I have an approximately 20 year old home that sits on a full basement. Over the years I noticed a crack developing on one wall. So I called AFS to come have a look and give me an estimate on repairs. Inspector / salesman Steve McGahon called and scheduled an appointment within 24hrs. On our scheduled appointment he was on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Once the contract was signed and deposit was paid we set an installation date. Luckily for me they had a couple of projects moved around and got to me a few days early. Installation crew (CJ and Kieth) called to verify appointment and of course were right on time. As The installation crew prepared the worksite CJ identified an unforeseen problem with the intended plan of action. As I am no engineer by any stretch of the imagination, CJ Explained why it would need to be done a different way. She took her time to explain and show me alternative options. CJ is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional; you can tell she actually cares about customer experiences. I cannot say enough about CJ and Keith as installers. CJ and Keith kept a clean and safe work environment And worked in a very methodic rhythm. I cannot say enough about the quality of craftsmanship that CJ and Keith exude. Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend AFS for any of your foundation needs.

AFS and the team that helped us was amazing from the inspection all the way to the job completion. Eric helped inspect our crawlspace and answered all our questions about AFS and what they could do to help us. His consistent and clear communication made the process very easy. Jackson and Mikey completed the entire job in a day, and the quality of the work is outstanding. They made sure to show me their completed work after they finished to make sure my questions were answered. They were very thorough and did a great job cleaning cup after the work was finished. I highly recommend AFS for drainage crawl space solutions.

Excellent inspection completed on our residence crawlspace by AFS! Obviously good news is celebrated with the not so good, meaning water, & humidity must be dealt with no matter how clean or much barrier we've put down. AFS professionals (Allan Proctor), just painted a tremendously welcomed solution; encapsulating about 1000 sq' of space. Its turn key, and after a very education inspection & walk, thru with Mr. Proctor, we will follow his guidance. More…w/ photo's, after the project is complete, but very confident this is a property saver & enhancement to our home! Thanks AFS for your expertise!

Wade Siler has quoted and guided us on more properties than we can count. He is a man of high integrity and very knowledgable, we can trust he will not recommend something to just make a sale as many foundation companies tend to do. He is always honest if the property needs work or is just fine or needs something else. I highly recommend this company. We had a terrible basement that needed to be waterproof, from the consultation to the installation, everything went exactly to what they said. They ran into a void in the concrete and I was worried, the crew problem solved it and corrected the issue. Extremely professional and cleaned up beautifully. Caleb did excellent during consultation. The crew Matthew Ridley Coby Stealey Shawn Lowe, if you get this done ask for them…they worked late and got done on schedule.

AFS is an awesome company that continues to provide quality work and hire top of the line people. This company also stands behind its work. In 2019 we selected AFS to repair our home’s foundation problem and to encapsulate our crawlspace. Their work was amazing. Since then, we enrolled in their program of having yearly inspections. Some 5 years later, our home was inspected today by an outstanding employee of AFS, Michael Chaffin. He was OUTSTANDING and he’s a wonderful people person. He’s THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PASSIONATE, PATIENT, THOUGHTFUL, and PRECISE. He was very detailed oriented. He identified problems and AFS will make the repair to fix the issues. He also recommended something that we could do as homeowners, which we took his advice and is investing in a 2nd crawl space single with a back up pump. Me and my husband were extremely pleased with the service provided by Michael and without hesitation will recommend to family and friends AFS for any foundation repairs.
