Parris Houchins and Benjamin Esparzo did the work…they spent time before starting the job explaining exactly what they were doing, what the final product would be and the warranty. Highly recommend, will definetely use again!

We contacted AFS to lift/stabilize our old concrete porch slab. Peyton, the field inspector, was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. On the day of the work, Nick B. and Josh B. were on time, excellent at walking us through the process, and did a great job at the repair and clean up. Our porch did not raise dramatically like we hoped, but this was not at any fault of the crew. From the very beginning they were very clear that lift wouldn't be guaranteed. The sag, however, did almost entirely resolve and we are confident that it is stabilized now. We will definitely call AFS again if we ever need any of their services!

Spotting daylight through a crack in the basement wall wasn't a pleasant surprise. I picked AFS to help based on their positive reviews here, and wasn't disappointed. Everyone from AFS was a pleasure to work with. Mackenzie was very attentive and thoughtful in assessing the work and coming up with a plan. Eric, Christian and Wilmer could not have been nicer or more professional, and did an amazing job on the foundation, and I couldn't believe how fast they worked their magic. Parris and Tristan went above and beyond lifting and fixing the sagging stoops. I've unfortunately had to have a lot of work done on my house, and all these guys were the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AFS to anyone.

We had a great experience with our foundation inspection thanks to Cole Harmon. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Cole took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we fully understood what he was looking for and what his findings meant. He was honest and straightforward, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to do a detailed and reliable foundation inspection, I highly recommend Cole Harmon.

Salvador, Elder, Everardo, & Pedro did an outstanding job! For years, some service folks would not even go in my crawlspace for fear of not coming back out lol. After these guys took care of encapsulating the entire space, you could sleep under there! I am certainly looking forward to no more moisture and mold, fungus or critters. I am extremely pleased with the work, the crew, and the efficiency – on time and per agreed-to schedule. Highly recommend AFS and these four guys getting it done for you!

We had Ian come out to inspect the crawl space of the house we just bought. We knew it was a mess, and he was able to give a full explanation of problem areas to be aware of such as mold and mud lines from trapped water. What I loved about him was how he was willing to work with our tight budget and come up with a solution that would work for us. I had such confidence about the purchase and how it would protect our home and health.In October, Justin, Nate, and Riley did the work of cleaning out our mess of a crawlspace, and explained the process to us so we knew what to expect. They were so cheerful! I lost my husband down there for 30 minutes as he inspected the work, and he came out saying how nice it was now. The moldy smell is gone, and we're breathing better. We have gotten compliments on having it done since they finished their work.

Love the service and the experience I had with AFS! I called because I have an older home and was noticing cracks in my walls and my tiles and wood floors were separating. Jake came out and did an inspection. He went over the issues and described exactly what needed to be done. I thought the qoute was quit reasonable. Ben and Israel came out and got the job done in one day. They were very knowledgeable and courteous and Ben explained what was done and showed me pictures of the new supports. We can already tell a big difference in the stability of the floors. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
