Everyone I have dealt with at AFS over the past few years have been amazing, polite, professional, and friendly. I like seeing pictures of what we are discussing. Sean came last Fall for an inspection & discovered a rotting beam. I was having work done on the house so my contractor took care if it. Tyler came in March to check a first floor room that seemed to have a problem. Riley and Anthony installed another metal beam with supporting jacks a few weeks later. I was impressed when Riley complimented my contractor's replacement work. All four of these men represent AFS well. They are well trained and explain everything very well. I highly recommend Huntsville AFS for any foundation work needed.

Fred came out on a miserable day without complaint, explained the inspection process and got to work immediately. He then gave a thorough of his findings and already had recommendations ready to go. Work was performed THE NEXT WEEK by Trent, Darian and Tyler. Encapsulated, the crawlspace, added the floor jacks and lifted the house all in half a day. Would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone with housing issues.

My daughter's room is in our walk out basement. It would flood almost everytime it rained, continuing to get worse. My wife and I decided to finally consider the sub pump option. Alan started the process with us and TJ came out to look at the project. Both of them were so easy to communicate with, and were transparent with everything. TJ spend a good amount of time looking over everything, and sitting down with us to go over every detail. The project was schedule within a couple of weeks, and the crew installed in one day! The room continues to be bone dry through many heavy rains and we are so thankful we went with AFS.

Rhett Stephens was amazing! He took his time with us to make sure we understood what the issues were, how they came to be, and what our options were. We felt no pressure at all; just true honesty. He was very professional and prepared to answer all our questions. He spent a lot of time with us and didn’t want to leave without making sure we felt comfortable with our decision. The project is overwhelming, but we feel confident in this company.

We had AFS do an estimate for waterproofing our basement/garage. The sales rep, Wade, was fantastic. Upfront, honest, thorough, and answered all our quests/concerns. Quote was also very reasonable given the scope of work to be done. We will definitely be using them for our project soon.As a follow up…we used AFS for our large project, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Shawn, Evan, and Kesaun we fantastic from start to finish. AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists delivered an experience that exceeded every expectation. From the very first consultation, their team demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and care that immediately put me at ease. They don’t just diagnose problems—they take the time to explain what’s happening, why it matters, and how they can fix it in a way that’s clear, honest, and reassuring. What truly sets AFS apart is their commitment to doing the job right. Their crews arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. Every step of the process felt organized, transparent, and handled with genuine integrity. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and highly skilled team to protect your home, AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists is the clear choice. They’ve earned my highest recommendation.

Modified review: Isaia contacted me yesterday and schedule re-do of my driveway for today. They came out today and redid my driveway. It is no longer sinking in the cracks but is flush with the driveway. I raised the stars to 5 from 3. Original review: I was very happy with the foam process for my sidewalk that was sinking but not happy with the crack repair in my driveway. The extra cost was not worth the result. I contacted Matt (sales) numerous times and sent before and after photos but have not heard back since October. I would recommend AFS for the foam process but not for crack repair.

Highly recommend AFS Nashville. Jake came for our initial estimate. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. He was not in a rush to give us an estimate and leave like the others. We accepted the estimate and the very next day we were placed on the schedule. The team arrived the planned start date and were here 3 days as expected. I cannot brag enough of the courteousness, attention to detail, and hard working men that were our crew. Adam, Selvin and Jesse were the best! Very hard working and Adam even talked to my neighbor about possibility of the equipment in her yard. I highly recommend AFS Nashville and this team. Thank you for Mr. Paul Rice, Logan , Jesus, Jacob for do great foundation climate control and repair. My husband is a veteran served this country for 23 years and 3 months and I former medical worker and during covid 19 in NYC. They have help saved the settling of our home , they have helped stopped the original growth of mold in our crawl space and made our home a healthy and safe environment! I have rheumatoid arthritis , fibermyalgia and a low immune system that of this wasnt controlled i would have gotten even more sick from this home then I already have. This home has given me pain and suffering after we purchased it and with this team Mr Paul Rice Logan , Jesus, Jacob they helped me and my quality of life and the lifespan of my home! I would recommend them to anyone in my family if that says anything and anyone else who may need their services. Five star service from beginning to end! Mack, the company sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of surveying the damage and explaining what needed to be done. Scheduling staff then ensured that a repair time was scheduled that was convenient for me. The repair crew, Paris and Bug, showed up at the agreed upon time, explained what they were going to do and ensured that all my questions were answered prior to starting. Then the real magic happened, they were able to bring my patio, walkway, and steps back perfectly to their original positions. See photos! I couldn’t recommend this company any more highly. If you want your leveling done right, and done right the first time, these are the folks to call!

Was able to talk with the lead and was able to answer all questions. Taylor and his team Ei, Brennan, and Ke'saun (sorry if I didnt get the names right) were great and chatted with them whenever. They got the job done in two days and even went through the getting things done at night. They advise me on what to expect and what to check and even gave a tour under our crawl space. Was a great investment for the encapsulation with these gentlemen.

Dakota Roden is such a fine man to work with. There were some technical issues in play as far as signing the contract … primarily because I am a technically challenged Baby Boomer!!! He was so very patient with me and went the extra mile in helping get the online contract secured, signed, and completed. I appreciated his patience and am looking forward to having AFS complete this job!

I recently had AFS Foundation Repair in Gulfport fix my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the honest estimate, to the professional work, they made the entire process, smooth & efficient. The crew worked extremely hard, and even finished the job ahead of schedule. Now my home is stable, and I'm at ease knowing that the repairs were done right. Thanks AFS crew!

Today marks the 2nd time I've used AFS. I was very pleased with their results the 1st time but this time was way beyond that experience. This crew (Nikoli E., Caleb B., and Christian P.) worked well together like a smooth performing machine. I was amazed at how well and how quickly they got things done. They took the time to explain what and why they were doing things and encouraged me in asking questions. I really appreciate what these guys did!

We chose AFS for their web reputation and they sensed the urgency of our situation. They came up with a plan to rectify our sagging subfloor so we could replace our hardwood. Initially we had an unexpected result from the AFS foundation stabilization. We asked to meet with Adam, their Field Superintendent. Not only did Adam come to our home, but he examined our crawlspace, came up with an alternative infrastructure that reused equipment already on our site – at no additional cost to us. The same project manager Jesse and his team followed Adam's plan, did excellent work, confirmed we were satisfied and corrected the deficiencies of the previous plan. AFS embodies the motto of my previous corporate home, Keane Inc: "We do what we say we will do." What could have been a bitter experience turned into an excellent one. Thank you Adam, Jesse and AFS for doing what we agreed to at the outset!
