Needed support for upstairs flooring in dining room and living room. AFS dealt with a basement crawl space to install a metal beam and posts to level the upstairs floor. Did a great job in half a day, and Cody B, Christian P., and Justin T. Did their work efficiently, professionally, and with as little disruption as possible. We have always had good products and service from AFS and will continue with them.

I had a wonderful experience with the company. From the very beginning with Hunter I was pleased and knew it would be a good experience. The team was very helpful throughout the entire process by answering questions as well as walking me through all the steps that were taken to resolve the problem. Tommy, Dylan and Jesus were all very invested in the company with only positive attitudes and compliments on the company and their work experience with them the entire time. Thank you for all that you did for me. I definitely will recommend to others.

I had a great experience working with Rhett at AFS. He was incredibly thorough with his assessment and explained everything. My house was built in the 50s, so it has its quirks. He assured me that repairing the moisture damage in the crawlspace was step one in our home reno. A crawlspace repair is definitely not something you want to spend money on, but I feel confident it was worth every penny!

Obviously good news is celebrated with the not so good, meaning water, & humidity must be dealt with no matter how clean or much barrier we've put down. AFS professionals (Allan Proctor), just painted a tremendously welcomed solution; encapsulating about 1000 sq' of space. Its turn key, and after a very education inspection & walk, thru with Mr. Proctor, we will follow his guidance. More…w/ photo's, after the project is complete, but very confident this is a property saver & enhancement to our home! Thanks AFS for your expertise!

First off, Jason J. Stoughton is phenomenal!! A good company has to have a good team. We've been ripped off in the past from contractors, and it was hard to trust someone else to come in and do any type of repairs. Jason was very thorough in his assessment and took his time explaining what the issues were. I can actually say I was beyond impressed with the outcome! The whole crew (Evan, Roberto, Handyman Legend and the entire crew) were amazing and very supportive. They got straight to work. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions that we had. I felt like part of the AFS family more than a customer. Thank you Jason and the crew for taking good care of us. The house has been in our family for generations and it means a lot to our family. I would highly recommend AFS and will be using them in the future.
