I had my crawl space encapsulated last year. An inspector came to check as they do in a year it was after a heavy rain and found a significant amount of water. The crew came back the next day and put in a drainage system. Everything was left spotless. I would highly recommend AFS to anyone. Thank you Nikoli, Christian, Caleb and Chris awesome job. I was standing at the crossroads of whether to sell my home/property or have foundation issues addressed. An AFS truck passed my house one day so I decided to give them a call for an inspection and quote. Joe Kashner, Project Manager, arrived and did the inspection. Thankfully, it was found that I had termites, which I immediately had treated. He went over the issues, which were much more than I anticipated, and then the quote. It still left me standing at the crossroads on what to do. However, after much thought and discussion and questions answered, Joe worked with me, and I made a decision I wanted to keep my home. An AFS crew showed up on a Monday for a week long project that included joist work (adding and replacement), partial girder replacement, some sealplate replacement, and then encapsulation (due to water and moisture problems). The crew – Taylor Fox, David Ennis, Patrick Trotter, and Clay Graham (who came on the last day to assist with completion) were nothing short of amazing. Such hardworking professionals with great work ethic that kept me updated throughout the project with pics. I just can't say enough good. What a pleasure it was to have them around. Their workmanship looks amazing! I am so thankful for that truck passing my house that one day that lead me to call AFS. I know they had my best interest at heart, and for that, I am grateful. I was blessed with the best!

I called AFS for mold/fungus inspection. To prevent further damage they installed a dehumidifier and encapsulated the crawlspace. I am happy with the professionalism with their staff and services. Dustin Gilbert, the inspector was informative, polite and no pressure applied to cement the sale. The installers, Randle S. & Austin C., were polite and professional. I am pleased with the service they provided. I would recommend AFS should you have need for their services.

I had Mason come out to inspect the foundation on a house I’m in the process of buying, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Mason was extremely professional and took the time to clearly explain the entire inspection process and exactly what he was looking for. He performed a thorough assessment, including detailed measurements of a basement wall that had horizontal cracking, and his measurements clearly showed what the wall was doing structurally. What I really appreciated was that Mason was not pushy at all and didn’t try to scare me into an expensive or unnecessary repair. He laid everything out honestly, explained the findings in a way that was easy to understand, and provided a clear solution. The recommended fix was also far more affordable than I was expecting, which was a huge relief. If you’re looking for a foundation inspector who is knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward, I highly recommend Mason. He made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

We had requested a quote for basement water proofing and when we did the quote included new gutters which was a total surprise due to the low cost. Jeff Stewart and Christian Rudd did an excellent job and are two very hardworking individuals. They stayed well past dark to complete as much work as possible. They walked the house with my husband and explained what would be best for our drainage and worked hard with only one break all day! The next day when they returned they took time to complete the job and cleaned everything up and we couldn’t tell they had been here. Their product is very high quality and improved the appearance of our home. I highly recommend AFS and crew for any gutter needs!
