It's such a pleasure when I can write a great review about the service provided by a company, and it happens all to infrequently. But, I am so happy with the work done by AFS Chattanooga and can't thank everyone affiliated with them enough for the job done at our home in Ooltewah. From the gentleman who arrived to look at my crawlspace and work up a great bid, to the reps on the phone to the installation team of Caleb Britton, Aiden Lanford and Spirit Ettesvold I was treated like a customer should be treated. Everyone was ON TIME, friendly and courteous, professional and determined that my husband and I be happy with the encapsulation job from start to completion. I was texted before the job with an ETA that matched what I had been told by Eric when he did the bid. I was called when they were on their way. The job was explained at every step. These guys WORK!!! No goofing off or milking the day. WOW!! My crawlspace went from disgusting to clean and beautiful. I don't get to say this often enough, but I can't recommend this company enough. They have a great reputation and reviews for a reason. They work hard for it and EARN it. Thanks to everyone at AFS!!!

I am beyond impressed with AFS!!! Wade Siler, from AFS, arrived and looked at the areas of our concern. He examined the ground underneath of our porches and checked the walls attached. He showed us how the slate was laid and told us they would not be able to help us. The raising foam could pop out our stones because there was no concrete under them. He was HONEST, and said AFS wants to be a company that people can trust…my husband and I really appreciated his honesty and I will not hesitate to recommend AFS to our family and friends! Wade Siler should be commended for his work ethic!

I was really impressed with AFS, this company sent one of their inspectors out to my duplex and his name was Caleb and he called me before and let me know what time he was arriving and his character, and person was so pleasant and he examined issue and gave me a straight to the point answer of the problem and how I could resolve it. You want the best of the best? Call and ask for Ross. Ross is a big guy and I thought there was no way he would be able to fit in the areas I needed examined in my crawlspace. Let me tell you, I thought I was watching Santa Claus in action, that man disappeared in my crawl space and didn't come back until the whole thing was mapped and solutions were on the table. The follow up work to fix the issues was great as well. All around great experience.
