I can't say enough good things about Jonathan and his team. After a home fire a few months ago, money was tight, and I explained my situation to Jonathan. He was incredibly understanding and gave me several affordable options, which meant a lot during such a stressful time. We had rain coming soon, and I was worried about ruining the brand‑new carpet we had just installed. They got us scheduled quickly and finished the job before the next big storm. It poured the very next day, and thanks to their work, we had zero flooding — and still don't to this day. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the crew was professional, efficient, and kind. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend Jonathan and his team. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Five stars all the way.

They ran into a void in the concrete and I was worried, the crew problem solved it and corrected the issue. Extremely professional and cleaned up beautifully. Caleb did excellent during consultation. I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. Bryan and DFX were also the best price. They created drawings, and shared what all would need to be done, they were courteous and did excellent work. I would certainly use Bryan and the DFX team again. I give them 10 stars for making my sister happy. She is 84 years old and didn't have anywhere else to turn and DFX came through. Thank you Bryan and DFX. We really appreciate you. It was a pleasure meeting you and seeing your work completed. Thanks.

Nick explained in detail what they were going to do and how they were going to stabilize the concrete deck. He was very clear, very professional in how he delivered the information. Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. The guys Bobby, David, and Bryce that come out to do the work on my home was extremely professional! They called to let me know they were on their way, let us know when they finished, made sure I didn’t have any questions for the team daily, made sure I didn’t have any issues that needed to be addressed in the process, didn’t bother us as they worked, cleaned up after themselves each day, asked to leave couple items overnight for the job and placed a cone by it, steadily worked in 105 heat index taking 1-2 breaks, let us know when completed to let me inspect and showed me everything done explaining through details of it, answering all questions I had while inspecting, the process they did to protect it and the dehumidifier. Once they finished inspection with me, they finished cleaning everything up and one sat down with me to finish process and signing still making sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He then looked at my plan and explained future of the system and what will take place. I trusted the process of them and extremely satisfied. These men were an absolute representation of the company from start to finish! I’m absolutely very happy with them and process. Highly recommend.

AFS did a lot of work on our crawlspace these last two days. It was in a bad way with high humidity, mold growth and spots of standing water. They installed a drainage system with pump, full mold treatment and cleaning of the floor joists, did a full encapsulation, installed a dehumidifier and replaced our crawlspace door. I must say I am impressed by the work I have seen down there and I would highly recommend these guys. I also want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Cody, Justin and Christian for all of their hard work. They were very good at keeping me informed with the work progress and answered all of my questions. Thanks again gentlemen !!

Jake had a proposal in our hands before he left our initial meeting which was very much appreciated. Jesse and his team hit the ground running and had the project done the following afternoon. I had an encapsulation annual inspection/maintenance done today with Emmett Wooton. Emmett called to tell me he was on the way, showed up on time and did a complete, professional inspection of my home. He performed maintenance and taught me a lot about how to better care for my home. Everyone I have worked with from AFS Chattanooga is outstanding and I now add "Excellent Emmett" to the list. Few people realize that the crawspace is as critical to your home's health as the living space or the roof, but it is the truth. AFS has helped me raise the maintenance bar to insure that my home is as close to perfect as I can get it. If you have the opportunity to get a free inspection from Mr. Emmett Wooton, I feel confident that you will feel better about your highest investment and enjoy talking to a true professional who will be a valuable partner.

We had AFS come out and repair and sister a couple of joist in our house. The entire process what was very pleasant. Mason came out and scanned my home and created a floor plan that day, talk about high-tech! The floor plan was extremely helpful once Mason sat down with me and went over how we could fix and "bullet-proof" the home. With my background in Mechanical Design, I appreciated the collaboration as multiple options were presented and we worked/tweaked the design to fit within my budget. We agreed on a price and date and I was told by Mason that the installation crew would arrive on time and would also show the same level of professionalism as he did. I was pleasantly surprised that he was right! Taylor Fox, David Ennis, and David Smith where the three young men that came to do the work. They were on time, respected my home, and went above and beyond to make sure that they cleaned up after the work was done. The entire crew was very willing to answer any questions I had and explained what they were doing. I cannot recommend them enough! We plan to keep doing work with AFS in the near future! Thank you all for the help!

We were really happy we choose AFS to work on our foundation issues. The inspector Chase Griffith was so thorough in his inspection and explanations of the issue and recommended remedy that it gave us complete confidence in the plan. When the team showed up to perform the work that confidence continued with foreman Tyler Moreland. He was always explaining what they were doing, referring back to the plan, and asking and answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them and, in fact, I already have. A neighbor asked me about them and their work and I wholeheartedly endorsed this company to them.

WOW! It's not often I can say everything went as well or better than I hoped for. From the original call when a real person picked up the phone and set up an appointment for my estimate to the completion of the job I have nothing but good things to say aboutthe experience. Daniel came to our home and explained to us what needed to be done to correct the problem. He called ahead and was on time arriving. He made sure we understood what was involved with making the repair and walked us through the warranty info.The day of the scheduled repair we received a phone call from Josh stating that they were running a little ahead of schedule and asked could they come early. We told him to head our way. Josh and Jeremy both were very professional and we are happy with the work they did and how they cleaned up the area. I am so glad that this is the company we chose to use for this project.

This interaction started with a negative, but was resolved so well that anything less than a 5 star review would be a lie. I was supposed to have someone come by and inspect my foundation on 02/07/26, but no one arrived. I informed the company of this on Sunday and received a follow up email from their customer service department almost immediately asking for more details. They took full ownership of the error (even though it was a simple matter of a calendar not updating), and I received a phone call from Dakota Roden first thing Monday, who apologized for the error and rescheduled the inspection. He called roughly 40 minutes prior to the appointment and assured me that he would be there as planned. He was professional, courteous, and explained the work that needed to be done and the options to do it incredibly well, and more than made up for what ended up being a completely understandable accident. They provided a discount that they didn’t have to give, but one for which I am incredibly grateful. I believe that how a company resolves issues is a much better gauge of their integrity and professionalism than doing so when everything is going well. I cannot recommend AFS of Knoxville, and specifically Dakota, more highly.

Every person we worked with was both professional, experienced, delivered on their promises, and very thorough. In particular, their installation team led by Evan Jensen along with Aldo Gracia and Jorge Martinez were outstanding. They communicated extremely well, were polite, on time, were very considerate of our property, and their encapsulation install looks amazing. In our mind, there is no other choice than AFS in Nashville for your groundworks needs!

From start to finish, everyone was professional, communicative, and responsive to the concerns we had about throughout the process. Rhys, our sales representative, took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure we understood what the work would involve. Adam, the supervisor, stayed engaged throughout the project and ensured everything ran smoothly. Trevor, Brennan, and Taylor did a good job throughout the project. They treated our home with care, kept the work area tidy, and were professional from start to finish. They were also knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. AFS did a great job for us! John Brandon did a free inspection and did a great job explaining everything and helping us understand what we needed. Turns out we had a lot of water running under our house in the crawlspace, so AFS removed the old insulation, put in a drain system with a pump and a dehumidifier and did the crawlspace encapsulation. The installers were Earle Gamble and Noah Cruz and they did a fantastic job. Very friendly and worked hard to finish the project in 3 days. Completely cleaned up everything. Now we no longer have to worry about mold in our crawlspace. Highly recommend! — Randy and Jennifer Smith

I have had some foundation settling and wanted to get some professionals out to take a look and give some quotes. I had three companies come out, and AFS was the one I was most impressed with. Alan McConnell was my inspector and he took his time, didn’t seem in a rush, and truly made it seem more like a friend helping me than something transactional. As someone who is often a DIY’er I appreciated his detail and insight on options, methods, etc. Their quote was competitive and I don’t have any complaints. Definitely give them a call if you need some foundation help!
