Steve Napi came and did a free inspection on our home in Cookeville, TN. He was extremely helpful and answered my many questions (tips tricks and needs to remediate some issues) and explored all of the options and suggestions customized to our specific situations in our basement.He showed me the price breakdown, how the process would work, how we could finance, and physical pieces and pictures of the materials and process that the job would entail. Our installation team were Brennan and Taylor and they both were on time, kind and courteous and checked in/updated us throughout the whole installation. We would recommend using AFS!

From the inspection and quote process to the installation, every aspect was completed in a professional manner. The install crew (Tyler, Cyrus & Aldo) worked tirelessly to complete the project in a single day. Throughout the install, the crew explained each step of the process. Upon completion, Tyler walked me through the entire project, reviewed the operation of the installed components and made certain I was satisfied with their work. It was a pleasure to have these young gentlemen at our home working to improve the crawl space. The work performed included encapsulating the crawl space, installing a dehumidifier and sump pump. Additionally, the crew installed a floor joist support system and sistered the failed floor joist that was discovered during the inspection process. Thanks AFS for a job well done.

What a pleasure meeting Wade Siler from AFS. With 20 years experience he arrived on time with everything he needed to make a good evaluation of my crawl space. After nearly an hour of crawling around under my house he came out and after a few minutes he had drawn a diagram of my structure and at least 20 pictures with his recommendations. No high pressure. I believe AFS is a quality company to do business with. I would give Mr. Siler an A plus and feel AFS is lucky to have such a great employee.
