Super service… able to reschedule concrete lifting job before originally scheduled. Parris Houghins and Benjamin Esparza kept us in the loop from the time to set out until they arrived. Parris explained the entire job, the approximate time it would take, and asked if I had any questions. I told him my concerns and he understood my requirements. He and Benjamin started and when finished explained what was done, how it was done, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. They even cleaned the work area and left the area spic and span! Two excellent workers are shining stars at AFS.

Spotting daylight through a crack in the basement wall wasn't a pleasant surprise. I picked AFS to help based on their positive reviews here, and wasn't disappointed. Everyone from AFS was a pleasure to work with. Mackenzie was very attentive and thoughtful in assessing the work and coming up with a plan. Eric, Christian and Wilmer could not have been nicer or more professional, and did an amazing job on the foundation, and I couldn't believe how fast they worked their magic. Parris and Tristan went above and beyond lifting and fixing the sagging stoops. I've unfortunately had to have a lot of work done on my house, and all these guys were the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AFS to anyone.

I had an encapsulation annual inspection/maintenance done today with Emmett Wooton. Emmett called to tell me he was on the way, showed up on time and did a complete, professional inspection of my home. He performed maintenance and taught me a lot about how to better care for my home. Everyone I have worked with from AFS Chattanooga is outstanding and I now add "Excellent Emmett" to the list. Few people realize that the crawspace is as critical to your home's health as the living space or the roof, but it is the truth. AFS has helped me raise the maintenance bar to insure that my home is as close to perfect as I can get it. If you have the opportunity to get a free inspection from Mr. Emmett Wooton, I feel confident that you will feel better about your highest investment and enjoy talking to a true professional who will be a valuable partner.

I bought a house that had some renovation work done in the basement a few months before I moved in . A sump pump system and a vapor barrier had been added. Unfortunately, the seller didn't leave me any information on any of this, other than I was able to find out that AFS did the work. The sump system wasn't working right and I also just needed to find out some information on what work had been done in general, so I called AFS to ask some questions. I ended up being put in contact with Brandon Bailey from AFS. Not only did he send me some general information on the work that had been done, he personally came out to my house to fix up the sump system free of charge, and answered my questions about other future work on the house I was considering. This all surprised me with how much they were willing to help me out even though the work was all done well before I moved in, and has definitely earned AFS a future customer.

Both crews did exceptional work, Nick Bohal and Josh Bomar called and said they could come by a day earlier than expected if that was ok, so we said sure. They worked well together and explained each step they were doing, which made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend the whole experience to anyone needing foundation repair. Kind of expensive but quality ain't cheap. Thanks, guys!

We had 3 crews working on our house from March 23-March 27 2026. I have to say these were the nicest people to work with. Each crew and crew member was always willing to stop and answer our questions. They all did a wonderful job from start to finish. I would recommend AFS to anyone needing foundation repair. We had foundation repair with anchor placement, concrete repair, internal drain with encapsulation and sump pump installation with external drain. Each step of the process was explained to us before the work started. Thanks to: Adam Chapman and his crew for waterproofing our garage Foundation, installing anchors and closing up the cracks. Eric Garcia Christian Garcia Wilmer Fernandez Parris Houchins and Bug Boyd leveling our concrete slab in our garage. Next is Joe who was our initial contact. He spent the time to go over everything that needed to be done and stayed in contact with us before the work began. You all were very professional and courteous. Thank you all!
