AFS Sponsors Blessings in a Backpack Louisville Golf Classic

AFS proudly sponsored the Blessings in a Backpack Louisville Golf Classic on October 21, 2024. This exciting tournament, held in Louisville, helped support Blessings in a Backpack’s mission to provide food on the weekends for children who might otherwise go hungry.

The Louisville chapter of Blessings in a Backpack makes a profound impact, serving nearly 80,000 children in the community by ensuring they have meals to take home from school every Friday. Through events like the Golf Classic, the organization continues to raise crucial funds to expand its reach and fight childhood hunger.
