They arrived on time and were very professional. Eddie, Baron, and Cody were fantastic and very quick. They were also really good with not creating any additional mess in the home and laid down plastic to keep my carpets protected- very appreciated. Thrilled to have gone with AFS to get my crawlspace to where I needed it.

Christian Rudd, Benny Esparza, & Christia Parrish were the team of guys who came and took care of my waterproofing project in my basement. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable young team of men who worked efficiently and effectively to get the work done. Shay was my inspector and explained the process well and helped me to understand what was needed. The team had obviously communicated with Shay so this streamlined the process and all were impressive. I’d recommend this team to anyone. Good job, AFS Chattanooga! And thanks!

William was the specialist that was sent to my home to check the AFS system. He was very thorough, pointing out some problems for the future. He listened to all my "chatter," never hurried himself and was respectful to me and my home.

I have used this company twice, about six years apart, for problems with my home’s foundation. The first time was in 2017, as a result of the drought. The second was in 2023. My home has a finished basement living area and I was experiencing cracks and shifting, affecting both floors of my home. AFS employs knowledgeable and experienced personnel. The initial inspections and diagnoses, the crews who performed the work, and the follow-up care are all performed by expert personnel. I am very happy with this Company, and my results.

From the time that Jake met us at our house for the initial review, till Jesse and his crew showed up to do the work a week later, we’ve been very impressed. Jake had a proposal in our hands before he left our initial meeting which was very much appreciated. Jesse and his team hit the ground running and had the project done the following afternoon. He talked me through the process every step of the way and when they were finished, you could barely see where they’d been. We were very impressed.

Cody B, Christian P, David E, and Brendan N provided excellent, on time capsulation of our crawl space clearly documenting the work with photographs. They also outlined information for us to provide to monthly pets control personnel and others needing access to area for various maintenance. We have used AFS for three other projects which is why we chose them again for this project.
