Outstanding work!!! Nicoli E, Caleb B, Ivan G, and Christian F all worked skilfully and excellently. The repair work was done throughly and in a timely manner. They worked dilligently and repaired all areas with problems. I would recommend these men with no hesitation. AFS really focused on getting our home set into good order and left us with the confidence that our problem had been solved.

Joshua Whitt was my AFS technician on Friday, 6 March 2026 for the yearly inspection and maintenance of my system. Although I've had other technicians in the past, Joshua was extremely thorough in the inspection and maintenance of the current system and the house overall. He took the time to complete a detailed drawing of the house using laser measurements. He detailed all the previous work completed on the house too. He brought to my attention additional items that should be completed which will occur in the near future. Joshua's professionalism, knowledge, communication skills, and personal demeanor were superb! I will be requesting him in the future for all the annual inspections and maintenance requirements for my residence!

AFS (David, Bobby, and Jesus) did a very good job communicating their arrival and departure times. They took the time to explain the process and what we could expect. They were tasked with installing 13 helical posts. All areas were dug by hand, the removed soil set aside and restored like I would. They kept saying that they treat each home as if it were their own. Job well done.

Dan Gordon came out this past Tuesday to do an assessment on the foundation of my home. When looking at the cracks on our home, we did not think that this was a major issue. When Dan arrived, he took the time to assess the foundation issues that we were having and explained that this was more of an issue than what we were led to believe. Dan was able to give us a diagnosis on what the symptoms were and a clear path to fix this problem.

Hayden Moffett performed the annual service on our encapsulated crawlspace, dehumidifier and sump pump that was installed by Alpha Foundation a year ago. Hayden called ahead to confirm the appointment, was on time, polite and professional throughout the service visit. He explained what he serviced and took a picture. My experience with Alpha Foundation customer service and Hayden was exceptional!
