In 4 days they removed insulation, sprayed for mold and mildew, pulled up the moisture barrier, installed drainage system along interior of crawl space, encapsulated the area. Installed two condensation drain pumps and dehumidifier. Finally installed new entrance door. Kept me informed throughout the project. Great job by a great team. JMD

I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. Bryan and DFX were also the best price. They created drawings, and shared what all would need to be done, they were courteous and did excellent work. I would certainly use Bryan and the DFX team again. I give them 10 stars for making my sister happy. She is 84 years old and didn't have anywhere else to turn and DFX came through. Thank you Bryan and DFX. We really appreciate you. It was a pleasure meeting you and seeing your work completed. Thanks.

Travis initially came out for our yearly inspection related to previous floor stabilization and noticed signs of moisture and potential concerns for mold. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate us on the issue and walk us through our options. He even returned in the evening to review everything with my husband, which we truly appreciated. Once we decided to move forward, AFS acted quickly, scheduling installation within just a few days. The entire process was seamless and well-communicated—we always knew when the team would arrive, what had been completed each day, and when they were leaving. The installation crew was top-notch—Riley, Nathon, Alex, Brent, and Conner were all professional, thorough, and respectful throughout the process. We had our large crawl space encapsulated in 2019 with AFS. They have been servicing our system since then annually. Today we had the pleasure of working with Emmett for our maintenance needs. A very respectful young man. He stayed in touch with us as to arrival time, spent the first few minutes to understand any concerns or needs we may have and then proceeded with an inspection and maintenance of our space. Afterwards he came with photos of his work and explained everything he noticed and addressed. Highly recommend having Emmett as your maintenance technician. We have been extremely pleased with AFS and feel their prices are fair and their service is top notch

Straight forward, no high-pressure sales shenanigans. the product and the price met our needs and we moved forward on the installation. Tim, Travis, & Cody did the clean out and install. I did not believe it was only a 'one day' job. But it was! The crawl space looks great, the backyard/work area looked as if nobody had been there, and the crew was professional, polite, and kept us updated on the progress. Zach was in touch with me the next day to follow up. I had reservations about AFS having been acquired by a national corporation, but besides the initial call, this is very much a locally run operation with a great group of folks who live and work right here in our community. When they recognized that the work they were about to do would not solve the garage problem, they referred us to a company that could. I plan on using this company in the future if needed. All I can say is how happy I am with the work performed. Had my crawl space encapsulated with dehumidifier and sump pump system and got a fabulous job. With all the rain had no leakage and pumps work great. I used another company previously and they made a mess. All the taped floor joints leaked as overlap was incorrect and improperly taped. They damaged my A/C condensate lines. Additionally, Levi Woods has been a Godsend. He has come to my home numerous times on his own and on weekends to help me add drainage fittings and install an additional dehumidifier I had purchased separately. I can always call him and get my questions answered. Very helpful and proactive. Finally, I will say not impressed with service department. Found the woman I talked to as dismissive, unhelpful, unfriendly and uninformed. Thankyou Levi for being there. This company is the best in the business minus some customer service people and I am speaking from experience.

We had some uncertainties with a company we originally hired for a project, so we decided to step back and reevaluate. Thankfully, we took my dad’s referral to AFS, a company he works closely with in Florida, and were pleasantly surprised to find they also serve the Louisville area. We are so grateful we made the decision to go with AFS. Adam was incredibly easy to work with, he wasn’t pushy or sales-driven at all. Instead, he really listened to what we were hoping to accomplish and worked with us to make it happen at a more than reasonable price. We’re very excited and confident moving forward with this company and would absolutely recommend AFS to anyone needing foundation work!

First off, Jason J. Stoughton is phenomenal!! A good company has to have a good team. We’ve been ripped off in the past from contractors, and it was hard to trust someone else to come in and do any type of repairs. Jason was very thorough in his assessment and took his time explaining what the issues were. I can actually say I was beyond impressed with the outcome! The whole crew (Evan, Roberto, Handyman Legend and the entire crew) were amazing and very supportive. They got straight to work. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions that we had. I felt like part of the AFS family more than a customer. Thank you Jason and the crew for taking good care of us. The house has been in our family for generations and it means a lot to our family. I would highly recommend AFS and will be using them in the future.

First of all this is a very difficult job for the workers any I appreciate the way they handled their business! The crew on my job was Micah, Shawn and Kayden. What an amazing team they have. They are such hard workers and explained every step in the process, They continuously kept me updated. They took the time to answer all my questions without judgement. They have fun while handling a scary job. We did encapsulation and they were positive about the project, I liked them so much that I asked the Pro Desk at Home Depot to add them to the list of preferred providers! So know you to know the final results? The crawl space looks amazing and all those future problems will no longer be an issue! Yes it is an expensive project, but now we have the piece of mind that we avoided future problems and dishing the right way! AFS has my highest recommendation!

AFS is an absolute pleasure to work with. It all started with the amazing inspector, Katie (highly recommend) who came to my cabin to give me a thorough and accurate quote with an extremely fair price compared to the competition (got quoted almost double for the same job from crawlspace ninja & a few other local companies and they spent only a few minutes in the crawlspace-absolutely terrible). Katie made sure I was taken care of and also assured me they would send there best crew to do the job. And man was she right!! The best crew I have ever worked with was led by Darian & his co-foreman Tanner. They arrived on time and with amazing attitudes while being extremely efficient and knowledgeable while they walked me through there plan of action and then perfectly executed said plan!! Could not be happier with how my crawlspace encapsulation turned out!10/10 would recommend Katie & Darian at AFS to do any and all crawlspace work you are looking for!I will definitely be using them for any of my foundation/crawlspace issues in the future.
