AFS is an awesome company that continues to provide quality work and hire top of the line people. This company also stands behind its work. In 2019 we selected AFS to repair our home’s foundation problem and to encapsulate our crawlspace. Their work was amazing. Since then, we enrolled in their program of having yearly inspections. Some 5 years later, our home was inspected today by an outstanding employee of AFS, Michael Chaffin. He was OUTSTANDING and he’s a wonderful people person. He’s THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PASSIONATE, PATIENT, THOUGHTFUL, and PRECISE. He was very detailed oriented. He identified problems and AFS will make the repair to fix the issues. He also recommended something that we could do as homeowners, which we took his advice and is investing in a 2nd crawl space single with a back up pump. Me and my husband were extremely pleased with the service provided by Michael and without hesitation will recommend to family and friends AFS for any foundation repairs.

He was extremely professional and courteous and not once did I feel pressured to order services through the company. He thoroughly explained the best options for the home repair and the payment plan options that would be required. We called AFS Knoxville after finding some concerning areas in our basement. Talon came out and took the time to fully educate us on the issues we were seeing rather than just pitching a product/service. He also was so patient in answering all the questions we posed. Matt Hall was our service tech. He is very professional and thorough. He took time to explain everything completely to me, since we are new customers. He went above and beyond by showing me a leak with our ac. And went as far as to vacuum the blockage out in the condensation line for us( not his job). He also pointed out a job, that had been paid for, but not completed on our contract. Hope to always have him as our tech! If more people provided the customer service he provides, companies would thrive. Not to mention the world would be a better place.

I requested a quote to potentially repair my floors and basement. The inspector, Nate Burrow arrived on time and explained the inspection process clearly. He performed a thorough inspection. Unfortunately my house is in too poor condition to undertake repairs because water and termite damage is too extensive. Nate saved me money by letting me know that undertaking repairs would be costly and would probably uncover a continuous chain of other unseen problems. This let me know that my money would be better spent building a new home instead of throwing it at an unending project. Thank you Nate!
