Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. I live in far Eastern Tennessee. Almost in North Carolina, and trying to get any home Repair is extremely difficult, so it was a blessing when the AFS inspector showed app was very timely, polite and very good at communicating …he gave me exactly what I needed to know about my home. It is over 100 years old and I could find no one over the past 2 and a 1/2 years who might look at the foundation and do the repairs. Caleb Loy was courteous, efficient and very well spoken. He did an excellent job of explaining the situation of my foundation, using actual pictures for real time accuracy so I could grasp the seriousness of the disrepair and neglect from previous owners, and then gave an exemplary presentation of how my home could be saved, and last for future generations. If you are near Butler, Johnson City, Kingsport to Knoxville, ask for Caleb Loy.

Brian can and told me what I needed and stood behind his word Tyler showed up and add to the team The crazy guys Jonnie the boss of the crew every morning we are on the way. Answered all my crazy questions and always had a smile Michael the good looking one you know every crew has one Cortez aka Corkey that explains it's self Logan the tallest of the crew soft spoken Always making sure I was happy And we can't forget David the Electrical guy. He was a huge help doing so much more to make things better for me Now that I have pocked fun at the crew They were very kind and respectful to me and my home! Very knowledgeable , hard working . We bought our home about a year ago, and had noticed that water was intruding into our finished basement a couple weeks back. I had AFS come out install an interior drainage system for my finished basement this week. John Jones and Gavin did an absolutely incredible job with the installation. Their finished product was exceptionally clean, and they did a great job with the dust control. John Jones was very thorough and mindful of the details while explaining how the system would be installed and showing us each step of the process. I can’t emphasize enough how professional the guys were. I also want to thank Abe Austin who came out and performed the initial inspection. He was able to quickly identify the areas of concern around the perimeter of the basement and was very knowledgeable about the appropriate repair. I would gladly recommend AFS to anyone who needs foundation repair!
