Brad is a great representation of AFS. He did a great job of figuring out our sinking floor and also making sure we felt confident in the repair. He’s thorough and explained everything with pictures he took along the way. Repairs are frustrating but we feel like it will be done correctly and with honest work. He didn’t hide any costs or over inflate what they can do.

Matt Carter did a thorough inspection of my crawl space detailed with pictures and videos of the issues I had. Did an excellent job of explaining the findings of his inspection in a way that would have let anyone who knows nothing about crawl spaces follow along. He explained, in detail, the necessary steps needed to resolve the issues. If you ever need to reach out to AFS in the Huntsville area, ask for Matt!

Reviewing just the quoting process: Trevor P. came out to do our quote for foundation and floor settling. He was incredibly thorough in the process, looking at signs of wear on both levels of the house, and taking plenty of measurements to map out out floors on the downstairs level. He spent plenty of time explaining what he was looking for and why, and making sure we understood the science of what was happening. Ultimately we did go for another quote out of a preference for "good enough to be safe" over "as perfect as possible", but if this was our forever home I would 100% have picked AFS to do the work. I can't promise they'll be the pick for you, but I do still highly recommend you get a quote with them in your process.

Nate is my project manager. He showed up on time and was very detailed. He walked me through step by step and gave me options rather than attempting to just sell me something I did not need. He took the time to explain what was needed and NOT needed. Thanks Nate!

We had AFS encapsulate our crawl space almost five years ago. It was expensive but we were very pleased initially. Over the years, however, I realized the installers lapped the ground sheets incorrectly directing all the water flow onto the top of the next downhill sheet. This put all the pressure of holding the water on the tape, which did not hold after years of getting wet. Our service technician Ty could see the problem immediately when I told him my concerns. He spent an unbelievable amount of time re-lapping every joint. He did an AMAZING job and I now feel totally confident that my AFS encapsulation will do the job for decades to come. Ty also took the time to explain the control panels of the sump pumps and dehumidifier so I can reset the alarms that occur when it has to go on battery back up, a fairly common occurrence in rural Alabama. Thank you Ty. You are the best.
