky to have such a great crew who represents them. Just had AFS's expert team encapsulate my crawlspace. Kyle Davis, Dboe, and Quinton over the course of 2 days completely sealed and protected my crawlspace from moisture and installed dehumidifiers. Kyle did an exceptional job of keeping me in the loop of what they were doing, and set proper expectations on the timeline in a clear and professional way. I truly mean it when I say that these men went above and beyond to ensure that my home was protected and cared for. I will 100% be using AFS again for any future foundation needs I have.

John and CJ were the technicians that completed my project. I was told that I would receive a call to confirm the technicians that would be performing the work – I did a couple of days before. During the call we confirmed the work to be done and the time they would arrive. They were on time, all work to be done was reiterated and confirmed. There was no malingering by the technicians. All work required was completed as stated and a final walk-thru was done to confirm completion with me. My property was cleaned up afterwards.
