Today marks the 2nd time I've used AFS. I was very pleased with their results the 1st time but this time was way beyond that experience. This crew (Nikoli E., Caleb B., and Christian P.) worked well together like a smooth performing machine. I was amazed at how well and how quickly they got things done. They took the time to explain what and why they were doing things and encouraged me in asking questions. I really appreciate what these guys did!

It kept me informed on what they were doing cleaned up what little mess they made which was job related answered all my questions. Make sure I was 100% satisfied before they left, I would highly recommend them and the ASF people. They have never disappointed me. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Had to have a side porch stabilized. Paris,Bug,Boyd,Edgar,Josh,Benny were the crew that performed the work. The whole crew was very professional and courteous. Their work was very thorough and excellent. The contracted job was completed in the timeframe quoted and a.complete cleanup of the work area was done,my wife and I are very pleased with the work performed. This was the third time we have contracted jobs with AFS and will definitely call them if we need the type work they perform.

Dry Ground Pros did an outstanding job on my home. I was dealing with water pooling around the house and early signs of moisture getting into the foundation. They installed a French drain and redirected all of my downspouts, and the difference is night and day. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. If you’re in Cleveland, Tennessee and need reliable drainage or stormwater solutions, I highly recommend Dry Ground Pros.

I waited a month to see how the short term results of the work they did would look and hold up. So far, I am very pleased with the quality of work, the price, and the service. Parris Houchins & Bug Boyd were very hard workers, outstanding with their customer service, and brought it down into terms that someone not familiar with foundation work could understand. I would definitely recommend them if you need a reasonably priced solution to your foundation problems.

I had my crawl space encapsulated last year. An inspector came to check as they do in a year it was after a heavy rain and found a significant amount of water. The crew came back the next day and put in a drainage system. Everything was left spotless. I would highly recommend AFS to anyone. Thank you Nikoli, Christian, Caleb and Chris awesome job. My husband and I were both VERY HAPPY with our experience with AFS Chattanooga. They were quick to respond to our request for a bid. Eric came out to give us a bid after inspecting our crawlspace. He made his numbers competitive with some other bids. We have experience with AFS at a rental home and have been very happy with the service provided annually, so were happy to work with them on our home. Every rep I spoke to on the phone was polite and professional. AND HERE'S A CONCEPT!!!! THEY ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY PROMISE THEY WILL DO. They confirmed job date and time. They called when on their way. They arrived ON TIME, something most contractors seem to have an issue with. AND, MAN THEY WORK HARD. The install crew of Caleb Britton, Aiden Langford and Spirit Ettesvold busted their butts. No goofing off or milking the day. WOW, they set a pace. My crawlspace looks great. I even had a rep who checked in with me as they were nearing completion to be sure we were happy with everything. Oh yeah. I'm happy. I highly recommend AFS – Chattanooga for encapsulation work. They did a great job from start to finish.

I had several companies over the last 30 years do work in my crawlspace to correct the problems of excessive moisture and mold which was…

I had several companies over the last 30 years do work in my crawlspace to correct the problems of excessive moisture and mold which was affecting the air quality in the living area of the house. Also the high humidity levels were causing decay on some of the floor joists and fungal growth on ALL of the floor joists. The treatments that these companies tried were ineffective. I wanted to solve these problems once and for all. I contracted with AFS and they did the following did the following work: 1. Installed underground drainage around the inside perimeter of the foundation wall. 2. Removed the fiberglass insulation between the floor joists and applied a fungicide to eliminate the mold and mildew. 3. Sistered the rotting floor joists with new wood. 4. Installed a new steel beam underneath the rotting floor joists even though they had just been sistered. This guarantees that the floor above will never sag. 5. Installed four new piers on the inside of the lowest point of the crawl space to prevent any of the foundation from sinking. 6. Installed a sump pump that drained to the outside and away from the foundation. 7. Installed a commercial grade dehumidifier. 8. Those are the major items but there may be a few other things that I am not remembering. The crew did an excellent job and was in an out in just three workdays. I am certainly well pleased with thew work which they did and would like to single out Alex the crew leader and Jacob who was one of the workers. There were sometimes four workers on the crew and those men also did an excellent job. The new crawl space is truly a thing of beauty. This was an expensive job and the question that you would ask is, "Was it worth it?" The answer to that question can't honestly be answered for many years. But judging from both the high quality of the products used and the high quality craftsmanship of the workers, I feel confident that final answer will be, "Yes, it was worth it!"

Taylor F, David E, David S, and Patrick T all worked tirelessly to complete my massive project. As a single person, I put off this project for fear I would get taken as there are so many horror stories. These guys were up front, including Mason who bid the job, kind and informative. They arrived when they said they would and exceeded expectations for my project. Even when the project time exceeded projections they worked on into the evening and on their Saturday. One couldn’t ask for more. As expensive as this massive project was, I feel it was worth every penny.
