Was able to talk with the lead and was able to answer all questions. Taylor and his team Ei, Brennan, and Ke'saun (sorry if I didnt get the names right) were great and chatted with them whenever. They got the job done in two days and even went through the getting things done at night. They advise me on what to expect and what to check and even gave a tour under our crawl space. Was a great investment for the encapsulation with these gentlemen.

It's such a pleasure when I can write a great review about the service provided by a company, and it happens all to infrequently. But, I am so happy with the work done by AFS Chattanooga and can't thank everyone affiliated with them enough for the job done at our home in Ooltewah. From the gentleman who arrived to look at my crawlspace and work up a great bid, to the reps on the phone to the installation team of Caleb Britton, Aiden Lanford and Spirit Ettesvold I was treated like a customer should be treated. Everyone was ON TIME, friendly and courteous, professional and determined that my husband and I be happy with the encapsulation job from start to completion. I was texted before the job with an ETA that matched what I had been told by Eric when he did the bid. I was called when they were on their way. The job was explained at every step. These guys WORK!!! No goofing off or milking the day. WOW!! My crawlspace went from disgusting to clean and beautiful. I don't get to say this often enough, but I can't recommend this company enough. They have a great reputation and reviews for a reason. They work hard for it and EARN it. Thanks to everyone at AFS!!!

I recently found out the Credit Union I am over needed major foundation repairs. I had to obtain 3 estimates to present to my board. The estimate from AFS was competitive in terms of price with the other companies, but they trumped the competition in other ways. Forest (the estimator w/AFS) was awesome, he took me around the building and showed me exactly how the equipment worked to determined the extent of the repairs needed. He was extremely friendly and informative. He even answered my boards questions concerning the competitors estimates because I couldn’t reach them on the phone. 12 outta 10 for the estimator!! As for the repairs, Joe Hawkins was the foreman over the repairs. Joe and his crew were exemplary!! We ran into multiple issues and Joe handled them all like a champ! He kept me informed the entire time, answered all my question, and was accommodating with scheduling needs and issues that arose with our neighbors. AFS should start a “be like Joe” training for all their new crew’s!! If I ever need foundation repairs in the future, I will certainly use AFS and while I am sure all their crews and estimators are brilliant…I’d likely request Joe as the foreman and Forest as the estimator! Bravo guys!! 20 outta 10!

I reached out to AFS for a foundation issue. I dealt with Chase Prince and I found him to be honest, professional and straightforward. While AFS was unable to meet my particular needs, I was impressed with Chase’s willingness to give me a straightforward assessment and to guide me in the right direction. AFS just finished the job at our house that included helical wall anchors, intellibraces, and aquastop drains in our basement and crawlspace. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the quick time turn around, and the professionalism and curtesy of the crews. Brandan M. was excellent at keeping us informed and updated during the whole process, and I can't applaud Evan, Aldo, Jorge, and Don enough for leaving our basement so sparkling clean and in better shape than before upon completion of the project!
