AFS was great. Paul, Uriel, Jose, Edgar, and Jesus were amazing to work with. After Paul quoted us, they had an opening and told me it would be about 2 days to complete. The crew got there punctually at 9:30 and were done by 4pm the same day. They had to install 10 of the piers under my slab one end of my home as it was settling and causing deflection in the slab. The crew came out and were very kind, professional, and quick.

I chose AFS because the bid was competitive with other contractors and they were able to schedule service within 2 days of signing the contract. Jason Camp was able to quickly answer questions on email and delivered on his promises. We are very happy with the results.

Shepard and Cage came out from AFS to lift some sagging concrete around our pool. They texted before they came, introduced themselves and went through the process to make sure I understood the project. They completed the work quickly then gave me a tour, a recap of what was done and the continuing support that I would receive over the next 5 years to ensure satisfaction with the product and project. The project turned out better than I had hoped. Also, I could not have asked for two nicer and more professional young men as Cage and Shepard. I just had Wade Siler come take a look at my house's foundation. We were seeing cracking in the corners of our doorways and on our garage door. Wade checked every corner of our house's foundation, all around our troubled areas. Come to find out the foundation was in good shape. He proved it with a laser level. The interior issues appear to be from vibrations in the house causing the cracks. The drywall needs some expansion joints. The issues outside around the garage door are from the lintel beam sagging. Again, he proved it with the laser level. Wade was super honest about everything and I highly recommend him coming out to take a look at your house even if you have just the slightest concern about foundation issues. Thanks Wade!!!!

Very professional, kind and knowledgeable young team of men who worked efficiently and effectively to get the work done. Shay was my inspector and explained the process well and helped me to understand what was needed. The guys Bobby, David, and Bryce that come out to do the work on my home was extremely professional! They called to let me know they were on their way, let us know when they finished, made sure I didn’t have any questions for the team daily, made sure I didn’t have any issues that needed to be addressed in the process, didn’t bother us as they worked, cleaned up after themselves each day, asked to leave couple items overnight for the job and placed a cone by it, steadily worked in 105 heat index taking 1-2 breaks, let us know when completed to let me inspect and showed me everything done explaining through details of it, answering all questions I had while inspecting, the process they did to protect it and the dehumidifier. Once they finished inspection with me, they finished cleaning everything up and one sat down with me to finish process and signing still making sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He then looked at my plan and explained future of the system and what will take place. I trusted the process of them and extremely satisfied. These men were an absolute representation of the company from start to finish! I’m absolutely very happy with them and process. Highly recommend.

Trent explained everything to me and kept me updated on the progress. Work was completed in one day and did they did an awesome job of cleaning up when done. AFS is an absolute pleasure to work with. It all started with the amazing inspector, Katie (highly recommend) who came to my cabin to give me a thorough and accurate quote with an extremely fair price compared to the competition (got quoted almost double for the same job from crawlspace ninja & a few other local companies and they spent only a few minutes in the crawlspace-absolutely terrible). Katie made sure I was taken care of and also assured me they would send there best crew to do the job. And man was she right!! The best crew I have ever worked with was led by Darian & his co-foreman Tanner. They arrived on time and with amazing attitudes while being extremely efficient and knowledgeable while they walked me through there plan of action and then perfectly executed said plan!! Could not be happier with how my crawlspace encapsulation turned out!10/10 would recommend Katie & Darian at AFS to do any and all crawlspace work you are looking for!I will definitely be using them for any of my foundation/crawlspace issues in the future.

Excellent service!!! Great communication throuought the entire process. From the original survey where all of our options for repair and service were explained as well financing options. Afterwards they were readily available to answer any and all questions that we thought of after the initial consultation and were accommodating to our busy schedule to get our house repaired quickly.. On the day of service, Uriel and his crew, Austin, Cameron and David arrived on time and easily explained the entire process again and got right down to work. They kept me fully informed and walked me through each step of the process as it occured so that the entire 3 hour service call went smoothly and I got to see what was going on every stey of the way. Afterwards, the foreman Uriel explained the 5 year service contract and its process while the rest of the crew cleaned up any remaining mess and we completed the paperwork. All in all, I'm 100% satisfied with my service and everyone exceeded my amd my wife's expectations.

I originally was a long time employee of their competitor Frontier so naturally I knew about Frontiers price assurance guarantee. unfortunately Frontier and their front office were not willing to honor their PAG. So after speaking to Tom and answering all my questions he made me feel at ease to give AFS a shot and they didn’t disappoint and blew my expectations out of the water. The concrete team of Josh and Adam were professional, extra careful and did a phenomenal job to getting my renovation project back on track. I was so impressed I already am talking to my wife about using them to do our driveway in the near future. I have had Frontier in the past do concrete before, but as a former customer and employee of frontier, AFS was way head and shoulders above the with their company and the quality of work. Rhett Stephens, Certified Field Inspector, from AFS visited a couple days ago. He was very thorough in his examination of my basement and crawl space, even carefully inspecting the outside of the home, grading, gutters and downspouts. He explained all of his findings and concerns EXTREMELY well. Yes, I capitalized extremely because I ask a lot of questions to ensure I fully understand. He handled all my questions with grace and patience. I had two other well known companies come out as well, there is no comparison to be made. He answered all of my questions, even follow up questions by text and gave a timely estimate for repairs. He’s very friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his field. Definitely recommend!!!

Alan had already reviewed the preliminary information, then asked me clarifying questions, answered my related questions, and conducted indoor and outdoor inspections in a courteous and professional manner. He presented options that would meet the home's leak repair needs and explained in detail how the repairs would be performed, including timing, warranty, etc. Everything went so well, the repair team will be here in a few weeks.
