They have 5 stars because they deserve it. All around great experience with AFS. Keith inspected a potential home and the home we just purchased. Was able to come out quickly in the inspection window which we appreciate. He was really thorough in explaining all issues and recommended fixes. I feel like he was out to save us as much money as possible to fix what was needed. We had our crawl space encapsulated by Jackson, Micah and David. These guys are hard workers that were really quiet that I barely knew that they were there. Which in a work from home environment is appreciated. Pleased with the work, showed me the finished area and explanation from Jackson. I would highly recommend AFS and will use them again no problem.

Going forward, Nick showed me by using his level that any water accumulation would now run off the concrete instead of pondering. AFS came out to the house today to install 5 piers around one corner of my home. The crew that showed up consisted of David, Bobby, and Jesus and they were all friendly and professional. They got right to work and did a good job of looping me in at every step to ensure I understood what was happening and why. I am very pleased with the job they did and how they cleaned up after the work was done. I would recommend AFS (and this crew specifically) to anyone looking for a company to complete foundation repairs.

Shout at to the entire crew at AFS. From my inspector, Eric Knowlton, through the Production Manager, James Such, to my hands own crew lead by foreman Nikoli Elrod and his stud group of co-foreman and installers including: Christian Parrish, Edgar Perez and Clayton Cox. I just can't say enough good things about this project and the team that installed it. Our home had experienced differential settlement along the left rear corner, needed extensive stabilization of its floor framing, and had tons of both water and vapor reaping havoc in my crawlspace. The AFS team landed like the marines and just took care of business. They called every day before heading out, as well as activating an app that let me track their progress like a pizza delivery — just not used to that with home construction projects. They showed up on time and worked late and completed our projects ahead of schedule And most importantly, they did all of this while remaining amazingly kind and respectful. These are the sort of folks you want to work around your home. Thanks again to Nikoli and crew for a phenomenal job at our home! PS: Below is a picture of them taking the time to help me lift my pool table. Completely beyond the scope of their contracted work, but illustrative of their can do attitude:)

When the repairman (Chris) showed up he went over in detail the plan for the repairs. He was upfront about the difficulty of my repairs. Expectations were set and I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job even before I contacted AFS. He was upfront and honest the entire time of the project. Were all the repairs able to be completed no, but it was not because of his effort. Concrete is not an easy item to work with when trying to do repairs. Would we have liked for everything to go perfect I think we all would, but we don’t live in a perfect world. Things happen beyond our control and Chris did everything he could to get my issues into a better place than they were before he arrived. After all was said and done they adjust the price based on what they could not fix. I would recommend AFS and Chris!

You want the best of the best? Call and ask for Ross. Ross is a big guy and I thought there was no way he would be able to fit in the areas I needed examined in my crawlspace. Let me tell you, I thought I was watching Santa Claus in action, that man disappeared in my crawl space and didn't come back until the whole thing was mapped and solutions were on the table. Alan McConnell was prompt with his appointment today. He kept me informed about his arrival time. After his inspection he gave me great details on what needed to be done. He also showed me a disgram of everything that needed to be done.. I wish everyone that I deal with would be as nice, polite and know what he was talking about as much as he does. AFS performed superbly on our job, encapsulating and drying our crawl space in a 85 year old Norris, TN house. A major difficulty was immediately discovered — the original cast iron sewage drain was slowly leaking at several seams. This required a significant repair before encapsulation — restoration cleanup and a new modern PVC drain installation by complimentary contractors. AFS effectively advised us, and they rescheduled their work. The AFS team, Tanner, ( crew leader) and Jake and John, did the encapsulation. They worked hard, communicated effectively and the result was impressive. I’m very delighted we used AFS and strongly recommend them.

I would like to thank Stephen, Alex and his crew, Matt, and Parris for all that they did. Everything was professional and you could have not asked for anymore. It all started from the Quote till the finished product, very professional. They answered all my questions and explained it to a tee. The whole process lasted 3 days, every part of the process was weel communicated withe time and estimates on completion. AFS should be very proud of the personnel they have working for them. From the rep to the techs everyone has been very knowledgeable, professional and communicative. Every step through the process everyone at AFS has been great to work with. We needed major repairs done in a very short crawlspace and the team that came out was done a little ahead of schedule and walked us through every step of the way. They were on time each day and walked us through every step as they were working. We highly recommend AFS, and we still have another area we need addressed and will be hiring AFS to resolve it.
