I had an excellent experience with Alan of AFS. He came out and spent more than three hours inspecting our house on a snowy Saturday morning, informing me about what he saw, and shooting me straight about what he thought we needed—and more importantly what we didn’t need. I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism, patience, and depth of knowledge. I haven’t worked with anyone else at AFS yet, but I unreservedly recommend working with Alan.

My husband and I had some considerable work to be done on the slab foundation for our house. Charles introduced himself to us and was very professional, competent and engaging. Charles, Nathan and Nolan worked very hard to mitigate our issue. Individually,they are great workers, but as a team they are amazing. We have additional work we need to do and we will definitely return to AFS for assistance. Thank you for taking care of our problem(s).

We had our crawlspace encapsulated, some structural supports added, and a dehumidifier for humidity control installed by AFS. We just had our one year follow-up inspection done today. I don’t recall the last time I wrote a review but feel compelled to write one today. I Have hired hundreds of employees in my career, and managed a large workforce for many years. I am considered well qualified to evaluate employees. Our inspector was Sammy Stokes. He was exceptional in all aspects of the service provided, and public relations. Respectful in his tone, he displayed a high level of expertise along with a great work ethic. He is a rarity now days, AFS has a great representative, and the consumer has a great service provider with Sammy at the job site!

Jordan came to inspect our home in January. We were very impressed with his diagnosis and presentation of the repair process. Of course I shopped around and what I found, is most companies are quick and just gave me a price without explaining much. And surprisingly, AFS was not the most expensive. They were actually the cheapest quote I got to remedy my crawlspace issues. That’s why I hired them. I’m excited to see the final results!
