Jesse did an outstanding job installing toggle piers in my mothers bedroom to fix an ever widening wall crack. It closed up a lot, even more after polyfill. Selvin was great too noticing their floor plastic tearing and replacing it with thicker plastic to protect my carpet. Thank you guys!

The whole process was very professional and the team that installed my floor supports Calvin, Katell, and Kyree were very nice to work with. Again very professional and efficient and very polite. Told me what was to happen walked us through the steps. Calvin and his crew are great guys and a pleasure to work with. And fast.

My front porch steps are concrete and were pulling away from my house so I contacted AFS for help. Dylan, Tanner, and Mason came and checked everything out near my steps to see where water pipes and septic pipes ran before they started the job. They answered all my questions before they started. They broke out the concrete, hand dug to find footings, ran piers to 1600 psi, did lift procedure, and fondly sealed cracks and patched the concrete. Overall they did a good job and I'm well pleased.

My experience with AFS was excellent. Caleb came out to look at my issue in my basement and had multiple options to resolve my issue in no time. After we had it scheduled a team of installers came and performed the work perfectly. The team also kept me update throughout the project with any concerns or questions the had. They had my job done in two days and it looks and functions great. I couldn’t have had a better experience with the company and the team members. I would recommend AFS to any of my friends and family.

Rhett Stephens, Certified Field Inspector, from AFS visited a couple days ago. He was very thorough in his examination of my basement and crawl space, even carefully inspecting the outside of the home, grading, gutters and downspouts. He explained all of his findings and concerns EXTREMELY well. Yes, I capitalized extremely because I ask a lot of questions to ensure I fully understand. He handled all my questions with grace and patience. I had two other well known companies come out as well, there is no comparison to be made. He answered all of my questions, even follow up questions by text and gave a timely estimate for repairs. He’s very friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his field. Definitely recommend!!!

On April 14, 2023 Joseph Maynard, Michael Moseley, and Charles Baldwin came out to place piers along the front side of the house. They arrived on time, and explained what was going to happen. The lead person was very professional, checking with my 93 yr old mom about the landscape asking what she wanted saved–and she definitely had specifics for them. They said they would try to abide by her wishes as best they could. They proceeded with the work of placing the piers, 8 to be exact. They also placed the flowers and garden artwork back where my mom wanted. The landscape actually looked better after they completed the pier placement work, and replaced the flowers!! AFS placed piers last year on the other side of the house and all is well with that installation after a year. Our experience with AFS has been without any complaints, and the work has held up. I would recommend them if asked.

Wade Siler was our certified field inspector and was on time, kind, courteous, very knowledgeable about his field and explained everything to us thoroughly. Our installation team were Brennan and Taylor and they both were on time, kind and courteous and checked in/updated us throughout the whole installation. We would recommend using AFS!
