AFS employees are professional, efficient and honest. Trevor Wright was knowledgeable and stayed on top of his own work and his workers. Bernard Clemmons and Tristan Bodine came to the worksite ready to work – and not “just a tad” of work, but work! Parris Houchins and Bug Boyd did a great job on the concrete garage floor and patio! Recently had crawl space work done by AFS. The install crew led by Javier along with Quincey and Reynaldo were wonderful to work with. Javier's timely and thorough communication was top notch. All three never seemed to slow down or take a break for the entirety of the two full day project (other than a lunch break each day). Unlike other groups I have had working on home projects (who try to rush the sign-off) Javier took the time to show me every aspect of the completed project to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks!

AFS Foreman Dylan with his crew Tanner and Mason did a great job leveling my front porch. These young men knew their job well, were professional, communicative, respectful of my property and cleaned up before they left. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend this company and this crew. Shout out to Brett as well!! Brett inspected my settling porch and went over in detail of how it would be fixed. Very professional, explained in detail the process and communicated with me to keep me informed of my upcoming install. Thank you!!

On Wednesday December 14th we had our service contract yearly inspection. First one so we were not sure how thorough they would be. It was awesome. The service technician George Steiner was very nice and professional. He spent about an hour checking all the components of of our encapsulated crawl space and drainage system. Repaired any deficiencies, services the humidifier. Then presented everything to us in photographs on his laptop. Pleased is an understatement. Absolutely too notch. Thanks AFS and George Steiner, well done.

Upon requesting information on a consultation Mr Clark Davis reached out to me via phone call setup an appt and was on time and very patient with due to me having to get off work but he greeted me with a hand shake while introducing himself. He thoroughly explain to me what his job title was as well as what he came to do. He did a thorough inspection under the house as well as took pictures to help me understand what he was looking for and what all needed to be like he really explained in detail what was expected to be done also showed me videos of what was goi no to be done. I was VERY confident and trusted that I was in good hands with him at that moment. Fast forward he then called me with the dates on when the crew would come and they too were also very thorough greeted me and they were all on point with EVERYTHING. I really do appreciate Kyle, Debo, and Quinton for doing a very good job and the best part that I really liked is that they cleaned up behind themselves and make sure I was satisfied with the results and I was!! I plan on continuing doing business with them in the near future. I can truly say I absolutely love the work that has been done so far. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!

Cannot stress how great this company is. Had an old house with foundation issues. Alan was great, came out for a free estimate, and was very honest with me. We had a lot to consider and Alan was able to give me any information and help I needed. We ended up adding beams and supports. Their team was very polite, came out and had it fixed in a few hours. Top notch work and customer service. I would highly recommend AFS. They are a bit expensive but you get what you pay for, and a strong foundation is worth every penny.

The technician Emmett W, that came to my house for my yearly inspection, was also one that worked on the installation of my encapsulation last year. I was shown the pictures that he took and he explained them all to me. He told me that I may want to consider changing the pumps in my crawl space with no pressure to purchase new ones. What a delightful personality he has! He was very cordial, polite and thorough. Along with the inspection we shared stories, a snack and a hug. You must be very proud to have him as one of your techs. If all your technicians are as well trained and pleasant as he was then you have an amazing team. I definitely look forward to seeing him again in the future. Thank you Emmett. (If there were ten stars, that's what I would give him. )

This has been an amazing experience. Calling the office I got scheduled right away. I met with George who walked the property with me, answered all my questions. He went over the quote, sent it to me in email with a complete diagram of what would be taken care of. Today I met the technician’s Gavin and Johnathan today to let them in the house. They arrived, completed a walk down with me and got right to work. They were punctual, professional and so polite. I was able to watch the process and see the progress. Hats off to Blake, Arnold, Yoni and team leader Ricardo for doing an awesome job installing our perimeter drain system, sub pumps, and wall moisture barrier. They were knowledgeable, talented, and professional. They showed up on time every day and kept us in the communication loop. I need to apologize to Gavin and Jonathan for not writting this review soon enough, I simply got tied up and forgot until I found the review form. I do hope they can still win any company benefits because they were the best workings I have talked to in a ling time. Informative of the steps, respectful and careful of my property and of course doing the job quicker than I could get pictures of it. And unfortunately I cant recall the Project Managers name, but his card is here on my desk somewhere, and he was very helpful on working with me on raising my porch. A previous company told me they had a minimal cost of $1,500 for the foam injections, where AFS did the whole job for a little over that amount as they do so much, they have no minimal charge. He also told me the 3 jacks I had been quoted by other services was not needed (I knew that, but he confirmed my knowledge and earned my respect by telling me the truth). So hopefully all 3 will win any company benefits for this, I very seldom give 5 stars, only when a company fully exceeds my expectations. At least now I do not have to worry about my porch falling into the abyss.

Excellent Foundation Support to the 60-year old addition to a 74-year old home. The staff was efficient and completed an estimated three-day job in two days after a heavy rain! Large equipment was even maneuvered around retaining walls and awnings which were part of the existing home. Job was also completed around the existing gas outlets, water discharge for washer and large AC unit in the middle of the job site. John, Darien, and DKota did a great job!

We had AFS come out and repair and sister a couple of joist in our house. The entire process what was very pleasant. Mason came out and scanned my home and created a floor plan that day, talk about high-tech! The floor plan was extremely helpful once Mason sat down with me and went over how we could fix and "bullet-proof" the home. With my background in Mechanical Design, I appreciated the collaboration as multiple options were presented and we worked/tweaked the design to fit within my budget. We agreed on a price and date and I was told by Mason that the installation crew would arrive on time and would also show the same level of professionalism as he did. I was pleasantly surprised that he was right! Taylor Fox, David Ennis, and David Smith where the three young men that came to do the work. They were on time, respected my home, and went above and beyond to make sure that they cleaned up after the work was done. The entire crew was very willing to answer any questions I had and explained what they were doing. I cannot recommend them enough! We plan to keep doing work with AFS in the near future! Thank you all for the help!

Aiden, Brady & Cody did a great job, very friendly and knowledgeable about the things Stephen Jones said needed to be done. Cannot believe the difference it has made in my house, wall cracks have gone back together and my front door locks & open & closes easily now. Thanks for a job well done.

My mom and I had a great experience with AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists. Very professional, on time, and knowledgeable about foundation repair and basement waterproofing. They explained everything clearly and did quality work. If you need foundation repair, crawl space work, or waterproofing, I highly recommend them.

Logan, Jake, Johnny and Mike did an awesome job on our basement! They were very respectful of us and our home, kept me informed of every step of the process, and were just really good all-around guys! Nick and his teammate, I didn’t catch his name, also came and leveled some concrete pads for us. Again, excellent work and great people! I would definitely recommend Brian at AFS for any of your foundation or basement waterproofing needs! He came out, inspected everything, thoroughly explained exactly what we needed and answered all of our questions, then quickly got us setup for service. Highly recommend!

Trevor came and visited with us. He throughly explained what we needed after doing a thorough video and inspection of the crawl space. He walked us through the process of installing a correct crawl space environment. Within days, Kenneth and his crew redid the space in two days. He showed us after photos and explained what had been done. There was zero damage, they were organized and friendly. We are very pleased.

We had our large crawl space encapsulated in 2019 with AFS. They have been servicing our system since then annually. Today we had the pleasure of working with Emmett for our maintenance needs. A very respectful young man. He stayed in touch with us as to arrival time, spent the first few minutes to understand any concerns or needs we may have and then proceeded with an inspection and maintenance of our space. Afterwards he came with photos of his work and explained everything he noticed and addressed. Highly recommend having Emmett as your maintenance technician. We have been extremely pleased with AFS and feel their prices are fair and their service is top notch

AFS is the only foundation company I will use from now on. Austin came out on very short notice to look at a problem my home inspector missed! Within a couples hours I had a fully written plan to fix my rotten sub floor and joist. Stephen Gilland and Sean Bossaerta came out two weeks later to install new joists and fix my sub floor. Very professional guys, kept me updated along the way and made short work out of a very big problem. Cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they had done. As a new home owner this company is a life saver!
