What a pleasure meeting Wade Siler from AFS. With 20 years experience he arrived on time with everything he needed to make a good evaluation of my crawl space. After nearly an hour of crawling around under my house he came out and after a few minutes he had drawn a diagram of my structure and at least 20 pictures with his recommendations. No high pressure. I believe AFS is a quality company to do business with. I would give Mr. Siler an A plus and feel AFS is lucky to have such a great employee.

We hired AFS to stabilize our outdoor fireplace that was falling backwards due to the soft ground giving way. Bailey C and Denzel Q were extremely professional and did an amazing job. They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and showed us their progress along the way. They were extremely respectful and took great care to not disturb our yard. We are very pleased with their work. Sorry I don’t have any before pictures but it was leaning against the fence before the fixed it.

Jason came out and inspected our home. He explained in great detail what supports were needed, where, and why. The installation team came out to complete the work on the scheduled dates. Bailey, Tanner, and Zaire were very professional and courteous. Bailey explained what was done and what actions I needed to take if future adjustments were needed. I highly recommend AFS for any foundation work needed.

We called Alpha foundations to come out and give us an estimate for a sinking subfloor. Within the same week, Eric came out and measured/leveled out the whole house, and wrote up a repair plan. That same day we had our estimate in hand, as well as a scheduled date of install. They offer 12months of no interest financing which was very convenient for us. Jeff, the crew foreman, called me 24 hours before the repairs to let me know an estimated arrival and the guys showed up Monday morning exactly when they said they would. Steven and Trent did an amazing job digging footers, installing the steel reinforcement beams, and placing the Intelijacks underneath our home. The crew was very professional and prompt. We are highly likely to use them again if we ever have any other needs for their services in the future.

On April 14, 2023 Joseph Maynard, Michael Moseley, and Charles Baldwin came out to place piers along the front side of the house. They arrived on time, and explained what was going to happen. The lead person was very professional, checking with my 93 yr old mom about the landscape asking what she wanted saved–and she definitely had specifics for them. They said they would try to abide by her wishes as best they could. They proceeded with the work of placing the piers, 8 to be exact. They also placed the flowers and garden artwork back where my mom wanted. The landscape actually looked better after they completed the pier placement work, and replaced the flowers!! AFS placed piers last year on the other side of the house and all is well with that installation after a year. Our experience with AFS has been without any complaints, and the work has held up. I would recommend them if asked.
