From my first contact with the scheduler through my discussion with Nick Scudero, then my experience with the installation/repair team, Michael Truelove, Chris Smith, and Brady Webster, I've been incredibly impressed with everyone's courtesy, forthrightness, professionalism, knowledge, communication, and attention to detail. Mike and his team were timely and efficient and accomplished the job in amazingly quick time, then cleaned their work area, returning it to its original condition. Mike also showed me photos of the entire job from beginning to end. Then, I received a followup call to ensure my satisfaction. I definitely recommend AFS to anyone needing foundation repair.

This is the second time AFS has helped us out, the first time was roughly 7 years ago and the basement repair continues to hold up well. This time they tackled a large concrete driveway leveling and crack repair project. Property located on the side of a ridge-line with a very long and steep driveway. Parris, “Bug” and team did a great job. Clear communication, perfection oriented quality, always polite, and stayed on budget. Concrete pour is over 30 years old, I have no doubt that we probably have extended our surface for another 30 years. Thank you, great job.

Dry Ground Pros did an outstanding job on my home. I was dealing with water pooling around the house and early signs of moisture getting into the foundation. They installed a French drain and redirected all of my downspouts, and the difference is night and day. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. If you’re in Cleveland, Tennessee and need reliable drainage or stormwater solutions, I highly recommend Dry Ground Pros.

Had to have a side porch stabilized. Paris,Bug,Boyd,Edgar,Josh,Benny were the crew that performed the work. The whole crew was very professional and courteous. Their work was very thorough and excellent. The contracted job was completed in the timeframe quoted and a.complete cleanup of the work area was done,my wife and I are very pleased with the work performed. This was the third time we have contracted jobs with AFS and will definitely call them if we need the type work they perform.

Paris Houchins and Bug Boyd did an absoluty fabulous job of permanently stabilizing my driveway and walkway. Our home is 16 years old and over the last couple of years we have noticed a number of small cracks appearing and some unevenness developing befeeen the concrete slabs. We called AFS to evaluate and their service technician, Nikoli Elrod, recommended that we inject the area with a high density foam to both stabilize the cracking areas and raise the sunken slab. Their Poly Renewal process worked like a charm and achieved both of the above goals. Paris and ‘Bug’ called as they left the shop to confirm their arrival time and give me oooortunity to move our cars. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Reviewed the scope of work and even photographed the locations of gas, electric and water lines to be sure the job was safely done. They worked with intention, updated me at the midway point of the project and finished ahead of schedule. Lastly, they left my home, yard and drive in an impeccably clean state. Couldn’t hardly tell they had been there other than my concrete was now level and cracks sealed:) Would recommend this company and crew to anyone needing to stabilize their concrete. Thanks! Regan

I had such a bad problem with my flooring collapsing in on itself with mold damage and a broken girder. I had an amazing crew of Mike Truelove, Austin Hitchcox, and Chris Smithe who came out and worked above and beyond in some of the worst weather conditions and temperatures. They did a great job on a very tough job and i left completely satisfied and excited to enjoy my new floors.
