In 2000, Ben Bayless started AFS Foundation Repair & Waterproofing Specialists (AFS) out of his home garage in northern Alabama. In 2020, the Bayless family partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company, to expand their business across Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Georgia. AFS is a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating and was honored with the Angi Super Service Award in 2023. I had issues with my carport and porch that had sunken in over time Nick B and Ethan E of ASF came out and raised my concrete back to is original place. Not only did they repair the concrete on the porch but took great care with the roof supports striaghting the bent support in the process. I would recommend them to any one thay has sunken concrete Thanks guys

I knew I had a winner when FORREST knocked on my door. Went over what was going to take place.- for the next two days. The two gentlemen who worked on our basement were very professional went over what was going to happen and let us know what they would be doing for the next two days. I HIGHLY recommend this company. If you want a professional job done then this is the one for you. They keep you up to date on what is going to happen and always took the time to answer any question we might have. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Oh! and one more thing. They clean up their mess exceptional well.

Love the service and the experience I had with AFS! I called because I have an older home and was noticing cracks in my walls and my tiles and wood floors were separating. Jake came out and did an inspection. He went over the issues and described exactly what needed to be done. I thought the qoute was quit reasonable. Ben and Israel came out and got the job done in one day. They were very knowledgeable and courteous and Ben explained what was done and showed me pictures of the new supports. We can already tell a big difference in the stability of the floors. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Tyler M., Clayton C., Brendon N., and Eric L. did an outstanding job of residential crawl space mold remediation and encapsulation for us including a thorough explanation of the work to be done, a daily recap, photos through the process and at the end of the job, answered all our questions, and even filled in an extra outside gap in the wall. They were very professional and courteous and did a great job for us.

Rhett Stephens was amazing! He took his time with us to make sure we understood what the issues were, how they came to be, and what our options were. We felt no pressure at all; just true honesty. He was very professional and prepared to answer all our questions. He spent a lot of time with us and didn’t want to leave without making sure we felt comfortable with our decision.
