Archie, Nate, and Adam are amazing!!! We have had several jobs done at our house over the past couple of years and there is no one who comes even close to matching the professionalism, personal attention, and communication of Archie. They had to come back a few times to get the job done—because our house is a Franken-house and they were gracious and genuinely interested in getting the job done right. I cannot recommend them enough and AFS lucked out to have Archie representing the company. Amazing!

AFS performed a foundation stabilization and floor girder and joist support job for me in Oxford AL that included installation of 8 helical piers around the external perimeter, plus installation of 18 crawlspace jacks. The job was very well described by Seth Thomas in his pre-job survey, proposal and my follow-up queries and confirmations. I was also very impressed by the team that conducted the work. Victor Salgado (foreman) and his team Antonio and Gustavo were very courteous, professional and diligent in the manner they conducted the work. Victor took time to answer any and all questions I had. I very much appreciate the AFS group that I interfaced with and am pleased to refer these guys, Seth as surveyor and Victor as foreman with Antonio and Gustavo as a team that gets it done right. Their follow up service is likewise well appreciated. Good job guys! Thank you.

Travis S. was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He gave us tips on what we can do as homeowners to monitor and maintain our crawl space. He addressed our concerns and thoroughly inspected our encapsulated crawl space along with the exterior of our home. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I had initially contacted AFS to do an assessment on raising the concrete on one side of my 2-car garage entrance way. While onsite I asked Neal Collins to inspect the crawl space under my condominium. Neal did a thorough job (to include photo's) of showing me where the foundation is sagging and the existence of mold. He gave a detailed description of what AFS could do to raise the foundation and help eliminate the mold issue. Since I'm doing a major renovation of the condominium, money is a big factor – but I will very likely have the mold remediation done by AFS. My thanks to Neal for the complete inspection and explanation of work to be done.

It's such a pleasure when I can write a great review about the service provided by a company, and it happens all to infrequently. But, I am so happy with the work done by AFS Chattanooga and can't thank everyone affiliated with them enough for the job done at our home in Ooltewah. From the gentleman who arrived to look at my crawlspace and work up a great bid, to the reps on the phone to the installation team of Caleb Britton, Aiden Lanford and Spirit Ettesvold I was treated like a customer should be treated. Everyone was ON TIME, friendly and courteous, professional and determined that my husband and I be happy with the encapsulation job from start to completion. I was texted before the job with an ETA that matched what I had been told by Eric when he did the bid. I was called when they were on their way. The job was explained at every step. These guys WORK!!! No goofing off or milking the day. WOW!! My crawlspace went from disgusting to clean and beautiful. I don't get to say this often enough, but I can't recommend this company enough. They have a great reputation and reviews for a reason. They work hard for it and EARN it. Thanks to everyone at AFS!!!

March 18 2025 Parris and Kyle with afs were on time and were very professional. Parris was the lead and he explained the entire process before the work commenced. We had 3 sections of our side driveway repaired. The entire process took approximately 2 hours. Both Parris and Kyle were attentive to the questions and very professional. We will gladly recommend Parris and Kyle with AFS for any future work. 5 stars.

TJ was our inspector, and I greatly appreciate all of the information he shared with us about our cellar. He did a full inspection of the house and cellar space, drew up a plan, and let us know all of our options. There were no pushy sales tactics, and he was completely open to me asking questions after our appointment was over. Very responsive, and very informative. We cannot proceed on our project just yet, but will absolutely choose AFS whenever we are ready to move forward!
