Jim Adams, Joe, Anthony “Gonzo,” and Pedro did an outstanding job on my flooded basement. These guys explained everything to me, gave me numerous options, and were the definition of customer service. They covered all my belongings and even left the basement cleaner than what I had it. These guys came out in a hurry, and finished ahead of the projected finish time! I hope they get recognized by AFS; they deserve it!!!

I have used this company twice, about six years apart, for problems with my home’s foundation. The first time was in 2017, as a result of the drought. The second was in 2023. My home has a finished basement living area and I was experiencing cracks and shifting, affecting both floors of my home. AFS employs knowledgeable and experienced personnel. The initial inspections and diagnoses, the crews who performed the work, and the follow-up care are all performed by expert personnel. I am very happy with this Company, and my results.

Steve Napi came and did a free inspection on our home in Cookeville, TN. He was extremely helpful and answered my many questions (tips tricks and needs to remediate some issues) and explored all of the options and suggestions customized to our specific situations in our basement.He showed me the price breakdown, how the process would work, how we could finance, and physical pieces and pictures of the materials and process that the job would entail.
