I worked with Wade Seller on a home project and was impressed from the start. Wade is a straight shooter who doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. We had moisture seeping through the concrete slab at our front steps. Wade provided a complimentary inspection, and after assessing the issue, he told me they could take on the project — but recommended I try fixing it myself first to save money. He explained exactly what to do and what materials to use. When I ran into issues, Wade made himself available and offered additional guidance on how to move forward. He reminded me that his team could still take on the project if I didn’t want the hassle, but it would definitely be more economical to do it myself. I sincerely appreciate Wade’s honesty, direction, and availability throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who’s going to shoot it straight and genuinely try to help, I highly recommend Wade for any foundation work you may need.

I had a good team from the Advisor / Salesman Mr Chaffin to Trevor and the team of workers he had. They were respectful and had great communication throughout the entire process. These were some hard working Men. The work was a little spendy however this crew of people will be with this house throughout the years. The work is also transferable if I sell the house at a later date. Nobody wants to know that their house is settling but if it’s something you’re are going to worry about this is the fix! I would also recommend finding your own finance company.

Trevor, Brennan, James, and Jamari were the crew to do the push piers on our foundation and we couldn't be happier with their work. They were punctual, polite, finished ahead of schedule and left the place just as clean as they found it. I am thoroughly satisfied with the company as a whole. From the sight survey and evaluation all the way through completion they went above and beyond. Always communicated with me and kept me informed of expectations, changes, and arrival times. If you are considering using AFS… I couldn't recommend them enough. I am one happy customer!

Not all my projects are finished yet with AFS, but I wanted to make it known how good of a job Evan, Aldo, and Jorge did on my crawl space. Evan was super nice and handled all the communication with me and I’m sure the other two were nice, but they just got straight to work. It is very noisy, just be prepared. On top of tools, there is music and they start screaming at each other about how they don’t want to work on Saturdays…which is why they came on Friday at 7:30 a.m. and were done by 3. They showed me the pictures afterward. It looked so clean. Like a science lab, and Evan put foam wherever light came through. I’m super impressed.
