AFS did an outstanding job installing the crawlspace foundation for my home. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. The crew—Joseph Harker, Edwin Martin, and Gavin Payne—were exceptional. They showed up on time, worked hard, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the work, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure the job was done right. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with something this important, but these guys absolutely delivered. The quality of their work gives me real peace of mind about my home’s foundation. I highly recommend AFS, and especially this crew, to anyone needing foundation or crawlspace work. Five stars all the way.

I can’t recommend this company enough! I had a difficult retaining wall repair that involved digging through lots of rocks. This company was able to do the repair for 1/3 the cost of a competitor. Emily did our estimate and was very thorough and straightforward. I really like how she coordinated with her supervisor and work crew foreman right there on site using video chat so that there were no after the fact surprises on the estimate. Andres Perez was our project foreman and I feel like he thoroughly exceeded my expectations. He was very easy to get in touch with and answered all of my many questions.

We have had a basement leak and decided to go with a pump replacement and a new battery for the sump pump system. We feel prepared for any large rainstorms and our home is more protected because of Tyler and his team! Five star service from beginning to end! Mack, the company sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of surveying the damage and explaining what needed to be done. Scheduling staff then ensured that a repair time was scheduled that was convenient for me. The repair crew, Paris and Bug, showed up at the agreed upon time, explained what they were going to do and ensured that all my questions were answered prior to starting. Then the real magic happened, they were able to bring my patio, walkway, and steps back perfectly to their original positions. See photos! I couldn’t recommend this company any more highly. If you want your leveling done right, and done right the first time, these are the folks to call!

Both crews did exceptional work, Nick Bohal and Josh Bomar called and said they could come by a day earlier than expected if that was ok, so we said sure. They worked well together and explained each step they were doing, which made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend the whole experience to anyone needing foundation repair. Kind of expensive but quality ain't cheap. Thanks, guys!
