On Wednesday December 14th we had our service contract yearly inspection. First one so we were not sure how thorough they would be. It was awesome. The service technician George Steiner was very nice and professional. He spent about an hour checking all the components of of our encapsulated crawl space and drainage system. Repaired any deficiencies, services the humidifier. Then presented everything to us in photographs on his laptop. Pleased is an understatement. Absolutely too notch.Thanks AFS and George Steiner, well done.

We were impressed from the very first contact for a home inspection of our crawl space. We got a comprehensive quote that included pictures and explanation of the work to be done to encapsulate our crawl space on our 1956 built house. Our inspector coordinated an electrician and duct work installer to work with the AFS team to lay down insulation, vapor barrier and dehumidifier. We were very pleased with the professionalism, work ethic and friendliness of our team of Johnie, Michael and Morgan who competed the job in less than two days. We appreciated the team leader Johnnie who communicated with us about the schedule but we also suggest a confirmation of time of arrival of the team a day in advance. We highly recommend this company who reached out to us when we inquired about getting the work done.

Not all my projects are finished yet with AFS, but I wanted to make it known how good of a job Evan, Aldo, and Jorge did on my crawl space. Evan was super nice and handled all the communication with me and I’m sure the other two were nice, but they just got straight to work. It is very noisy, just be prepared. On top of tools, there is music and they start screaming at each other about how they don’t want to work on Saturdays…which is why they came on Friday at 7:30 a.m. and were done by 3. They showed me the pictures afterward. It looked so clean. Like a science lab, and Evan put foam wherever light came through. I’m super impressed.

We had quotes from three different companies for encapsulation and foundation repair but went with AFS as they caught a couple things the other companies did not. Also, we liked the heavier duty product they offer for encapsulation, plus an air tight/insulated crawlspace door. Nikoli E, Caleb B, Ivan G and Christian P. did a great job and left the crawlspace neat and tidy. Nickoli was very communicative and has the most excellent customer service skills of any contractor I've ever worked with. They did not promise they could lift our floor to level but in the end, it looks and feels almost level! We were pleasantly surprised. Thanks for a great experience!

The case manager Rhett came out for free estimate. The professionalism oozed out of this guy and had such a Charismatic way of presenting. Very Educated answers, knew his stuff, even had access to uplinks who were also knowledgeable. Knowing he is running the show also impedes the "left hand doesnt know what the right hand does" scenario. It will be a tremendous boon to work with this guy… and this company has a solid professional face through Rhett. Great impression left on my whole family.

I had high expectations for AFS when I hired them to seal our crawlspace and they far exceeded them on every level. The installation team they sent was absolutely exceptional. They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The job was done perfectly and a day and a half early! Tyler and Kayode (and their trainee) kept communication lines open, worked diligently and cleaned up completely afterwards. It's been my experience that this is an excellent, trustworthy company. I couldn't be more pleased.

Nick Bohal did an outstanding job. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. The results were excellent—my concrete is now level, solid, and looks great. The work was clean, precise, and completed on time.
