I hired AFS to install SettleStop Helical Piers and SettleStop Push Piers to stop the settling of my home. Thanks to Jonathan Beaird, the Certified Field Inspector, the work was rescheduled two weeks earlier and completed within the two rescheduled days. I was very thankful for Luis, the Pier Crew Foreman, who explained the process in detail and stayed connected with me during the entire process. He certainly gave me the confidence and assurance I needed. Peace of mind is of utmost importance in a project of this size. The Pier Crew, Jose and Jordan were very helpful also in answering questions and were very efficient in their work. The crew finished and cleaned up the surrounding area to my satisfaction. The Poly Crew, Gaven Dendy and Aaron Geinert were very professional and explained their part of the process. They did a great job. Both crews were very efficient, polite, professional and top of their field providing the best customer service. I appreciate the work of both crews and their professionalism.

They were both friendly to my dogs and daughter who were present. They cleaned up the area after they left and answered any questions I had about the process. 5 star service! We had requested a quote for basement water proofing and when we did the quote included new gutters which was a total surprise due to the low cost. Jeff Stewart and Christian Rudd did an excellent job and are two very hardworking individuals. They stayed well past dark to complete as much work as possible. They walked the house with my husband and explained what would be best for our drainage and worked hard with only one break all day! The next day when they returned they took time to complete the job and cleaned everything up and we couldn’t tell they had been here. Their product is very high quality and improved the appearance of our home. I highly recommend AFS and crew for any gutter needs!

Matt Carter walked us through what we could do and should do without any high pressure sales tactics.
