This is my second big project with AFS and, like the first one, every step of the way was polite and professional. The AFS crews are fantastic! Andres Perez, Jordan Sanchez and Joshuar Cruz showed up on time and explained their plan which they executed perfectly. AFS may cost a bit more than some other companies, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't trust my home's foundation to anyone else.

My history with AFS spans several years and multiple technicians, supervisors, and managers. Throughout that time, we’ve worked through a long and challenging effort to stabilize an interior wall, with many visits and repair approaches along the way. This most recent visit, however, was different. Nick D'Esposito, Adam McBay, and his crew — Josh, Bailey, and Wayne — were able to accurately diagnose the underlying issue, place the right support equipment in the correct locations, and spend the necessary time fine‑tuning the adjustments. Their work eliminated gaps in the moldings and significantly stiffened the floor near the problem wall. These gentlemen are a true asset to AFS and to the customers they serve. AFS’ (Groundworks) Senior Leadership Team in Virginia could learn a great deal from them when it comes to communication, customer satisfaction, and follow‑through. I look forward to seeing Adam, Josh, Bailey, and Wayne again soon for the final adjustments.

We had some settling issues and asked 3 firms for repair estimates. Though AFS wasn’t the least expensive Jesse spent the time to work up the plan that specifically met our needs and explained what their crew would do. When Dustin and his crew arrived they walked us through what they were going to do, updated us along the way and provided photos and explanations of their work. We had never had this kind of work done before but feel we made the right decision to go with AFS. They were professional all along the way.

My husband and I were both VERY HAPPY with our experience with AFS Chattanooga. They were quick to respond to our request for a bid. Eric came out to give us a bid after inspecting our crawlspace. He made his numbers competitive with some other bids. We have experience with AFS at a rental home and have been very happy with the service provided annually, so were happy to work with them on our home. Every rep I spoke to on the phone was polite and professional. AND HERE'S A CONCEPT!!!! THEY ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY PROMISE THEY WILL DO. They confirmed job date and time. They called when on their way. They arrived ON TIME, something most contractors seem to have an issue with. AND, MAN THEY WORK HARD. The install crew of Caleb Britton, Aiden Langford and Spirit Ettesvold busted their butts. No goofing off or milking the day. WOW, they set a pace. My crawlspace looks great. I even had a rep who checked in with me as they were nearing completion to be sure we were happy with everything. Oh yeah. I'm happy. I highly recommend AFS – Chattanooga for encapsulation work. They did a great job from start to finish.

Logan O'Neil came out to assess my problem and for an estimate.. He was very patient, knowledgeable and very personable and polite. He explained everything he was doing and then also explained why some of the things that he saw needing to be repaired, needed to be done as I had many questions.He also worked with me on the financing and explained all the options. I would definitely recommend Logan O'Neil. Just as an aside, he contacted me to see if he could come early and I really appreciated that and was glad he was able to come earlier than expected.

Uriel Aaron Edgar all showed up on time (actually earlier !!!) to install foundation support structures. Before starting they showed and explained to ne what they were going to do, the support structures to be installed and asked me to come out and see the job progress. Upon completion, we did a walk around to see the actual install before covering back in the dig out holes Did a good job reclaiming the disturbed ground and placing the removed sod back in place Very happy with the job, workers were very nice and respectful. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction
