I’ve been a customer of AFS for 4years now after buying an older home in Gulfport MS. Living very close to the busy railroad tracks, They have been awesome keeping my floors level and giving me peace of mind. Bobby, David, and Jesus came out today to add a couple of beams and bracing that was needed. I have to say they were very courteous and professional and were able to answer any questions I had.. Looking forward to continuing business with such a great company!

I have an approximately 20 year old home that sits on a full basement. Over the years I noticed a crack developing on one wall. So I called AFS to come have a look and give me an estimate on repairs. Inspector / salesman Steve McGahon called and scheduled an appointment within 24hrs. On our scheduled appointment he was on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Once the contract was signed and deposit was paid we set an installation date. Luckily for me they had a couple of projects moved around and got to me a few days early. Installation crew (CJ and Kieth) called to verify appointment and of course were right on time. As The installation crew prepared the worksite CJ identified an unforeseen problem with the intended plan of action. As I am no engineer by any stretch of the imagination, CJ Explained why it would need to be done a different way. She took her time to explain and show me alternative options. CJ is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional; you can tell she actually cares about customer experiences. I cannot say enough about CJ and Keith as installers. CJ and Keith kept a clean and safe work environment And worked in a very methodic rhythm. I cannot say enough about the quality of craftsmanship that CJ and Keith exude. Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend AFS for any of your foundation needs.

The whole process was very professional and the team that installed my floor supports Calvin, Katell, and Kyree were very nice to work with. Again very professional and efficient and very polite. Told me what was to happen walked us through the steps. Calvin and his crew are great guys and a pleasure to work with. And fast.

I can’t say enough good things about Evan, Aldo and Jorge. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They worked tirelessly and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they kept the worksite clean and organized throughout the entire process. What also really stood out was their communication and willingness to listen to any concerns I had. They provided great suggestions and made sure I was happy with every step. We paused at the cost and NOW we realize that the money was well spent! The materials, process, professionalism, time and quality of install was exemplary! AFS did a great job from inspection to completion for my very humid crawlspace, house support, and encapsulation. Kyle did the initial inspection, very thorough, took his time, and was very accurate with each suggested need-to-do when I got a second opinion. Daniel’s installation team was amazing, nice and professional, clean work site, didn’t leave any scrap of trash really the whole week and at the end. Indoor air quality one day after is amazing. Thanks guys!

I requested a quote to potentially repair my floors and basement. The inspector, Nate Burrow arrived on time and explained the inspection process clearly. He performed a thorough inspection. Unfortunately my house is in too poor condition to undertake repairs because water and termite damage is too extensive. Nate saved me money by letting me know that undertaking repairs would be costly and would probably uncover a continuous chain of other unseen problems. This let me know that my money would be better spent building a new home instead of throwing it at an unending project. Thank you Nate!

Logan O'Neil was terrific. He did a very thorough job of inspecting our crawlspace, made a scale drawing of the crawlspace and took pictures of a floor support that needed attention. He also tested the sump pumps and found that one of them was not functioning properly. He provided a detailed explanation of the choices available to us to address the floor support issue and the sump pump. There was no pressure or "scare tactics" about doing either job; the decision was left entirely up to us. We would highly recommend AFS and Logan O'Neil.
