He was also able to educate me on the crawlspace encapsulation process and I was very impressed with him and the business. Basement starting having water seeping in through the cold joint at the bottom of the wall. Scheduled an estimate. Wade was great in communication before, during, & after the visit. He took the time to answer all my questions and then did not pressure me to make a decision on the spot. He was even great with my dog and toddler running around while he inspected everything and then explained the proposed work they would do. Just sent an email to move forward with the proposed work with them.

We had AFS do an estimate for waterproofing our basement/garage. The sales rep, Wade, was fantastic. Upfront, honest, thorough, and answered all our quests/concerns. Quote was also very reasonable given the scope of work to be done. We will definitely be using them for our project soon.As a follow up…we used AFS for our large project, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Shawn, Evan, and Kesaun we fantastic from start to finish. Great communication about the job and scope of work and did a very thorough job. Highly recommend the whole AFS team.

Called for an estimate to level the uneven floors in our older home. Wade Siler came by just before agreed time. I gave him a walk through of our home to point out the issues with our floor. He explained what he was going to do then started his inspection in the crawlspace. When he finished we went over every detail of what was needed and how they were going to address the issues. There was no pressure from him whatsoever. Very professional! We will be calling him back soon!

Dan, CJ, and Taylor were awesome! All three of them worked hard, and placated my abundant questions. We were working on parts of the home that made their jobs more difficult at the time, and they didn't miss a beat. Super understanding, flexible, and went the extra mile to help me out making sure we weren't getting in each other's way. Dan made sure to communicate very clearly when they would be on site, what they were doing each day, and made sure he made time for all my questions.

They followed up with me after they had finished to answer any questions I had. Jay was my salesman and he was also great. Explained everything so I could understand. My experience with AFS was amazing. The men who did the work were professional, quick, friendly and most importantly they did an awesome job. My porch and my stairs have been lifted and cracks repaired. Their work far exceeded my expectations. The office staff was also easy to work with and very responsive. Their level of customer service was a very welcome surprise.
