Christian Rudd, Benny Esparza, & Christia Parrish were the team of guys who came and took care of my waterproofing project in my basement. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable young team of men who worked efficiently and effectively to get the work done. Shay was my inspector and explained the process well and helped me to understand what was needed. The team had obviously communicated with Shay so this streamlined the process and all were impressive. I’d recommend this team to anyone. Good job, AFS Chattanooga! And thanks!

Taylor F, David E, David S, and Patrick T all worked tirelessly to complete my massive project. As a single person, I put off this project for fear I would get taken as there are so many horror stories. These guys were up front, including Mason who bid the job, kind and informative. They arrived when they said they would and exceeded expectations for my project. Even when the project time exceeded projections they worked on into the evening and on their Saturday. One couldn’t ask for more. As expensive as this massive project was, I feel it was worth every penny.

I can’t say enough good things about Joshua P Preston, Y and Brandon E they were very likable and hard-working and did the most professional job I’ve ever thought I would experience by hiring AFS. I am 100% plus completely satisfied with their work and their foundation in crawlspace repairs to my home. I was always a huge fan and I know AFS is the best and I used to be in business for myself for 26 years and I will forever recommend you guys as long as I live and Kevin Crowe my salesman has a good guys I ever met and once you meet Kevin you ain’t gonna go on work nowhere else with anybody else because he’s the real deal.

I had such a bad problem with my flooring collapsing in on itself with mold damage and a broken girder. I had an amazing crew of Mike Truelove, Austin Hitchcox, and Chris Smithe who came out and worked above and beyond in some of the worst weather conditions and temperatures. They did a great job on a very tough job and i left completely satisfied and excited to enjoy my new floors. I will 100% use this company again and request the same team if i can because of how fast and professional they were. Thanks guys!

Paris Houchins and Bug Boyd did an absoluty fabulous job of permanently stabilizing my driveway and walkway. Our home is 16 years old and over the last couple of years we have noticed a number of small cracks appearing and some unevenness developing befeeen the concrete slabs. We called AFS to evaluate and their service technician, Nikoli Elrod, recommended that we inject the area with a high density foam to both stabilize the cracking areas and raise the sunken slab. Their Poly Renewal process worked like a charm and achieved both of the above goals. Paris and ‘Bug’ called as they left the shop to confirm their arrival time and give me oooortunity to move our cars. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Reviewed the scope of work and even photographed the locations of gas, electric and water lines to be sure the job was safely done. They worked with intention, updated me at the midway point of the project and finished ahead of schedule. Lastly, they left my home, yard and drive in an impeccably clean state. Couldn’t hardly tell they had been there other than my concrete was now level and cracks sealed:) Would recommend this company and crew to anyone needing to stabilize their concrete. Thanks! Regan

Spotting daylight through a crack in the basement wall wasn't a pleasant surprise. I picked AFS to help based on their positive reviews here, and wasn't disappointed. Everyone from AFS was a pleasure to work with. Mackenzie was very attentive and thoughtful in assessing the work and coming up with a plan. Eric, Christian and Wilmer could not have been nicer or more professional, and did an amazing job on the foundation, and I couldn't believe how fast they worked their magic. Parris and Tristan went above and beyond lifting and fixing the sagging stoops. I've unfortunately had to have a lot of work done on my house, and all these guys were the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AFS to anyone.

We had 3 crews working on our house from March 23-March 27 2026. I have to say these were the nicest people to work with. Each crew and crew member was always willing to stop and answer our questions. They all did a wonderful job from start to finish. I would recommend AFS to anyone needing foundation repair. We had foundation repair with anchor placement, concrete repair, internal drain with encapsulation and sump pump installation with external drain. Each step of the process was explained to us before the work started. Thanks to: Adam Chapman and his crew for waterproofing our garage Foundation, installing anchors and closing up the cracks. Eric Garcia Christian Garcia Wilmer Fernandez Parris Houchins and Bug Boyd leveling our concrete slab in our garage. Next is Joe who was our initial contact. He spent the time to go over everything that needed to be done and stayed in contact with us before the work began. You all were very professional and courteous. Thank you all!
