My husband and I just purchased an older home and were unpleasantly surprised of the condition of the crawlspace on our inspection report (see screenshot attached in the photos – this space was almost a deal breaker on buying the house because of the mold). After talking to AFS, we decided it was best to treat the mold then fully encapsulate everything for 1. storage 2. long-term energy savings and 3. (most importantly) cleaner air to breathe in every day. Ben, Angel, Mario, and Israel did an amazing job on our large crawlspace (see other pictures)! What was supposed to be a 2-day job was completed in 1 day and all questions we had about the work were answered instantly! We are incredibly happy with it and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders as new homeowners!

AFS really stands behind their work and ensures the customer is happy with the results. The driveway was installed 80 years ago. The driveway is much safer now that we have had it repaired. The repairs should last another 80 years or more!

I want to right my review to express my gratitude in a company that has and hired someone with integrity. I received my quote to have foundation work on our home but had to delay the work due to probate. Finally, so we assumed we could get started. I want to provide my rating on Davis Cameron, he kept me informed on every step and provided pictures when explaining everything to me. Due other work that needed to be done first Davis explained why and once the other work is completed to let them know and they would come back to do their part, If I could give higher than 5 I would because of Davis.

Allan Proctor did an inspection of my crawl spaces today. He advised of some improvements that have been made to the encapsulation process. My encapsulation from 6 year's ago could use some updates. The one from 2 years ago is perfect. He explained the industry’s standards have changed, and explained in detail the upgrades that are recommended. Very thorough. Appreciate all the time he spent answering all my questions. Definitely an asset to AFS.

We contacted AFS to lift/stabilize our old concrete porch slab. Peyton, the field inspector, was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. On the day of the work, Nick B. and Josh B. were on time, excellent at walking us through the process, and did a great job at the repair and clean up. Our porch did not raise dramatically like we hoped, but this was not at any fault of the crew. From the very beginning they were very clear that lift wouldn't be guaranteed. The sag, however, did almost entirely resolve and we are confident that it is stabilized now. We will definitely call AFS again if we ever need any of their services!
