This company is 100% professional. They did an inspection, then recommended certain repairs to our 1930 home that has some real issues. They showed up ready to go exactly when promised. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were able to remedy the foundation issues we had. They also fixed our crawl space humidity issues. Nice job David, Bobby, Jesus, Johnny and Michael! First off, Jason J. Stoughton is phenomenal!! A good company has to have a good team. We’ve been ripped off in the past from contractors, and it was hard to trust someone else to come in and do any type of repairs. Jason was very thorough in his assessment and took his time explaining what the issues were. I can actually say I was beyond impressed with the outcome! The whole crew (Evan, Roberto, Handyman Legend and the entire crew) were amazing and very supportive. They got straight to work. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions that we had. I felt like part of the AFS family more than a customer. Thank you Jason and the crew for taking good care of us. The house has been in our family for generations and it means a lot to our family. I would highly recommend AFS and will be using them in the future.

My experience with AFS was amazing. The men who did the work were professional, quick, friendly and most importantly they did an awesome job. My porch and my stairs have been lifted and cracks repaired. Their work far exceeded my expectations. The office staff was also easy to work with and very responsive. Their level of customer service was a very welcome surprise.

Nick Cianciolo with AFS in Nashville came to my home today for the annual inspection. I noticed some issues with my flooring and bought them to his attention. After his inspection, he made a detailed plan to resolve the issue and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what caused the issue, but more importantly how to correct the problem. Nick was meticulous and even found a slight plumbing leak during his inspection. He is a true professional and a great asset to AFS.

First and foremost this company was over 10k cheaper than one of their competitors! Secondly they was in touch with us a lot before the job was done so with that said their communication is 100%! They made two trips the day of the estimate cause they needed in the house to check a couple things. Once someone could be there they drove an hour at the end of their work day to look at what the wanted to check. Pairs Houchins and Kyle Juraszek told me what they was doing and why they was doing throughout the whole process. I’ve never had a company explain things like they did. These two young men went above and beyond. When they left you could even tell they had been there! THANKS for the professional work and even more professional attention to detail! You guys rock! If you’re reading this review just know you can’t go wrong with these folks!
