We are beyond pleased with receiving, in our home, a pleasant, knowledgeable, personal, patient, very open to our product questions and inquiries with representative Justin Bennett representing Alpha Foundations. Hands down Justin Bennett is one of the most courteous professional representatives we have met in the world of poor customer service of today. We were pleased how he educated us on the "features and benefits" of utilizing Alpha Foundations for our "long term safety and value of our home". We found Justin Bennett a problem solver, having great communication skills, alert listener, very organized, through, empathic, and passionate about Alpha Foundations. We are preparing our next steps of restoration at this time in which utilizing this upgrade will be added into our plan. We certainly feel confident in Justin and Alpha Foundations by forwarding all the referrals we can to Justin for others homes in the area. Justin's enthusiasm is contagious while taking his time on a National Holiday weekend to crawl under the home and measure precisely. Thank you!

This company is just amazing! I want to point out Evan Jensen for his amazing customer service skills . He was very impressive from start to finish. Also want to say Aldo his co foreman and Jorge his installer were top notch workers with great attitudes.Thank you AFS for this great experience and thank you Evan for making me feel confident about my waterproofing needs! Jason came out and inspected our home. He explained in great detail what supports were needed, where, and why. The installation team came out to complete the work on the scheduled dates. Bailey, Tanner, and Zaire were very professional and courteous. Bailey explained what was done and what actions I needed to take if future adjustments were needed. I highly recommend AFS for any foundation work needed.

Highly recommend AFS Nashville. Jake came for our initial estimate. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. He was not in a rush to give us an estimate and leave like the others. We accepted the estimate and the very next day we were placed on the schedule. The team arrived the planned start date and were here 3 days as expected. I cannot brag enough of the courteousness, attention to detail, and hard working men that were our crew. Adam, Selvin and Jesse were the best! Very hard working and Adam even talked to my neighbor about possibility of the equipment in her yard. I highly recommend AFS Nashville and this team. Many thanks for a job well done
