I contacted three companies to get an evaluation of my home's foundation. AFS Inspector Johnathan Gleason provided a thorough review with photos of areas that need repair and also measured the level of my floor inside my house. His quoted price was reasonable and fair compared to the other two estimates I received (though not the lowest). The thoroughness of the inspection and recommendations from neighbors won AFS the project. The work was scheduled at my convenience and the team called 30 minutes before arrival. Their three-man crew consisted of Mathew Ridley, Coby Stealey, and Shawn Lowe who arrived on time and set to work quickly and efficiently. They completed the majority of the work in a few hours, but decided to substitute a wooden support beam with a steel I-Beam to give the repair more structure. This required a trip back the next day and was completed in a short time. They did not charge extra for the more expensive steel beam. This project was well-organized and well-executed. Good communication throughout and sincere concern for the customer. A very pleasant, and refreshing experience. I recommend AFS and my team to anyone who needs foundation work well and priced fairly. Quinton, Victory, and Kenny did a fantastic job correcting what Brad Prefontaine Uck up. Brad, the assistant sale manager wrote up me a proposal to repair my living room floor by doing it through the crawl space. The repair that Brad had purposed. Did not address my problem at all. I tried calling Brad, no answer. Tried texting him, no response. Brad even changed a line item that he had listed in the proposal to replace damaged subfloor. When I signed the contract. After I signed the contract, I asked Brad for a copy of it and to send me photos that he claimed he took. Never did see neither one. If I could have had a copy of the signed contract seeing that Brad had deleted the line item to replace 20" of damage subfloor. I WOULD HAVE CANCELED THE JOB. MY THINKING IS IF BRAD DID THIS TO ME. HE PROBABLY DID IT TO OTHERS. Quinton, Victor and Kenny did the best job to get the repair to a satisfactory repair. To all that's wants to get work done by AFS. PLEASE DONT TRUST BRAD PREFONTAINE. HE REALL NEED TO BE FIRED. HE'S A SCAMMER. FRAUDULENT. TRUST ME

Kayode and Tyler were punctual and professional and friendly. They kept the lines of communication open and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did, it was a complete transformation! I highly recommend AFS, and that Kayode and Tyler do the installation. They even finished a day and a half early without sacrificing quality. Not only do we now have higher quality air in our home but we also basically have a huge storage unit beneath our house! A+ work, gentlemen.

Alan Nunalee was prompt, courteous, thorough, and informative, when he came to inspect our crawlspace today. He informed us of significant problems with moisture and mildew, and how AFS would deal with the problem. He took pictures of the issues, and drew up a floorplan of our house, showing where the work would be done. He secured a military discount for us, and a very good interest rate. AFS team consisting of Kevin Calderon, Logan F, Oliver G, and Ashton S remediated my crawl space. In 4 days they removed insulation, sprayed for mold and mildew, pulled up the moisture barrier, installed drainage system along interior of crawl space, encapsulated the area. Installed two condensation drain pumps and dehumidifier. Finally installed new entrance door. Kept me informed throughout the project. Great job by a great team. JMD

Allan Proctor did an inspection of my crawl spaces today. He advised of some improvements that have been made to the encapsulation process. My encapsulation from 6 year's ago could use some updates. The one from 2 years ago is perfect. He explained the industry’s standards have changed, and explained in detail the upgrades that are recommended. Very thorough. Appreciate all the time he spent answering all my questions. Definitely an asset to AFS.

Justin Carter with AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists recently came out to inspect my foundation and provide a quote for lifting the concrete on my stoop, which had settled enough to become a trip hazard. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, punctual, and communicative. He confirmed our appointment the day before, called when he was 15 minutes away, and arrived right on time. Justin took the time to clearly explain the inspection process, made sure I understood what he would be looking at, and asked thoughtful questions about my concerns and goals. He completed a thorough inspection, then carefully walked me through his findings and the available options. I especially appreciated that he was informative without being pushy or high-pressure in any way. Overall, Justin was great to work with, and I would highly recommend him and AFS to anyone needing foundation or concrete repair services.
